I have been looking for the right car, with the right options, for the right price for 2 months. The first time I visited the dealership was on a cold, blowing, sleeting/snowing evening close to closing time. Dan C. came right out, and neither the weather, nor the time seemed to bother him. He actually helped me test drive 2 vehicles that night. I just went back and test drove a Jeep Cherokee for the 2nd time. Dan C. was again very helpful, and really worked hard at helping me to get the right vehicle, with the right options, for the right price. Woman to woman, Nicole was knowledgeable about the dealership product line. She provided great customer service, was quick to answer questions & follow-up for the nitty gritty of buying/trading a vehicle. We've bought 3 vehicles & 1 lease from this dealership. All maintenance has been done at this location, which has been convenient. We've been very satisfied, & highly recommend. This is inspite of a brother who has been in car sales for 40 years in Grand Rapids. We have had 13 Chrysler products since 1977 & have found that the warranty, service, pricing, etc. has been tough to beat, so that's what earned our loyalty.

We originally stopped into take a peak at a 2002 PT Cruiser. Right away we were welcomed with a friendly and inviting greeting. We had originally saw an internet price but when we got to the dealership the Gary Steinke was informing us that without a down payment the vehicle was going to be higher then we had anticipated. After some discussion we had let Gary know we could only afford so much. hey then went and talk to a manager and was actually able to lower the price and help us. We were able to be financed without a down payment to pay on it in installments every month. I highly recommend coming to Gary if you are looking for a new vehicle he was honest, willing to help make our experience the best it possibly could be. Overall it was a great experience when buying a new vehicle.

I had difficulty locating a vehicle close to home that I was interested in buying. I called my salesman Matt and gave him an idea of the vehicle and options I was looking for. The next day Matt had a truck meeting my specs available on his lot for a test drive. Talk about quick and efficient service, I was shocked. I went to the dealership for a test drive. Then after a short price and trade negotiation, the deal was done. That new truck went home with me.. Very pleasant buying experience.

I had difficulty locating the exact vehicle I wanted. After a few discussions about my requirements with Matt, my sales person, he went out of his way to locate and secure the exact vehicle I desired. Dealership staff worked with me on price and the value of my trade-in, and in no time flat I was headed home with a new truck. Nice people to deal with!

Was online working with the Internet Department on a service appointment. I received an auto response that was for sales, but they quickly contacted me back and let me know their system is not set up for automatic service appointments yet. However, they got me in touch immediately with a service adviser and my appointment was set!!!

Used cars.com to contact this dealer. Got two automated responses from the dealer, telling me they would answer as soon as possible. Never got any sort of response. Bad business, service. Would never purchase after this first impression.

I saw a jeep patriot online and inquired. I got an email back pretty quickly. The next day I was put in touch with Matt and arranged to come check it out. I test drove the patriot (which was all cleaned off and warmed up) and was very happy. They got my payments right where I wanted them. I drive away in my new ride... Really glad I drove the 60 miles for that jeep!

Found a van online put in a request to talk with a sales man got a call back in less then 24 hours and he tried to work with me in my price range. But at the time had nothing we like and had to purchase in town iam about 1 hour away . Good sales people not pushy at all what I liked

As being a young lady trying to buy a used vehicle I felt safe going through greg. He helped me find exactly what I wanted that also fit in my price range. I would reccommend him to anyone and I already have. The service he did he went above and beyond his job. You really dont find many car salesmen around anymore thats as honest and helpful as he was because ive done this a few times and can tell. My mercury mariner is amazing and anything that needed treatment he got done right away even buy picking the vehicle up from my work. That shows dedication!

Our experience with this dealership and Big Bob was horrible! We were cajoled into thinking we were getting a great deal and we were treated well until the contract was signed. Then it all changed. Then they didn't want to talk to us about the fact that the check engine light kept coming on. Typical used car dealer.
