Jonathan was AMAZING. I told him what I was looking for and the terms I wanted and he stuck to exactly that. He didn’t play any games with me he was kind and helpful through the whole process! I went into the dealership just to look at a vehicle my wife is interested in. I had a car I was paying on that was in somebody else's name and asked if a deal could be made using that car. I went to Valley Hi Nissan three times and could not or basically would not try to get a third-party deal done and I also went Valley Hi Toyota where once I got on the lot not one salesperson approached me, guess they didn't want the sale. At Victorville Hyundai they checked around with the banks, a deal was made and I was able to drive off with a "NEW SUV IN MY NAME". The salesman (Cesar) was very friendly and not pushy and his manager Michelle was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond and was able to get a deal done when the Valley Hi conglomerate wouldn't. Give Victorville Hyundai a look at least they will find a way to get the deal done.

That 3 star rating was given as soon as I went into the showroom...they acknowledged and we're very polite. I am only giving for 4 star because I left empty handed after 2 hours. But I would definetly recommend! The sales person I got was great not pushy, informative and helpful...but once we found that they could not get me in a car he was pretty fast to bounce and go park the car I test drove. 😂. Besides that was a great experience...

The salesman were nice but although we made an appointment so we wouldn't have to wait too long they didn't even have the person there at the location! So annoying 🙄 we wanted to try and do a trade in for a car we purchased from there dealership because They pretty much sold us a headache or a lemon and weren't willing to take the car as a trade in credit without an additional $6,000 down, which was out of the question. Not sure why they couldn't get it together and help us out. Hopefully others have better luck but I won't be back.
