Olga and Victor have been attentive and helpful throughout the process of buying a car. Used cars are always a risk, for the seller as well as the buyer. I don't expect the seller to promise that there will be no flaws. That said, the car we purchased has been excellent, and the buying process was personal and human rather than high pressure.

I had a very pleasant experience at this dealer. They were easy to deal with, answered all of my questions, willing to discuss pricing, very forward and upfront with the details of the car they were selling, overall very genuine people. I picked up a fantastic car from them and have pictures attached, I will not hesitate to go back there again for other vehicles and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great used vehicle.

By far the BEST dealership I have dealt with! Olga and Victor took very good care of me, very honest and professional business owners. Had such a smooth experience buying from them! Victor was incredibly helpful, and very knowledgeable. I had two cars I was trying to choose from, and he helped me so much with my decision. Where do I begin with this review. After driving almost 2 hours to this dealership I had my eye on a equinox they had for sale the price was too good to be true. I was allowed 15 minutes with the car and it drove beautifully. I had contacted my bank saying this is the car I for sure wanted. I had bought the car and I thought everything would good fine from there. I was wrong... the car had so many problems continuing till this day the Timing belt, (2,000$) the converter was bad (1,700$ with labor) The battery and alternator have both gone bad, and the best one of them all the car is consuming/burning oil! I had the oil changed about 3 days ago and I’m already a quart low. Who knows how much that would cost! My bank called me saying they were concerned because they seemed like they were in a hurry to sell it to me. This place was by far the worst dealership I have ever been to. Please be cautious with these guys. Scammers

Our recent purchase of a vehicle at Victory Auto Express was pleasant, painless and positive. I would highly recommend this dealership. We had found our vehicle through Victory's online presence where they had provided a detailed description, numerous pictures and the CARFAX report. We contacted them through phone and email where they were quick to answer our questions and arrange for us to see the car. We arrived on a Saturday morning from Pennsylvania where they had the car ready for us to test drive. The buying process was easy and within about 90 minutes we drove the car home. We got a great car at a fair price with no sales pressure. We rarely write online reviews but felt Victory Auto Express was worth the time to recommend.

I contacted the dealership over the phone and was provided with all the information regarding the car I was interested in. When I arrived to the place, Victor spent considerable time with showing different car features. The Carfax was also provided. The process of negotiation, finding a bank for the loan and all the paperwork was surprisingly easy and quick. After three months, the car is running smooth with no problems. I would definitely recommend this dealership and would use it for my future needs.

On August 26, 2014 I purchased a 2001 Honda Accord EX for my daughter from Victor. The car description said the vehicle had no electrical problems, Engine is mechanically sound and also specified that it was defect free. After less than a month of driving the vehicle the engine light came on. I took the car to a mechanic and was told the car is burning oil. I contacted Victor and was called back by his wife who told me the car was sold as is and that I would need to speak to the General Manager. I have called and left several messages, emails as well as text messages for Victor with no response. I would have never purchased this vehicle if I was made aware of the engine issue. This is very BAD business, especially NOT returning phone calls regarding the vehicle that was sold by Victory as a GOOD vehicle. I would never recommend a place such as this to anyone. BUYER BEWARE!

I would recommend Victory Auto Express to everyone. We were looking for a specific car online and thats how we found Victory. We purchased an eight year old Honda from them that was cleaned by Victor so that it looked showroom new. Victor provided a Car Fax that showed an open recall and he took care of that before we picked up the car. If you are looking for a quality used car at a fair price look to Victory first; they may not have the car that you are looking for - but you just might change your mind. Uncommon friendliness and honesty. This was a VICTORY for both of us!

I am so impressed with my car buying experience from Victory Auto Express. I have bought a number of cars through my life, from private parties, dealerships, used car lots - nothing compared to this experience. This is the way it should be. Deal with Victor. He is a man of principle and integrity. I bought a 2006 Nissan Murano. I was given a awesome deal. Price was better than anything I saw on the internet. Came from Parma Heights to Wickliffe not knowing what to expect having never dealt with Victory Auto Express. This place has spoiled me forever - I have a new standard with which to judge any other experience. I am elated at my Nissan Murano and the service I got.

Great dealership with an amazing and helpful staff. I can't say enough good things about this place's owner, Victor, and his staff. Every step of the way they were going out of there way to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. My experience was pleasant. I reviewed on line and due to my own impatience drove to the lot. Victor was very easy going and willing to awnser any questions that I had. Things moved so quick that I think and smooth Victor was in shock!

Victory and its staff have made my buying experience "Exceptional". I was able to purchase my Chevy Equinox online with CarFax and all questions answered. Eric, one of their Salesmen went out of his way to help. Both Victor and Eric brought my Equinox to me. Yes, they delivered about an hour from where they are located. Olga even called to see how I like my SUV, I love it! Everything went so smoothly and my 2006 Equinox was such a great deal and runs and looks like new! Thanks so much :) Victory! I noticed that the dealer has unbelieveable deals! As we are all coached to say "show me the car fax" I asked if the dealer would tell me if the car was in an accident, airbad deployed, or rental car. The person exchanging Emails with me insisted on me coming in to see the car. I bought a Carfax Subscription to found that the car had an accident and towed off scene, Rental, and airbags deployed. Since i bought the subscription i looked at 4 other cars that they have, and of those cars all had been in an accident. Buyer Beware! Run a car fax, Title Check, what ever you need to do.

I was out this weekend searching for a used car. I randomly found this place while Google it around. Immediately I saw some cars that interested me, and were very reasonably priced. In the end, I bought Ford F-150 for less than the blue-book value. So I assure you that they are the best car dealers. Victor, who manages it, is wonderful!
