It’s so great to be able to make an appointment to get my car serviced. I spoke with Anna who was polite, friendly & helpful in scheduling the appointment at a time that worked for me. Freddy Mendez greeted me with a smile & reviewed the needs for my car with me. He was knowledgeable about the service my car required, patient with concerns & helpful with answering my questions. I truly appreciated Freddy’s advise as to what items needed addressed with my car. Veteran’s Ford Service Department has always made me feel comfortable and safe with my car. Everyone is polite & friendly. I will always return there for service for my car & I will always recommend Veteran’s Ford for car service to family & friends.

I received great service from Macr Fisher for being a great salesman and making this experience 5 stars. He made sure before I left with my new vehicle I understood what I was buying and all the great features. The staff is nice and even the service department is awesome George is the best, he watches out and make sure no unnecessary spending happens and that means a lot to a single mom. I have brought two cars from them it been a great experience. They don't keep you all day. Keep it 💯 and Thank you all😊

Alisha was awesome to work with in our car shopping experience. They gave me plenty of time to test drive the vehicle and the price was very fair. Roberto, the sales manager, was easy going and I felt like was one of the honest managers I have ever met at a dealership. I highly recommend Veterans Ford.

They truly go out of their way to provide excellent service! Where do I begin? From the time we walked into the door until the time we left, everyone in that office gave us the best of themselves and service! beyond friendly, beyond helpful, beyond understanding, beyond what I would have imagined. My daughter is a first-time buyer and in every scenario when we thought her going home with a vehicle would not happen, at every turn this team went to bat for her. Not only did they make her purchase happen, they stayed after hours until the transaction was completed! I absolutely cannot say enough about how amazing this experience has been and I've been to more than several dealerships. This is the first time that I felt I would absolutely, without hesitation, bring everyone I know, to this facility. This was absolutely a blessed interaction and I will be seeing them shortly for the purchase of my new SUV!

Tim, Sean, Charles You guys are amazing. From helping us get out of a bad deal to getting me into my dream car in our budget. It was very evident that the sale wasn’t the only thing you guys cared about, you guys legitimately care about your customers which is hard to come by. And for that me and my husband thank you guys!
