I have been searching and searching for a vehicle for a very long time. Almost every where I went I was told the same thing. I was told that I needed better credit or I was missing some documentation or I could not find a reasonable insurance with my age and new license. But Thank God for Victory :) The minute I walked into Victory auto group I was wonderfully greeted by Mr. Anthony Nelson. He immediately offered to help me. I told him I came for an appointment. He pointed me to the receptionist, who took care of my needs and was about to direct me to another agent but I asked if I can see the man who greeted me at the door. I was directed to him, Mr. Anthony Nelson. He was very energetic and cheerful about helping me. His determination to ensure that I walk out with a BRAND NEW vehicle was AMAZING!!! Any obstacle that arose he fought to the very end to keep his word. And although it took hours of searching and shopping for insurance, I walked out of Victory Auto group with a brand new car and reasonable insurance policy, one that I could certainly afford. Andrew , the sales person, and Gene, the sales manager, were both exemplary in their performance in selling me a vehicle. Both were extremely honest, punctual, an sincere. The experience was excellent. Andrew was a very calm and re-assuring presence, and Gene was delightfully mild and pleasing. There are no gimmicks at the Victory Group, and they stick to their word. I would recommend that every car patron come to the Victory group and be serviced by the dynamic duo- Andrew and Gene. This was the best car buying experience that I had in 25 years. I would even invite these guys home to dinner.

I had a really satisfying experience at this dealership. As a first time car buyer, I expected my experience to be daunting but I was pleasantly surprised of how efficient and smooth the entire process was. I was approved, obtained car insurance and was driving out of the lot with a brand new car in less than 90 minutes. The staff was very professional and assisted me with the task of making a new purchase, the biggest purchase of my life, they explained the whole process to me step by step, there was no gimmicks, they used layman's term when discussing my new car to me. I didn't feel taken advantage of, I was weary coming in as a female, but my gender was not an issue. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I recommend Victory Auto Group to anyone who is interested in purchasing a car.

Jose was very detailed and assertive in his selling. It helped that I knew what I already wanted, but he put the stamp on things with comparing different cars and making me feel that the choice I made was the right choice. It did help to know and see a lot of the information he gave us was very accurate --no selling or persuading --just facts. For a salesman to stay 4 hours with one sale and even after the dealership is closed and then to come in on his day off the next day to assist me --hes one hell of a guy. -P.S. I LOVE my new Car.

I saw a car on cars.com at this dealership that I was content on purchasing that day. Also, from their ratings on cars.com I assumed they were reputable. I called ahead and was assured that the car was still there. I asked for confirmation since I was coming from over an hour away. I was again assured that the car was there. I took the drive down and upon getting there they started to complete a loan app for a car I didn't see nor test drive yet which I thought wad odd. I asked to see the car and was pointed to a lot across the street. I went over there and there was nobody there...I also didn't see the car I was looking for so I called from my cell and the salesman walked over. I asked him about the car I was looking for and told him the only model I saw was a year older. He said they sold the car I was there for a few days prior and that it takes up to 72 hrs for it to show on the internet. There was no apology. This place is a joke. He said he would give me a deal on the older model. I entertained the thought for a couple minutes. The price shown on the car wad $8k more than the car I was looking for with more miles and a year older. When I mentioned the price on cars.com he scoffed and laughed and said "oh that's just the internet price, the price on the car includes all fees and etc". I told him that I've purchased cars before and know that taxes and fees are approximately 10% more than the purchase price, not 20-30%. He had nothing to say. I told him he wasted my time and that this is no way to do business. This is not personal, that's why I didn't include names. However this style of doing business is not at all conducive to get return business. I will never return here nor refer anyone to this establishment. The employees need better training.

Worst experience I ever had in a car dealership, everything from price of the car and having to go back to have them change the motor oil and brakes , air filter and all fluids that they said they had done. I visited Bronx Cars and almost bought a new Suzuki Kizashi when they were a Suzuki dealer. After much deliberation I decided to go with a different car and dealership. When a great Kizashi came back as a trade-in, they remembered me and immediately called to see if I was still interested. I found that pretty amazing. Because of their great customer service, I was able to get this amazing car at a great price. I had some minor maintenance issues but their repair service was so great that I didnt feel any inconvenience. Great dealership! I have recommended them to my friends and family.

Typical used cars sales tactics. Can't blame them for any of that. Just know they are not upfront with actual cost of car and will try to get you to sign before telling you the total cost of the loan also. I do not recommend taking their financing... My example, local bank offered 2% for sixty months interest due to my high credit. Their offer was 4% at 72 months. Which meant I'd be paying six thousand more than advertised. For the same car versus if I used my own bank.

Fake.. Fake.. Fake.. I called to get more info in a SUV they had posted. I called first thing in the morning they first asked a few different questions. I thought they where just asking for quota purposes my name, where I was calling from work or home, where I was located? I gave all that info I am out of state and was going to travel there to purchase the vehicle if all went well. As soon as I told them that I was out of state they said a deposit was but down and it was not for sale. I then seen it was still on there website after work later that evening I called again. They asked the same questions? This time I would not give them any info. I just asked if the vehicle was still available that's all. I had to ask the same question 6 times before they said yes it was available and on the lot. Then I asked if they could send me a car fax? They told me no that they would give it to me when I came in. Then I noticed there was a rip in one of the seats and asked if they could email more defined pictures of just that seat they said NO they can't. I asked her why not she said she could not leave her desk so I then said why cant you have someone else go take them she said you have 22 pictures on the website and that should be good enough. I then said I might fly in tomorrow to look at it. She said well sir you cant guarantee the vehicle would be available. I said well can I wire you a deposit to hold it for me. She said no they don't do wire transfers I then said can you hold it and she said no. I was a serious buyer and refused to work with me! Dont waste your time!

Beware: This is NOT the price of the vehicle! This dealer had no shame in luring me in from 200 miles away only to tell me that the price advertised is only the amount they are looking to finance and that I should add almost $3000 to the price advertised....and that this is NORMAL practice. I can afford the extra 3,000, but walked away on principle. I'm not supporting/awarding these shady practices.

I gave her my number and then asked her to double check and call me back. She called back and assured me the car was on premises. When I arrived, your manager told me I must have seen the car from a different dealership and was laughing. I told him I saw it on Craigslist he went on Craigslist and tried to hide the posting from me. After I showed him the ad on Craigslist he kept on laughing saying it was an honest mistake. How pathetic this dealership is and will not last long in this day and age of social media. I will be sure to blast this dealership on every site possible. I should have read all the negative reviews and low down tactics this dealership employs before I wasted my money and time.

Very unprofessional. Although this company has the vehicles prices on their website, I was told by an employee named Peter that he's not discussing prices over the phone. Huh! All I wanted to know is the estimated total cost of one of their vehicles with tax, tags and fees. I have my own approved loan and this dealer is one of the bank's referrals. Seems like they need to know about this dealer. What true dealer cannot tell a customer an estimated total... so I hung up. BUYER BE CAREFUL.

I called for a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. A lady named Pinky told me there were no gimmick on their pricing. When a got there the sales person Anthony try to add 10% of the original 23K retail value of the Sonata. This raised the posted price an additional $2,300 on top of the advertised price. All but a gimmick to get you there and rip you off. STAY AWAY

This place is a total scam. I found a deal too good to be true on cars.com (Acura MDX) and called the dealership. A sweet lady named Monique answered and promised the listing price would be the same whether financed or paid with cash with no hidden charges. So I drove about an hour to the dealership to find out that the car I was looking for was just "driven away" by someone. Without even having shown the car, a man named Mac pulled up the paperwork and started doing his math. I was told the listing price did not include a 10% of retail price, which would be an additional $3000. I asked for Monique and was told she was just a receptionist who would not be familar with their pricing. I walked out of this shady place right away. Now, if this what they call "No Gimmicks" on every car description, then they are fooling all potential customers. This place does not deserve a star at all. I wish I had read all the other reviews before paying them a visit. My advice to all of you is stay away from this dealership and shop elsewhere.

I asked a carfax report. They said it cannot be sent on email. What kind of dealer cannot send a report? They just want you to make visiting the store. I was told the car has no accident before I visit. At the store I asked the history, little hesitation, I was told there were three accidents. What a waste of my day and time. Make sure get the history first. You have the right to ask. If they don't send it to you, it must have been in accident.

My Fiance made an online inquiry for Lexus LS460 and to schedule an appointment for saturday. So she recieves a call and schedules for 10am. From that day on we received numerous calls on both her cell and at our home, I got home from work that wednesday to 2 messages from the sales manager. When my fiance got home she said they called her asking her to put a 2000 dollar deposit down as they had another potential buyer. So I called them thursday and told them if you have another buyer to sell it, I explained to him that we would like to have the car checked out by our mechanic and that we wanted to test drive it first. His reply was to put down a 1500 dollar deposit to hold it, I again explained why I would not and that we would come in on saturday to test drive it (if it was still available). I get home from work thursday and there was again 4 missed calls and one message from the sales manager verifying if we are coming in. They kept calling my fiance cell phone all day thursday and friday, finally she answered and told them we were no longer interested! Only for them to call saturday 8am again! They are stalkers and we wish we reviewed their reviews before going through this awful experience. I think we will hold off from buying another car for now. Thank you Victory Auto Group and Doug for making this such a horrible experience.

THIS DEALER WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD PURCHASING A CAR. THEY HAD A LARGE SELECTION AND REASONABLE PRICES. BUT WHEN YOU DECIDE ON A CAR THEY THEN TELL YOU THERE ARE 4 -5 DIFFERENT FEES THAT TOTAL AN EXTRA $2500. - $3000 TO THE PRICE OF THE CAR. WHEN I REFUSED TO PAY THEM A SALES MANAGER CAME OVER TO TRY TO SLICK TALK THE FEES A STEER ME INTO A LESSER PRICED CAR. THIS PLACE REALLY LIVES UP TO THE USED CAR STEREOTYPE. I spoke to a very nice women on the phone prior to visiting this dealer, very helpfull and knowledgeable. I wish I could say the same for the manager (bald guy, think he name was Dean). The say before heading there I was told "come on by, we will do what we need to do to make the deal happen. We want you to leave here happy". What a joke! There asking me how much do I want to put down? I replied "can I see the car first"? Take a quick look then we head back inside for him to ask how much do you want your monthly payments to be? I respond how much is the car? Its all about the money at this dump! Did I mention the arrogant manager was smoking inside the showroom?? I too asked for a carfax and was told sure, only for him to come back to tell me there printer is out of service. I traveled from Jersey to visit this dealer only totally dissapointed. Do yourself a favor and stay away! I will be heading to Prestige Mercedes to purchase my Benz for 3K more! All I know is I will never go there again!

Dealership was deceiving in the price of the auto (close to $3,000 in fees and creative pricing). I asked numerous times about the Carfax. Was told that first needed to fill out application. Then told that printer was not working/out of ink. When I asked to see it on the screen, the auto had major frame damage listed on the Carfax. Will not step into dealership ever again! Total waste of time!

I came into this dealership because I needed a car with low miles and they deal with bad credit. I went to 4 dealerships and was turned down by all with $2500 as a down payment. I met William Rivera and he sat me down and explained everything that I needed. He was patient and took care all of my needs. I got a monthly payment I'm comfortable and a warranty for a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. Great experience and will refer anyone to Victory Auto Group.

As for me being a first time buyer, i have to say that i had a very good experience! i was very hesitant on how to shop around and find a good car for me and my young daughter. I do not have the best credit and had very low hope's of getting into a up to date vehicle, but to my surprise i found a dealership with friendly sales associates that were open and happy to help me get into a good vehicle for me and my child.In the near future i will be doing business with victory auto groups again.

I went to this dealer in March. I was all over the place all day getting rejected all day because my credit was no good. I was just gonna go home in my '97 Honda. Then I passed this place car lot on the way home. I was treated like I had a perfect credit score. They understood my situation and somehow I was approved for a 2012 Suzuki Kizashi. I don't know how they did it, but I could not be any happier with my car or my experience there. I will tell everyone I know to go there for a car and I will be back when I'm ready to trade this one in. Thank you to everyone at Bronx Suzuki.

i called the dealership about ford expplorer spoke to a very nice lady named Margie she was nice eanogh to let me know that the explorer was sold, but mentioned other vehicles in my price range. She got me into a newer vehicel 2010 Escape. So when i got there she introduce me to a salesman he was a very great guy... i fell in love with the for Escape its brand new. He got me out of there pretty quik....very pleased with them.

I visited this dealer to buy a used 2007 suzuki sx4 i saw online for $6000. The listing price was based on a 10% of the original price, so the total got jacked up to $12000, what a joke! I tried to get my test drive, but every time i went looking for the car they said they took it for a clean up. Also they will keep you hostage by taking your drivers license, another tactic these car dealer used. These people are so shady from start to finish. Car has a whole lot of mechanical problems, dents, broken plastic parts, etc.....Their repair facilities will cost you tons of money, avoid these people at all cost, do not shop here....they will use you and abuse you!

i am going to be quite honest in saying that i did not know what to expect.i had already read reviews online that were not so great about this place,and i am not too fond of the Bronx, but a friend told me about a previous good experience so i decided to show up anyway. i was looking for a Toyota Matrix and the assistants on the phone were very pleasant.TOLD me the exact sum, so i knew what to show up with.there website is very detailed, they have clear pictures, and when you show up, it is just the same in person.i thought i was going to go into a dump. They knew me on a first name basis and were very cordial in handling my paperwork.The Matrix was parked in a way that assured me that they were expecting my arrival. That is exactly the kind of service i expect when making a big purchase. I was afraid about my credit, but although it took some time to maneauver, i was approved.The better thing is that they have a department that handles registration and i didn't have to waste extra time at the DMV. you get what you pay for. it was not just the end result, but the process that made my purchase worthwhile.

I visited this dealer with the hopes of purchasing a used vehicle I saw online. Before I was allowed to test drive the car, the dealer indicated we would have to agree on a purchase price prior to me driving it. How exactly do you settle on a purchase price when you have only sat in the drivers seat? As indicated by other reviewers of Bronx Suzuki/Victory Auto Group, the actual price ballooned up approx $5,000 from what was quoted online. The advertised price doesn't include a mandatory 10% finance charge (even though I was paying cash) in addition to several other dubious charges. After the dealer 'worked his numbers' I was still not welcome to test drive the car without leaving a credit card or 'some cash' with them. I left disgusted as a result. This dealer only seems interested in financing to gullible people in an effort to skim needless fees and extra percentage points. Avoid this dealership and the inevitable headache.

After reading prior reviews I was a little hesitant about paying VAG a visit. The vehicle I was interested was sold the day prior to my arrival. This seems to be the case when dealing with a dealer of this type. The good ole' bait and reel. It's better to up front with the consumer and get a quality sale then to use these old tactics. In my opinion I would not buy from nor deal with a company like this. If they do make sales, it won't be through me. By they way never leave a deposit unless you are ready to buy the vehicle the same day.

The team at Victory Auto worked hard to get me a car and price that fit my budget. They were flexible to work with and helpful in bringing all the pieces together. Most importantly, the car purchased was of good quality. One thing to mention, what-you-see-is-what-you-get. They're not going to fix dents and dings, but they let you know that right up front.
