Our recent purchase of a vehicle at Victory Auto Express was pleasant, painless and positive. I would highly recommend this dealership. We had found our vehicle through Victory's online presence where they had provided a detailed description, numerous pictures and the CARFAX report. We contacted them through phone and email where they were quick to answer our questions and arrange for us to see the car. We arrived on a Saturday morning from Pennsylvania where they had the car ready for us to test drive. The buying process was easy and within about 90 minutes we drove the car home. We got a great car at a fair price with no sales pressure. We rarely write online reviews but felt Victory Auto Express was worth the time to recommend.

I contacted the dealership over the phone and was provided with all the information regarding the car I was interested in. When I arrived to the place, Victor spent considerable time with showing different car features. The Carfax was also provided. The process of negotiation, finding a bank for the loan and all the paperwork was surprisingly easy and quick. After three months, the car is running smooth with no problems. I would definitely recommend this dealership and would use it for my future needs.

On August 26, 2014 I purchased a 2001 Honda Accord EX for my daughter from Victor. The car description said the vehicle had no electrical problems, Engine is mechanically sound and also specified that it was defect free. After less than a month of driving the vehicle the engine light came on. I took the car to a mechanic and was told the car is burning oil. I contacted Victor and was called back by his wife who told me the car was sold as is and that I would need to speak to the General Manager. I have called and left several messages, emails as well as text messages for Victor with no response. I would have never purchased this vehicle if I was made aware of the engine issue. This is very BAD business, especially NOT returning phone calls regarding the vehicle that was sold by Victory as a GOOD vehicle. I would never recommend a place such as this to anyone. BUYER BEWARE!

I would recommend Victory Auto Express to everyone. We were looking for a specific car online and thats how we found Victory. We purchased an eight year old Honda from them that was cleaned by Victor so that it looked showroom new. Victor provided a Car Fax that showed an open recall and he took care of that before we picked up the car. If you are looking for a quality used car at a fair price look to Victory first; they may not have the car that you are looking for - but you just might change your mind. Uncommon friendliness and honesty. This was a VICTORY for both of us!

I am so impressed with my car buying experience from Victory Auto Express. I have bought a number of cars through my life, from private parties, dealerships, used car lots - nothing compared to this experience. This is the way it should be. Deal with Victor. He is a man of principle and integrity. I bought a 2006 Nissan Murano. I was given a awesome deal. Price was better than anything I saw on the internet. Came from Parma Heights to Wickliffe not knowing what to expect having never dealt with Victory Auto Express. This place has spoiled me forever - I have a new standard with which to judge any other experience. I am elated at my Nissan Murano and the service I got.

I wanted to take this time to express my appreciation and experience with Victory Auto Express. Victor, the owner is one of the best people I have ever encountered. I have experienced "sales people" throughout my life, but Victor is just a genuine individual. He isn't there to sell you on a vehicle, he is there to inform you of what your best options are. Olga, his finance coordinator, is just another example of how genuine and professional this dealer is. She is detailed and extremely knowledgeable in her line of work. Great dealership with an amazing and helpful staff. I can't say enough good things about this place's owner, Victor, and his staff. Every step of the way they were going out of there way to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. They understood that a car is a big purchase and are willing to go that extra mile to make the process smooth. Thanks to them I now have my dream car, and I am loving every second of it. And it doesn't hurt that I got a pretty great deal either. Thanks guys!
