My husband and I found Victor Auto Group on the cars.com app after a search yielded in a vehicle much like one we were searching for. A day later we stopped in and we were impressed by a very promising selection of premium used vehicles. The car we had been searching for indeed existed there, but we even spent time looking at and considering other selections just because there WAS such a vast selection of possibilities, all filling our requirements all to chose from. We ended up selecting the car we had set out for, but it was nice to have other options as well. Working with Bill was also a pleasure in itself. He was honest, patient, and laid back - no hard sell here. Bill worked with us to help my husband and I feel great about our purchase. My husband and I were searching online for a used SUV when we came across the listing for a 2014 Kia Sorento at Victor Auto Group. He called the next day and spoke with the owner, Bill, who was not your average used car salesman. Bill was great to work with on this deal! We drove almost 5 hours to Batavia to meet with Bill and test drive the car. One of our favorite parts of the deal was that Bill was the only person we had to work with. He did everything from answer the phones to process the loan. Best car buying experience we have ever had!

If you are looking for a specific vehicle, and Victor Auto Group has it, there is no other place to visit. Bill is a down to earth reasonable businessman, not a salesman. I am so glad he had the car my wife and I were looking for.

They contacted me right away. They provided a lot of informatio. And were very helpful. Even when I declined an offer they tried to help me find another car while being respectfull. Great customer service.

Bill is extremley professional. From customer service, to the quality of his vehicles. The buying process was very low pressure and easy. Not one time did I ever feel like I was being pushed to buy a car. I was able to look at, and drive the vehicle I wanted without every being asked "so what would you like to spend?" or "how can we get you in this car?". The prices are fair, and I am very happy with my decision of buying my car from Victor Auto Group. I would recommend to anyone that if you are looking for a used vehicle to consider looking here FIRST!

Bought a truck here recently. Best dealership buying experience I've had by far. Indoor showroom. Used cars all have been meticulously detailed. Super easy buying process. No pressure. Small dealership, but has nice vehicles. Most of the cars are inside so it doesn't look like a normal car dealer when you drive up. Could use a bigger sign outside.

Bill was awesome to deal with. Did not feel any pressure like the big car dealers. Everything went smoothly, from Bill calling back, financing and purchasing. He is honest (not many people like this anymore) and doesn't give you the run around. My wife and I went in looking for a vehicle and when we found out it was gone, we fell in love with another. Bill was excellent in everyway. My 21 year old daughter purchased a very nice 2008 VW Passat. She loves the car. Bill was very fair with her trade in as well. I saw a vehicle online and sent a request to see if it was available. The owner Bill called me first thing the next morning to schedule a test drive. It is not your typical "dealer" set up and I rather enjoyed the small business showroom feel. Financing was simple. Bill let me know all the options available but was not pushy. He is a great guy and one I will trust with my family's future car purchases.

I was looking for an all wheel drive sedan and came across an Infiniti and BMW that Victor Auto Group had. I went to their facility and met with Bill Mattern. I got what I believe was some no-nonsense, honest advice about the cars from him and was able to drive both. I chose the BMW and the car buying process was smooth as can be. I was able to get approved for financing through their preferred lender (Ally Financial) in about 20 minutes and drove the car home after signing the paperwork. The buying process was so easy and the vehicle so nice, I went back a year later and purchased a Dodge Durango from them. I don't think I'll buy from anywhere else if I can help it. Outstanding customer service and overall buying experience!

Bill is a true professional. No sales hype, no pressure. He puts his customers' needs first. I was looking for a 2011 Sonata SE. Bill found one (the exact one I was looking for), had it shipped from West Virginia and it arrived and was in my driveway within 6 days. The financing process was very easy. The final price of the car beat Gerald and Pugi by alot with no hassle. The service was fantastic. This is the only place I will shop in the future! Thanks Victor Auto Group!

After buying a used vehicle from Victor Auto Group, it would be difficult to go back to a dealership. No high pressure sales tactics and no lengthy negotiations. I asked Bill Mattern to find me a used Tahoe and he was able to locate a low mileage vehicle. Gave me a fair deal on my trade in and handled all the titling and paperwork. I highly recommend Victor Auto Group to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

I've purchased my last 2 Suburban's with Victor Auto group and have been extreamy happy with the qtuality both vehicles. If there is something special you are looking for they go out of thier way to make sure you get exactly what you want at a very fair price. unheard of in the used car market in my opinion. My first Suburban currently has 230,000 miles on it and has been handed down to my daughter the second one now has 90,000. I will definitely be back for a 3rd vehicle sooner than later.

I was shopping Cars.com for a used Suburban and found Victor Auto Group had several. I drove over and talked to Bill, who asked what features I was looking for. It turned out he had one that was almost exactly what I was after. We discussed price, my trade-in in, potential upgrades/downgrades, and settled on a price I felt was quite fair. I drove it home that afternoon. I've had the truck a week now and I just love it! I took it on a road trip this past weekend, and it was everything I was hoping for. If all used car transactions were as good as this one then used car salesmen wouldn't be rated down there next to politicians!

My wife and I were looking for a 2012 Town and Country after we had our 3rd child. I have searched high and low for one but could not find one that met our needs or was in good enough shape to purchase. When arriving at victor auto group the car was inside, clean and ready for viewing. The car was in the condition as it was mentioned on the website. My wife and I were looking for a used 2011 or 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I found Victor Auto Group's listing of a white 2012 on cars.com and contacted them to see if they could get us any other colors. We dealt with Bill Mattern, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and didn't give us any of the typical car sales runaround. He was able to find a black 2012 Grand Cherokee Laredo for us and even took care of some upgrades we wanted to the car such as 20 inch wheels and factory navigation.
