Erin in Internet sales started this awesome experience. She was patient and understanding of our needs. Upon arriving at the dealership she hooked us up with our in house salesman Wade. After choosing the ride my son liked, Wade turned us over to Mike in financing and in no time the deal was done. Never did I think a car buying experience could be this easy and painless. The guy I dealt with was very nice and well trained at his job . But before I left I checked and my third break light didn't work so went back to service desk, but the guy I was dealing with wasn't there he went up front . I told another person at the desk that's the light was not working that's when he got a attitude with me saying that was on end that the recall wouldn't have nothing to do with it not working . It was working when I got there . Finally the guy I dealt with in the beginning show back up and got service guy to look at it was a loose wire .So So not naming names First guy at service desk was greatSecond guy SUCKED !!Service tech also GREAT AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS GOOD BEFORE I LEFT AND TOLD ME TO HAVE A GREAT DAY. Love my vehicle but the salesman was very pushy and not worried about what I wanted in a vehicle only that we bought a vehicle that day. Sales manager was only worried about "making a deal" and not helping us find the car that was right for us. They tried to push multiple cars on us that we're not in the best condition saying this is the type of cars we sale that's why our prices are the best and that they do not spend money to make the car perfect before selling. The car buying process was very poor: we visited the dealership multiple times and had called ahead that morning about cars we had seen online and wanted to come see in person. Both times we Had been told the cars were at the dealership but upon arrival the cars were actually at the mt holly location. So we wasted our time calling ahead and we ended up spending 30+ minutes waiting just to see the car while someone went to get it. We love the car but we looked at 6 plus cars before buying one to find the one that was in the best shape. So just take your time looking for the car that is in great shape and don't settle for one with defects that the salesmen will try to convince you to buy.

Very helpful and patient while I searched for a vehicle to meet my needs in my price range. Only negative was that many of their used vehicles are stored off site. Had I not searched online before coming to the dealership, I would not have known to ask about some I had seen that were not on the lot. I called Victory Chevrolet for a service appointment, my car was smoking and leaking oil, they gave me an appointment the next day. My appointment was at 2pm, I arrived and I was greeted and taken care of with their excellent and friendly staff. It did not take them long to find out what was wrong with my car which was the wrong seal was put in when the oil was changed and that was not done by victory. They changed my oil, battery cables, and order a part for the steering system, I was so pleased with Victory because they take pride in superior customer service and they make you feel like part of the victory family....I would rate them 100 PLUS, because when you drive away you already know your car will always be in good hands..they will always service my Chevrolet Cruze. I want you to know that your service department is the BEST because they care about the customers and they give details about your car that you can understand and know they will do a awesome job in caring for me as a customer and my car. Most items taken care of. What was (said to repair the noise) did not work. I was back today, this time taking the Tec for a drive. He showed me what he was going to do & take it back out again. The outcome was it did not work, and he is ordering a Strut for the rear. On Monday next they will replace it as they need to order the item. I hope this fixes the problem as they say they everything appears OK.

When I bought the first one it was a no brainer where I needed to go when my 2000 Chevy Blazer blew a head gasket and I needed another vehicle. I purchased a vehicle earlier last week and needed a couple of parts replaced on the car, had to go to dealership to get it replaced and what great customer service again. It started with the follow up by Sharon in regards to my first apt when they did not have the part until we left Victory Chevrolet with all of the parts replaced on my new car with no cost to me!!!!!! I also had the pleasure of interrupting Mike for the fax number for insurance info and again he was nice and polite also, wow again! Then they cleaned my car, went over last minute details and then I drove off in my early anniversary-birthday gift to me and hubby thanks to Kimberly A and Todd Campbell!! All I can say is I look forward to the continued great relationship I have with Victory Chevrolet. I was treated with respect from the first interaction that I had, provided my info and Kimberly A delivered as she promised!!!! I know that you can buy a car anywhere, but customer service and truthfulness is also very important to me because I work HARD for my money, and that is exactly what I got at Victory Chevrolet. They did not play games or haggle with me, like most car dealerships do and I had some, let's say credit issues as well and it was a smooth, professional experience! I bought my car here. I've had it serviced here a couple of times for oil changes and recalls. I like that they call me when they get an alert hat I need an oil change I don't have any complaints. I love the free food on Saturday and the free ice cream. It made waiting a little better. The kids room is great too.

I wanted to start off my letting you know that I have 22 years experience in the dealership environment as a parts manager, mostly GM (Parks Chevrolet, Cater Chevrolet, Steve Moore Chevrolet). Needless to say I know how the car buying experience should go and how the process should work. After looking on line I made a cold sales call to your dealership and Joey Scronce picked up. We spoke briefly and I let him know what I was interested in and what I expected. Joey not only met my requirements but he exceeded my expectations. He had the vehicles I was interested in ready for me to test drive and did not pressure me in any way. My wife drove the 2013 Malibu and decided that was the one she wanted. We agreed on the price (which I did shop around and found to be appropriate and reasonable) now I was ready to buy. Next on to financing, Mr. Jamie was not only spot on with his presentation but listened to me as I went over what I wanted and did not want him to waste my time with. Total time less than 2 hours from test drive to delivery. Now on to my second car purchase. Recently my 2000 Blazer blew a head gasket and I felt it was not worth investing in. So who do you think I came to when I needed another vehicle, Mr. Joey Scronce. I looked again on line and picked out a few vehicles I was interested in. Called Joey on his cell phone and he picked up while he was on vacation at the beach. That not only impressed me but he knew my number and answered with my name calling me Mr. Ashe. I told him to call me when he got home so we could discuss another purchase. Basically went thru the same buying process as before. I looked at a few vehicles and was sold on the 2010 Malibu. Again a no pressure approach by Joey and with constant communication we were able to close another deal. I also shopped the price of this vehicle and found it to be priced within reason for this car. I did not want anyone else to do my financing but Jamie because of the experience I had with him before but he had already left for the day and had the next day off. Well here I was without a vehicle to drive. I put down a deposit and Joey asked the sales manager if I could drive it home. Without hesitation I was told yes. I returned in two days and Jamie had all my information and paperwork basically ready. Again a very smooth transaction between customer and dealer. I have seen a lot of bad situations develop in my years in the automotive dealership environment. I have heard many horror stories from customers and friends. And when I tell them about my buying experience they are amazed. Now you ask why did I not choose one of my previous employers? Here's why, I work for Bradham Brothers HVAC and they had recently purchased two Malibu's for our sales people, I liked the vehicles and they spoke very highly of Victory Chevrolet so I decide to give them a try. Not only am I very satisfied with my purchases but with my whole buying experience. I recently had a situation develop with my 2013 Malibu and had to have some service work performed. Things did not start off well but was directed to Brad and he took control and handled the situation with the upmost professionalism. My vehicle was repaired and it was covered under my extended warranty, rental car was provided (thank you Jamie for selling me this added coverage, which I purchased on my second car also). In closing I will continue to recommend Victory Chevrolet and thee above mentioned personnel. Thank you for doing business as business should be done, with respect to the customer and in a fair manor. I understand you need to make a profit but a not at a sacrifice to future return customers. I never write reviews but this experience was so bad I felt it was needed. The misrepresentation started on the phone when they stated they had the van I was interested in yet 2 hours later when I arrived I was told it had been sold. They had 3 similar vans that were 2k higher but having driven 120 miles I agreed to have a look. The vans were all filthy one had major interior damage. The salesman had less knowledge of the van than I did. We were willing to buy the best of the dirty vehicles but at the price advertised on internet. Salesman left us sitting for almost 2 hours came back with a the exact price that was listed on window. Needless to say we did not purchase a vehicle and you shouldn't either.

Todd called me and told me that he would be taking care of my transaction and did so with complete knowledge of the vehicle in question. I came in to Victory because I had a 2008 Chevy but due to traveling back and forth from Clover to Fayetteville every weekend, my wife and I were looking for something more affordable with gas. We searched online and found Victory had the best pricing! We drove to the dealership and met Mark Newton. We told him our situation and he instantly began to help us! We were looking for a cheaper used car which he lead us to that direction which we had asked him to do. He was very helpful and no hassle. He let us go to another dealership to make sure the price was the best in which it was!!! We started the process of purchasing the car and Mark was extremely helpful, he had knowledge, and experience. He worked efficiently and laid out all our options. No hidden fees or things the dealers do not tell you. He was very up front and honest. We ended up getting the car and we probably would not have if we had gotten anyone else or any other dealer ship. They do not hassle you or bother you about buying they let you take your time they also give many options! We never have a good experience with buying cars but I'd have to say thus experience was so easy and we felt we had made the right choice. I would recommend victory and Mark to any and everyone!!! I have to say that my experience with "Victory Chevrolet" was a complete victory!! I was in the market for a used 2014 pick up and after doing some on-line shopping I came to Victory and met my salesmen Joey and OB Woods. They were complete gentlemen and very professional. After looking around at their inventory, I road tested and purchased a 2014 Silverado. I completed all the paperwork and the truck was detailed and ready a few hours later. When my finance came with me to pick it up she wanted one too! But she wanted a Tahoe...so Joey showed her the Tahoe's and she picked out a 2014. Again, all the paperwork was completed and we road tested the Tahoe and a couple hours later she drove her 2014 Tahoe. OB Woods was very courteous, friendly, and made sure all of our concerns were addressed to our satisfaction. Both Joey and OB did a fine job and we would like to thank them for making our visit to Victory Chevrolet a very pleasant one!! A big thumbs up for Victory Chevrolet...

Their staff follow you around like a puppy dog to avoid loosing a sale. After waiting almost 2 hours to speak with the finance manager to purchase a car, we were given a 10% interest rate because they "only do business with a few banks" (must be getting a nice kickback off that 10% rate, huh?) Then, 2 days after purchase, they are calling to harass us because they haven't received the check from our bank. How about calling the bank instead of me?? It has been one business day and last time I checked, money doesn't fly. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Save yourself the nightmare and shop elsewhere!

Doug and Brandon were willing to negotiate to our budget and weren't pushy when we were initially just looking. They were very up front with us and accommodating. After several months of looking for a used car for my son, I finally found one three hours away at Victory Chevrolet . I e-mailed them and Brent Godfrey got right back with me and helped me with all my questions he could . He told me the actual salesman who trade the car was Mohamed Masaquoi , who got in contact with me right away to answer any questions he could , these to guys did all they could do to make sure I knew all there was to know about the vehicle. Being three hours away I couldn't just jump in the car and go so they said they would hold the car for a week so I could come see it. Will I finally got there , I must say a very nice establishment . Everyone was very nice and attentive, Mohamed Masaquoi was very professional and on top of everything. he noticed some scuff marks on the car when inspecting it that morning and had them buffing it out when we got there. He went over everything about the car in detail , all I can say is sold !

This was the easiest and fastest car buy experience I've ever had, this morning me and my wife found a car online that she like so we gave victory chevrolet a call and we talked to Mark Upton and set up a time to come in and view the car we researched that morning . My 14 year old car finally died, and I was apprehensive about walking into a car dealership and being talked into a new car I could not afford or need. So, I stopped by one evening first to explore what was available, and talked with Doug Cordes. He listened to me, and then showed me several vehicles which could fit my needs. I made an appointment to return on Saturday morning, and he had pulled one of the vehicles we'd talked about out and had it ready for a test drive. It was perfect! He had listened to the options I wanted, and they had the perfect one for me. The negotiation and financing went smoothly, and Randy Lee was professional and helpful in finishing the financing paperwork. Two and a half hours later I drove away in my new used car, and have been extremely happy with my purchase! I will send my friends back to talk with Doug when they need a car. The dealership facility is new and beautiful, and I look forward to continued good service in coming years!

We saw the surbuban we wanted on their website which was very well kept up to date. It happened to be pouring down rain that day but the salesman we talked to Doug Cordez went out in the rain and had the car waiting on us when we got there. He had pulled in the bay area so we could check it out without getting wet while our kids enjoyed eating icecream and playing in the kids room. Doug was very helpfull and willing to make any changes on the car that we wanted. After the deal was made which went very quick they delivered the car to us so we would not have to make the 2 hour trip back to pick it up. The Yukon was delivered to my home 2 hours away at the exact time they said it would arrive. After I purchased the vehicle, because I was made an offer to hard to turn down (one I din't even ask for) he has not only called to thank me for my business but has followed up twice to make sure the vehicle I purchased is something I am still happy with and offered me a free oil change when my first one is due! BEWARE- Dealership wants to sell cars and WONT back any promises made. I bought a car there after waiting FOUR HOURS for them to locate a key! Arrived in the morning and left after they closed. Dealership waited nearly a month to issue my check for my old car they purchased from me. Was promised an extra set of keys to be mailed- NO keys have been mailed, and no one will help you when you call. I live 4 hours away so Im not able to walk in, or else I would have done so. Was also told I had 45 days to make first payment- received a bill thats due 30 days after. When I called, nothing could be done for me. Additionally, when you call even the GENERAL MANAGER- they wont answer. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HASSLE HERE- ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!!! I HATE THIS PLACE!

I took my truck to get a routing service oil change. They also topped off all the fluids, but when I get home I notice some liquid coming from underneath the truck! No issues prior... I pop the hood and notice two things wrong. To of the reservoir containers , one for the windshield wiper fluids and the antifreeze recovery caps were loose. The cap for the windshield wiper fluid was completely off, and the recovery tank cap just about to fall off. I called the service dept. manager and alerted him of the issues, I couldn't take the vehicle right back that day, because my wife needed the truck to go to work soon after. This is a 2013 truck. I topped off the fluids and hope not to have further issues. My point is I shouldn't have to worry about incompetent technicians taking care of my personal vehicle since their supposed to be the experts, right? Bad assumption on on my part. I have a service contract with these folks. I shouldn't have to oversee their work every time I have to take it for service... Pathetic..........

My experience with Victory Chevrolet has been amazing. I have been searching multiple dealers to see who can assist me with my trade-in and purchasing a vehicle that is safe and reliable. Brent Godfrey and his wonderful staff have taken great amounts of time to follow-up with me and see how my car buying experience is going. I'm really considering purchasing from them. Great car at a great price. Sales manager was a complete jerk but everyone else was very nice and respectful. Owner is super nice, helpful, and willing to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was given what I was promised. Just stay away from the sales manager, once he had my money he made no effort to make good on promises from his sales staff and treated me very disrespectful. I would buy another car from Victory Chevrolet but would make sure to stay away from the 1 bad apple.

found this dealership by the internet. Called and talked with salesman and he told us they would make it worth our while to drive 3 hours to purchas a minivan. When we got there, we were informed that their was no negotation on the particular vehilcle we wanted that we saw on the internet. What was posted was the bottom line. I would have paid the purchased price plus tax but I felt the Document fee was overpriced as we were going to pay cash.. Why was this not specified on the advertisement??????

I went to buy one of the Impala program cars. Found one I liked and ready to negotiate. Salesman was great - no pressure, friendly. Sales manager came in and things fell apart apart quickly. He was disrespectful, poor communication skills, didn't listen, and was smart aleck. He wanted to play mind games instead of having an honest discussion. I left. I sure was disappointed. I liked the car and would have bought it... but not when I am being patronized.

Went to purchase vehicle finally after delays in closing on refi of home.We did some preliminary paper,but asked that nothing be ran before we signed papers on home loan,and sales person ignored our request and ran it anyway.Then when we had some delays and told her so,she kept calling to try to get us to buy before we secured our funding.When we told manager,he apologized and said he would speak to her.That was a lie,she was still emailing us,even though we still bought a car after the improper tactics,for days after.Just does not seem right,but we guess that is how they do business!!

Drove from South Carolina to Mt Holly to purchase a used vehicle from Victory Chevrolet. Absolutely worth the drive. Great service, no pressure! Bobby Kay, our salesman, was fantastic! Michael Craddick, the finance guy we worked with was great as well. Best car buying experience we've had. Will definitely look to them for our next vehicle!
