Had to replace a car unexpectedly due to an accident. Wanted to lease and keep the money down. Test drove a bunch of cars and decided on a 2016 Chevy Cruze. Went to a dealer a little closer to the house. Mistake. Went to talk numbers and I have on idea what planet they were on. Then they argued with me on why their numbers were what I should pay. Saw an ad for Victor Chevrolet, went down there, met with Karen. I knew exactly what I wanted, she found it, presented a number. Done. They smoked the first place. I had a deal in no more than 15 minutes. Picked up the car the next day. I loved the no nonsense. I actually got more car than I needed at the better price. If I am in a market for another car and Chevrolet was on my list I would start with Victor and odds are I wouldn't need any other. This is my first Chevrolet ever and my first non-foreign car in about 15 years.

In looking at the categories, I would first say that the Customer Service was exceptional. When I went in for my delivery, Andrea was very pleasant and knowledgeable. With these new cars and the computers and everything that come in then, I was a little confused. She explained how everything worked and made me feel very comfortable! Thank you for that Andrea!!! The next Category was the Buying Process. Of course I dreaded buying a car from the "typical salesman", but I was pleased to see that Victor Chevrolet had a lot of female sales people. As a woman, I felt more comfortable dealing with a woman. Laura was amazing. I didn't feel like I got ripped off, she got me the car that I wanted with the options that I wanted and I never felt pressured. Thank you for that Laura!!! And Working with Beth in Finance was a breeze and she is very funny. I had no "dealer dread" (to quote another dealership). The next Category was repairs which was not applicable so moving on to Facilities. The manager told me all about the plans for expanding into a new dealership and explained all the construction equipment and the retaining wall that was being built. Sounds like the facilities will be gorgeous when it's all done, and considering it's a work in process, I couldn't give it a bad grade. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and nice and laughing alot. It felt like a family. I really enjoyed my experience. AND I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!! Thank you Victor Chevrolet!!!

I was very pleased from the time I was greeted at the door to the purchase and delivery of my new car ! every one was very friendly . Tom Grimm salesman was very helpful getting me into a chevy equinox explaining every detail of the vehicle and took me out for test drive . Beth Decosmo explained all the financial info.very friendly and helpful with warranty and service protection . when i took delivery TOM went over the whole vehicle, set up my phone, bluetooth,the auto lift for tailgate etc. OVERALL Great experience !

I Just took my shopping at Eastview Mall over the Christmas break and we were talkin about purchasing a vehicle. We were driving a rental at this particular time. So we went looking in victor's Chevy cars parking lot,and decided to go inside, my son said "really". Their were expansion going on the outside, but the inside were like two totally different worlds. Their employees were busy helping others potential customers,but not too busy that they could'nt greet you with a pleasant smile. I was greeted from the auto mechanics,Sarah from in Customer Care Dept, from Ed Servati who "grantee me that they were going to work with me",and last, but not least Joseph Gefell my salesman "he worked it all out!!" Saw an ad for a Chevy Cruze in last Sunday's paper and headed over to the dealership the next day. Joe was my salesman and was pleasant and eager to sell me a car. He did say that they did not have the Cruze that was featured in the ad, but we did a test drive and ran some numbers on one with more options, but the price point was not where I wanted to be. Eventually, I found out that they could get me the car I wanted by the end of the week, and on the following Saturday I picked up my new Cruze. Joe went over all the features and set up my on star and bluetooth connection. Beth made closing the deal and signing the paperwork easy. They are in the middle of building a new dealership, so it seemed a little cramped in the showroom, but I'm sure when the new place is open it will be worth the hassle of dealing with all the construction. All in all, it was a pleasant buying experience and I love my new Cruze!

I originally called Victor Chevrolet for an advertised lease deal but was told they no longer had that model available that qualified for that deal. Later that same day another salesperson called me to say they were following up and yes, they did have 2 vehicles that qualified for that deal so we went to the dealership the next morning. When we arrived neither of the two previous contacts we spoke with were available. We were introduced to Joe Gefell who would help us. Once we sat down with Joe and explained why we were there for the lease deal we were immediately told there were no cars available for that deal. Feeling disappointed that we were told the previously afternoon that there were we were not happy. But of course they could come close to that number with a car on the lot with a few more options. We did do a test drive and started the negotiations process. I was ready to walk several times but eventually we DID come to a compromise and I did get a new car. While I was not happy for the way we started, the end was good. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with getting our deal done. The Manager was upfront saying they had very limited cars available for the advertised lease deal and they do hope to get customers from that ad. He was upfront, professional and good to work with. Thank you!

The car buying experience is a complicated and stressful process, that only a mathematical engineer would be able to master. Nevertheless, the attention and care that Tyler Best and Ed Servati placed to me during my purchase is a story that I have recounted countless times to friends and family. I had almost made a deal with another dealer, it fell through. Dejected, but still interested in the vehicle, I just passed by to look at the ones available in this location, just to see, then proceed onto lunch. Tyler came out, being super nice, honest, and up front, and we ended up going inside to just see what they could manage. Ed graciously came out - along with Tyler - and I was able to explain what had happened, the current status of my lease, what I was looking for, the reasons why, and where my price point stood. I tell you, they all went back and forth trying to find me the best deal possible. By some miracle, might be timing, might have been the key word dropped somewhere, but they were able to push the deal. They didn't have the vehicle on hand, it was a weekend, so we just left with some signed documents, $$ dropped to attain the vehicle from another location, and heart palpitations that this might actually come through. Monday comes along, and I get news that it's coming along... then another phone call, they couldn't get the car. WHAT??!!! But don't worry, they'll take care of me. Wary of what is going to transpire I get out of work and head to the dealer, to pick up a car I have not seen or driven. Not only could they find my car somewhere else, Tyler personally went all the way to Syracuse to pick it up for me. WOW. My face was grinning ear to ear when I saw it, I could not believe it. After all the going back and forth, everything was just as it should have been... even better, so much better. Every time I get into my Equinox I can't help but smile, be proud, and thank someone above to have come across Tyler and Ed. There was no way that this deal could have happened at this juncture if my life.. maybe sometime near the end of next year... with more money, and hassle, after another wintry season. I needed the SUV then/now... and they made it happen. How could I not give them such a glowing review, they deserve all of these stars, even more...

I've never went to Victor Chevrolet before, but my father always went there and told me how much he liked the place so I thought I would give it a shot. The service was amazing there, Kevin was courteous and polite and I never felt I was being pressured in to having to purchase anything. I told him what I was interested in, what my price range was, and he knew exactly what vehicle I would like. After a quick test drive he gave me a deal that I could easily afford and within less than 24 hours I was driving my new car home. I will definitely come back to Victor Chevrolet for any future purchases.

Our experience at Victor Chevrolet was very enjoyable. We never felt pressured to make a deal and during the deal making process the salesman ( Joe) was very aware of where we wanted to be price wise. They clearly asked us where we wanted to be pricewise and found us a car that fit our budget. When Carm joined us to close out the deal he too was very friendly and conscious of where we want it to be pricewise. Went in on a Saturday morning to look at a car I found on the internet. Didn't have an appointment or anything, just went on a whim as I've never purchased from a dealer before and wasn't sure about getting financed. However, the car that I found was one of very few in a 100 mile radius and had lower miles than most. Went in and was greeted outside pretty quickly, as I expected. Took the car for a test drive and the salesman quickly made me feel confident about getting financed, so I went ahead and decided to try and purchase the car. He was set on getting the car to me by the end of the day and I did end up coming back for it later in the afternoon. Wasn't necessary, as like I mentioned, I was mainly curious about financing, but getting the car the same day is nothing to complain about, haha. Did feel a little bit of pressure at different parts of the deal, but overall much better than experiences I've seen with other people at other dealers. I did end up getting a better payment than I expected, so if you're worried in that regard, just give it a shot. I can't speak on the customer service or repairs as I haven't had to deal with either as of yet, but the other reviews make me feel confident it won't be too much of a hassle.

I was drawn to a salesman out of the group who proceeded to inquire as to what I was looking for. He then consulted their inventory and told me what cars were in stock that fit my requests. Through a thorough process I asked many questions that were answered clearly. At the end of our discussion I was able to make up my mind on the Chevrolet Cruze and the next day I picked up the car right on schedule. I have always been uncomfortable with car dealerships/sales people but at Victor Chevrolet I was very comfortable. While shopping for this car we went to two other local dealerships and did not have the same comfortable trusting feeling we had at Victor. Brian Stapelton our sales person was very personable and not at all pushy. He helped us find the right car that was in our budget. We decided to lease and really didn't know very much about the process but Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful. I believe I got the used car deal of the year at Victor Chevrolet. I saw a Honda Civic on cars.com I emailed them about it and got a very quick response. I received a call from them the next morning to let me the car was available. The price was so great I made a down payment over the phone before I even saw the car. My husband and I came to Victor Chevrolet after having a bad experience at another area dealer. The difference was night and day. The staff at Victor Chevrolet was kind and courteous. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted and offered a beverage. The floor sales person answered all our questions. At one point, the owner came to greet us. The buying process was quick, and everything was explained to us in detail. The day of delivery of the vehicle, we found the car waiting for us. I saw an ad in the paper for a vehicle I really liked and wanted and thought it was too good to be true, so I went to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised and excited to find out the ad was true and I bought the Traverse. I picked it up the following evening and I am so happy. I just bought a White 2015 Chevy Impala and the entire process was wonderful - not "dreadworthy" at all. I went online and did my research and then visited Victor Chevrolet, in Victor, NY. I was greeted at the door by a very nice woman who made me feel comfortable immediately. Then I met with my salesman, Kevin Renna, and worked a deal with the Sales Manager, Ed Servati. Not only were they professional and fair, but they were funny and made me smile throughout. When I took delivery, I met with the Product Professional, Doug Beck (I think that's his name), and he was very thorough with everything I needed to understand about the MyLink system, and all the new "toys" that came with my car. It took a while, but I was very appreciative of him taking the time to show me everything. I would tell anyone interested in a buying a car to visit them. They are very obviously under construction (equipment in the lot) but they have a very large inventory. And some sweet used cars too. I saw some Lexus and Mercedes there as well!! Thank you to Victor Chevrolet for making my experience so pleasurable. I'll definitely send people your way! PS - They even took a picture for me so I could put it on Facebook!!!

Within about 3/4 of an hour we were greeted by several of the sales people, also including Dan Gulick, and they all provided us friendly hospitality, including handshakes and smiles, answered all our questions, and provided a great deal. We went in on a Thursday and they would have had the truck ready for pickup on Monday. We took delivery today and we love our new 2015 Colorado Z71. Delivery process was easy and we will be sure to tell our friends about the quality of this experience.

I had spoken with the employee who answered emails regarding inquiries. Set up an appt for an afternoon visit as we were deriving over an hour to view the vehicle i was interested in. I received a call in the AM to confirm the appt.. When I arrived there were a couple of men standing there waiting. When I showed the m the vehicle I came to see they immediately got "stupid" looking and came back to me and said that vehicle had been sold that morning!! HELLO why didn't you call me? Why didn't you offer to show me another vehicle? Why did you just stand there with like your thumb up your _ _ _? Never again will I go to that dealership since they don't seem to feel a customer's time is of any value!! I immediately went to another dealership where I purchased one of their makes.

Pat Mullen was helpful in explaining leasing and options etc. without pressure. round trip is about 80 miles to victor chevrolet but it has proven to be a worthwhile adventure.

Pat Mullen and Staff at Victor Chevrolet are excellent. My husband and his brother went shopping for a truck on Thursday, Mar. 26, 2015. My husband decided to lease the truck, as he was retired, and didn't drive as many miles as when he was working; so a down payment was put down that day on a 2015 Silverado. My husband and I went to the dealership on Friday to pick up the truck and again talked to Mr. Mullen who was extremely helpful. At the time, I (Mary Lou) had a 2010 GMC Terrain with 89,000 miles on it and was convinced by my husband and Mr. Mullen that a lease would work for me also as I was no longer driving to Rochester every day for work. I drove a 2015 Chevy Malibu and loved it, Financial staff were excellent and when we returned on Saturday with down payments, Beth DeCosmo and Dan Gulick had all the paperwork ready. Mr. Mullen was so delightful, we accepted two vehicle leases that day and have never been more happy with the service. Mr. Mullen explained the vehicles new technology and even helped us link blue tooth to our phones. We had a great experience with this dealership. Thank you Mr. Mullen and staff.

Needed a new truck, upgraded to a 2500HD. Bought the 2015 Silverado 2500HD. After seeing the tuck and settling on a price, ok 85% sold, I test drove the truck, this is where sales, Doug said this truck has Active Fuel Management, this sealed the deal. I got a great interest rate and was able to add spray in bed liner and nerf bars into the financing. It was not until 4 days later when I got time to start researching about the Active Fuel Management. I could not find anything on how to find out when the engine went from 8 cylinders to 4. I went back to the dealer, the floor manager assured me that the truck does have this and the computer does this automatically. I still was unsure and checked with Corporate Chevy and another dealer, none of the 2500 series has Active Fuel Management and with my VIN verified, I do not. The dealer swears they were trained that ALL GM V8's have this. I have gone back to the dealer a few times, since no one returns your calls or emails, and I get the same story, they have contacted GM, and GM has not gotten back to them. It is sad GM, and 3 other dealers I called all know that this is not true, how can I believe only one dealer was trained wrong by GM? I do love the truck, but what sealed the deal in the end was Active Fuel Management, as this could be 1 - 2 MPG difference on the highway, big money savings. Another thing I was not aware of, the truck has power windows and locks, but not until I got home after picking up the truck, I found out there are no key FOB's. Any car I have owned since 1995 with power locks came with a remote FOB, 20 years later you would think you would get them. Would have been nice to know Victor, Would have been nice to have, thanks GM. The real kicker is, I cannot have this added on, unless I buy a remote starter 3rd party. Why I am giving only 2 stars? Financing = Great Sales = Failed Sales promised everything before the sale, but cannot back anything up, return calls or emails.

My husband decided we needed to purchase a new vehicle as our old car was on it's last legs. Basically just walked into the dealership to see what was available - without calling first or setting up an appointment. The sales staff was so considerate and welcoming. Our salesman Doug Beck was extremely helpful and patient explaining everything - from the purchase paperwork to the car's features and warranty - even dealing with a wife who wasn't too sure now was a good time to get a new car. He was more than happy to take us for a test ride, even though it was a cold and snowy night. While Doug finished up the necessary paperwork, the Manager Ed Servati sat down with us and made sure all our questions were answered and that we were comfortable with the process so far. Even the Finance person (sorry - I forgot her name) made signing reams of paperwork seem like it was nothing at all. They had the car ready for us the next day and at the time they said they would. Brad Bray was great going through all the new features and took his time explaining every one to two people who are not tech savy. We even have his cell phone number in case we need to have something explained again. This was the best car buying experience we've had and will definitely go back there for our next one.

Doug Beck was the best salesperson I've ever had. He was diligent and through the entire experience he was helpful and always available. The 2014 Chevrolet Cruze I leased had a recall on it so it took an extra few days to get the car. I gave the Buying Process a Good only because Doug kept trying to get the vehicle I wanted and the other dealers kept giving him the wrong one. Otherwise, I will use them again and again.

From the time we entered the dealership till we picked up our new 2014 Silverado we were treated with respect and courteousy. Our salesman Ed Servati bent over backwards to make sure we would get the vehicle we wanted at a price we could afford .The finance manager explained every detail of finance process and recommended ,rust proofing, undercoating and Rhino liner for interior of box. we have had previous Rhino liners in our other pickups so we wanted it in this one too. We declined the rustproofing and undercoating and went with Krown for these features. There was no animosity from Victor Chetowards us for choosing another dealer. They even picked up my wife from our home in Greece with their shuttle service so she could pick up new vehicle and drive it home. all in all I would refer friends and family to Victor CHevrolet even if as for us it is a distance from home and we do have two chevy dealers within 2 miles of our home. Victor Chevrolet beat them hands down in price and availability. Our sincere thanks to Victor Chevrolet!!!!

Dont go here looking for a fair price for your trade as you probably wont get one. Always check with competition as this dealer is not looking to be competitive, but to pocket more for him. New car prices are ok. Trade in always lower than Van Bortel and others. I had 2 experiences where they were thousands below others in valuing my trade in
