Greeted at the door and directed to the person I was there to see by friendly staff. Explained what I was looking for and what my budget was and they gave me multiple options to look at. Narrowed it down to two SUV's and they had me test drive both. Once i decided which one I preferred we sat down and negotiated a great price on the Trailblazer. Couldn't be happier. Was in and out of finance in no time and on my way with my new SUV.

My husband took my car in this morning for an oil change. He’s a mechanic and when he got home he looked at the filter and realized the oil filter was not changed. He called and the manager said he would look at the video footage. We drove there and he showed a service man the filter and the service man agreed that it wasn’t done. The lube tech had apparently told his boss at first that it was done then back tracked and said it wasn’t. When I had called I asked if I could get at least half a refund and the service manager Derek said that would not be a problem. My husband watched them do the second oil change and the lube tech had said he “forgot” to replace the oil filter. At the end I was given a coupon for a free oil change for the next time. There will never be a “next time” that was the first and last time we will ever go there. I had said I was told I could get a refund and they refused. I’ll drive an hour to Plymouth to Lou lariche before coming here. Clearly the customers are not the first priority and the lube techs are not trained properly. Thank goodness my husband knew what to look for, it makes me question how many other customers oil filters were not changed. When my husband told Derek he worked as a lube tech for a Chevy dealer before he was offered a job. I found it strange we were not treated how we should have been yet my husband was offered a position as a lube tech simply because he knows what he is talking about.

Wanted to give me $20k for a 2014 F150 King Ranch as a trade. After negotiations, the best they would do is $24k Got $27k as a trade from another dealer. The low-ball offer should have made me instantly walk. Edit: for what it's worth after leaving this review the manager called to congratulate me on finding a vehicle through somebody else. So at least they do read these reviews.

Looked at 2017 GMC sierra that is still on the lot now! Metallic blue crew cab had a dent in the driver door they said it would be fixed did a poor job so I declined. Went to get my check that was meant only to hold the truck and they had cashed it. Had to sit there 20 min and wait for them to cut me a check! Nice generic response from the owners to unhappy customers.
