James, who delivered the car, did a superb job of training me. He spent over an hour doing so. You could tell he personally was in awe of my Sienna Platinum. In summary....a great team. Let me preface this by saying that we did not seek out Victory Toyota's specific offer on our car. I listed it for sale on autotrader, and gave dealerships permission to make offers on my car. I received an email offer from Victory Toyota with an 'offer' of $20,500. Upon making an appointment to have it inspected, my wife went to the dealership and waited for an hour while they 'made phone calls' to see who might be interested in buying our car. Mind you, we were told the entire process would take 10 minutes, and that the dealership was interested in buying our car. We left with a promise of 'we'll call you if there's any interest.' Their staff were the ones who told us that they wanted to buy our car, but at no point did they make an offer to purchase. If you want to sell a car, don't waste your time with this shady dealership, no matter what they say on the phone. It will likely be a waste of your time, as it was for my wife.

This was the worst dealership experience I've ever had. They wouldn't stop bragging about their company and never showed me any cars in my price range. I was sick when I went there and the new it but kept talking even though I told them from the start that I've been looking at other cars and it was my first day looking so I needed more time to think about it. I only test drove one cat but it took me 2hours to be leave. Then after, they wouldn't stop calling. They started to text me as well. I will never buy from this company ever.

We traded in our used Highlander for another used one with all-wheel drive. The salespeople were courteous and efficient. We were also struck by the hospitality shown - free sandwiches while we were waiting and a dinner/raffle for customer appreciation. No experience yet with service department, but we expect the best.

My 2010 Sienna Minivan's sliding door cable broke. Toyota's the warranty was extended to 2007 model year only. Service Advisor Jason Joop took my case and reached out to Toyota and didn't give up until Toyota agreed to replace the cable assy free of cost. This is the best experience I ever had at any dealership. This is my preferred dealership for future service , repair or new purchase. Thank You.

I went here to purchase a Subaru I liked that they had. I ended up not purchasing the vehicle because of the customer service. When they valued my trade in they offered $1,500 less than I was offered everywhere else (it was a Toyota) and told me my vehicle was going to die (I had the vehicle looked at right after by my mechanic and it was in perfect condition). On top of that they brought out a bunch of paper work and were trying to have me sign everything without explaining it. Luckily I had my significant other there with me. He said the paper they were trying to FORCE me to sign was to purchase the vehicle even though I stated many times in the conversation that I was not ready to purchase it. So please be aware what you sign with these people! Also be aware on their website the prices listed are for after a $2k down payment!

Stay way from this dealership. They caused another problem and they are not professional at all. I got wheel alignment and oil change service last week from Aimee. At the time of pick-up, I found my automatic driver seat was all the way back and didn't work when I pushed the button to move it to normal position. It was late afternoon, so I brought the car the next day to ask to fix it. But she said she would charge for the inspection in the case it was not the mechanic's fault. She also said I could overuse the automatic seat functions. Definately, I didn't overuse it and I trusted Toyota's quality. Anyway, I don't expect this dealership will say it's their fault. So, I excluded the seat inspection and just asked another service - she said this will take less than an hour. However, after 8 hours when I went back to pick up my car, she said she forgot to do it because she was so busy. She even didn't express any apology. I have bad experience with dealership when I purchased my car. Now I confirmed their service quality is terrible, as is the sales.

I have gone to this dealership a few times for my oil changes and service needed for my car. They are always courteous, helpful and on time or earlier getting my car completed. If I go in the afternoon they have Annie there making really awesome sandwiches and cookies, water and coffee. The place is very clean and organized. Too bad I am moving to Florida and have to find a replacement there... I will miss you guys and gals...

Let me tell you that this dealer is in the top! My credit is not the best but they bent over backwards with the banks and got me financed. They genuinely strive for customer satisfaction and comfort! You do not feel intimidated or belittled when talking to the sales people. I had the pleasure of working with Deborah, James, And brandon. they all treated me like a person and not like a business transaction which is why I am a return customer. The auto shop is great too! I do my work with Lorne and he is amazing as well. With his funny humor, understanding nature he will go above and beyond to insure you are satisfied as well! I highly recommend this dealer for all your toyota needs! Thank you victory toyota!!! The only reason I have 4 stars for the buying process is because it was extremely difficult to get financing for someone establishing credit. But they made it happen when other dealers couldn't!

Please let your customers know in advance that you can not honor an appointment time! I waited over 30 minutes only to told the department was behind and I would not be able to be serviced in a timely fashion (approx 3 hours for routine maintenance). I was then told Saturdays are always like this and recommended I make an appointment during the week! Thanks for the heads up and great customer service!

We visited Victory a couple of years ago and had a horrendous experience and were reluctant to go again and I actually wrote an e-mail, which is so unlike me, complaining but that did no good - about how Toyota's sell themselves and the dealer ship has to sell customer service. At the time the people we encountered were arrogant and condescending. I've worked in customer service and know how those impressions can ruin a business by souring a customer and his friends and family. But they do have a great choice of vehicles and we decided to go and look anyway and boy are we glad we did. Dan Armstong is an awesome salesman; down to earth and calm and treats you as a friend or even family member, took time to go over everything on the vehicle and never acted like we were wasting his time or he was doing a favor talking to us like the old Victory Toyota. Cat the financial gal was fantastic and worked us out a great deal so we did have a great experience. The gals at the front desk did a good job of looking up as we came in, acknowledging us and getting us to someone and /or told them we were there and offered water or coffee. What ever happened with the new change of management / ownership is definitely on the right track. I would go so far as to say since we were past disgruntled ex customers, there are probably others; so if so do yourself a favor and give then another try becasue this is a NEW VICTORY TOYOTA IN CANTON -- where something different is going on.

Sales staff (Jennifer / Holly) responded well and on a timely manner to my inquiries on options and vehicle model availability. They had both cars prepared and ready for pick up as agreed to. This is my second RAV4 purchased at this dealer, both times the sales person and customer service were very friendly and helpful. Service Department was a different story. I have my vehicle service at a different dealer. I was informed by the sales person that service department was reorganized and it is better now. I will try it and do hope is better. I had a great experience at Victory Toyota today.The sales person Don-Troll was exceptionally courteous and very efficient sales person .I was impressed when after the deal my daughter lost a small piece of her ear stud stopper,he took time and effort to find it from the crevices of a sofa she was sitting on ,he didn't give up looking for it even after when we gave up. Free oil changes, a big fat lie. Warranty for life, a lie. I paid $1850 for additional warranty but because I didn't get my tires rotated my engine and drivetrain warranty is now in void. The owner seems like a typical used car dealer a real con man. The whole concept is a big lie

I called sales person for an used SUV and got appointment for the next day, I drove 45 miles from place, met the sales person, they said they will bring the vehicle and came with the empty hands saying that the vehicle is already sold out. After talking to him for 5 minutes, then only he apologized. What kind of service they are doing to the customers? I had take 3 hours PTO from my work to take a look at the car and the car is already gone. These guys does not deserve any rating, rating 0 is perfect for them.

We got a very good quote on a new Toyota over the Internet from Brian at Victory. He was courteous and responsive. We set up an appointment to see the car and possibly reach a deal but we didn't expect to drive it home that day. Brian had the car already prepped, the price was as quoted, and they found some good financing. As a result, we drove the car home that day. Brian is an excellent salesman, competent and low pressure.

Scott was very attentive and patient. Sometimes you simply have to look at a few models and get a feel for what you want before agreeing to make a decision that big. $25,000 is a lot of money, no matter who you are and getting the maximum for a trade not to mention a great deal on a new car is pivotal. Scott took the time to let me look at 4 cars before deciding what I wanted to go with, and this was after doing a month's worth of research before going into Victory Toyota. I'm sure if I needed to look at more models and take more tests drives, the team would have been happy to help. Abigail seems to really know her stuff already and she said she is new in her position. I appreciate that she was honest about it and it made us feel more at ease. She delivered the car very nicely and made sure to take note of any concerns. She also explained all the details of the sale and answered any questions. She was a delight. Jim stepped in to make a nice greeting. That personal touch made a huge difference. Since this was our second new car purchase in just 7 months, I feel like we were respected and welcomed back. I would have absolutely no issue with buying from this Toyota dealer again. Dontrell made the last part of the experience an easy one. He explained the papers we were signing and made sure we knew all about the extended warranty plans. Once we made it clear that we weren't interested, he didn't push it to the point of making us feel uncomfortable. Each individual person made up a different part of the experience and it was a great team effort. It's a long process to buy a new car, and one that can be exhausting. This wasn't one of those drawn out experiences, in fact, the conversation helped out a lot. I was even allowed to steal a balloon. I think that the team at Victory are victorious themselves...we will be back!

Came from Illinois. Asked to describe the vehicle condition before i booked my flight, was lied to. Car had a side damage, where it needed to be repainted and the dent needed to be fixed. Michelle who was describing the vehicle condition on the phone, didn't even came out to talk to me after i was outraged by what i saw, even thou i spent 6 hours at the dealership. Manager Dan explained me that Michelle simply "didn't see it" and the deal is "take it or leave it". In addition the car only had one key. Fred, salesman, said they have no extra key at dealership right now and that they will mail me one as soon as possible. Had to call several times before i did get it and nearest dealership asked for $120 to program it which no one told me about. This place was the biggest disappointment and the worst service ever!

When first walking into the dealer ship my husband and I were not greeted or helped. We had to ask for help from Jamar and while being helped excellent customer service was provided, and were kindly re-directed to another location in which the vehicle that I was interested in was located. We traveled to a Belleville location and were helped immediately by Corey. Poor customer service came in to play after we asked the manager Don-Trell for a second set of keys for the vehicle that he falsely promised. Haggling with the manager over the cost for cutting new keys, and repairs to the hood of the vehicle cause my experience to become unpleasant. The manager J.T. from the Canton location argued with my husband about repairs, to CR-V. Games and poor customer service from management really surprised my husband, and I. The agents were more understanding and helpful, and Steve the service manager was kind during the whole repair process.

I visited Victory Toyota of Canton because Toyota website said it won the president award. When I first went into the store, I could feel why they won the award. The building is clean, and people work there are all friendly and professional. Scott happened to be my sales person.He is a real nice guy and helps you to find a right car.I just relocated myself from Japan and was renting a car when I visited the dealership. When I was finally ready to purchase Prius and needed to return a rental car, he even picked me up at the airport! I was really amazed by how nice he is.He also listens to my girlfriend everytime we get a carwach there too.I will recommend him and Victory Toyota of Canton. Gary was extremely helpful in assisting me in finding a replacement vehicle that is good on gas,mileage, and reasonable cost. He was very patience with me as I struggled to make a final decision. Even after I purchased my vehicle, I needed assistance to set up the bluetooth and eTunes. Gary willingly assisted me when I returned to the dealership the next day. He also followup with me a few days later to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. The 2012 Rav4 is much better than the older version (2004) that I was familiar with.

We went to the dealer because we received a letter from them about a trade in offer, but after we got there, we have to waited for a very long time, and the the salesperson disappeared after 5 minutes, after long waiting, we got another person, that was really an unpleasant experience. In their letter,they offered a cash for gas for coming by, but then they refused to give the cash. I do not think I am going to buy cars from them anymore.After they heard about the complains, they tried to fix the problem, which is good, so I think their Customer Service is good, at least they cares about the feedback.

I don't like shopping for new cars, I don't like salesmen and I've never met a car salesman I've liked...until I met Jason. I went to Victory Toyota looking for a comfortable car with great gas mileage. I drove the Prius and really liked it, then I drove the Camry and fell in love. I wanted the Prius hybrid technology but the comfort of that Camry was undeniable. I left torn between two cars. Jason called me a day or two later and told me that they just got a 2012 Camry hybrid in if I was interested. I was sold before I even made it back to the dealership! After I purchased the car I had a navigator problem, I called Jason, he didn't know of existing problems with the navigator and told me to bring the car in anytime. Later, that evening, Jason called me. He said he had more time to talk to me about the problem I was having and asked me to explain in detail. As it turned out, there was nothing wrong with the navigator, I had to either pull over to use it or use the voice activation. Sorry Jason, you did explain that on our test drive and again demonstrated how it worked on my new car when I came to pick it up...I forgot. Anyway, the point is he went out of his way to call me, spent alot of time on the phone with me and saved me a trip back to the dealership over the holiday. He really does care. This is the happiest I've ever been. I love my car!!!!!Thank you Jason!!!

The service was also very fairly priced - I was quoted for $35 when I first came in, and they charged me $31 since it didn't take as long as they thought it would. We had a fantastic experience at Victory Toyota. We traveled from Cincinnati, OH to purchase a RAV4 we saw online. The web listing did not have pictures yet, but we called and spoke to Jason Cowan who immediately took pictures and e-mailed them to us. We would not have made the trip if Jason had not gone above and beyond in keeping us informed of whether the car was still on the lot the days leading to our visit. He even called from home the evening before our visit. Once there, everyone was super friendly and Jason had warmed up the car for our test drive. He answered all our questions and adequately showed us all the car's features. It wasn't a big deal, but I felt rushed to get it to them because they likely forgot to request it beforehand.Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I have no major complaints.

never having to search my pockets for my car keys what with key less entry & start is one of the reasons i love my new Toyota RAV4 Limited, another is its wonderful JBL music system it makes any drive a pleasure trip. my salesperson Scott Schindler (aka Lt.Dan) has been very helpful both in working with me so i could get the purchase deal i could live with and familiarize me with all the features of the car. the other reasons i went with Victory Toyota of CANTON were the free oil changes, car washes, and its convenient location to other places i frequently visit. i've taken advantage of the free car washes regularly and am always greeted with a warm smile, hand shake,and friendly conversation and when i leave a freshly washed car. i get very good gas mileage and yet the car has plenty of pep and get up and go, along with a very sound, quiet, comfortable ride. i would feel comfortable recommending Scott and this dealership to my relatives, friends, or anyone looking for a great new car.

Jamar is a nice man and was very helpful in finding us the car we wanted. We went into the dealership just to get an idea of what is out there with all intentions of price comparing. My father is a 45 year veteran of ford motor company and A plan is usually a big factor in our decision on purchasing a car. Jamar was very pleasant and went over every detail of the purchase he was able to come close to the A plan discount and help us decide which model was right for me....I am not a techie, so to speak but he was able to help me sync my phone and play with the bluetooth feature, which is very important according to my teenagers. Thank you Jamar for not being one of those pushy sales man we come across at most dealerships, We appreciate the time you took with us and so far I LOVE THE RAV. We will be seeing you this spring to visit you....oh and to test drive that scion tc it looks like such a fun car.

I came to victory Toyota to buy a used car. After several attmepts at financing a used car we decided that it might work better to try and get me into a new car. The finance people, sales people and the sales manager all worked to try and get me approved. In my past two expereinces at attempting to buy a car I had not experienced someone working as hard to try and make the deal work. I was finally approved through my credit union and the sales manager dropped the price of the car in order to make sure i could afford the monthly payments. My salesmen was Josh and he did a great job of working with me. They were very patient and tried every possible option until I was able to drive off the lot in a new car. Over all I was very impressed with Josh and the rest of the poeple that were working with me on my attempts to buy a car. As long as I am in Michigan I will be buying from Victory Toyota and I will be spreading the word of how great the service is at Victory. I would not recomend antoher dealer besides Victory. They have set a long lasting impression on me after having many bad experiences with other dealers.

Brad was great as he followed up on the sale request and was on top of it even when I was out of station. My understanding is he had offered all that he can throw in for the additional complimentory items he can. Both of the above makes a difference in the sale. I was disappointed with the finance APR that was offered to me but the way Brad came through and tried to put a smile on my face is commendable and impressive.

Even though I was looking at a used car that was headed for a wholesaler, and consequently was priced pretty low, Brad took time to let me drive it and even offered to drive it to my mechanic himself. When I called to tell him that I decided not to buy the car, Brad was completely understanding, courteous and professional. Overall a pleasant experience for someone who does not like shopping for cars.

From the second I drove in Victory Toyota to the time I drove out in my 2010 tundra I was treated with the utmost respect. I drove in and started to look at a Toyota tundra and Scott schindler came out to speak with me. He was very knowledge able about the truck bumper to bumper. He was very specific about all the options on the vehicle. We sat down and talk about the price and I decided to buy the truck. He sent me to the finance department to meet with a very sweet and polite young lady to finalize all my loan paper work. The thing about this dealership and the sale guy I worked with is on my first visit I was interested in a 2011 scion tc but after working numbers it wasnt affordable on my end after I talked with jamar he told me he would keep and eye out for a older model scion tc and if he got one he would contact me so with that I just gave up cause in my past experiences with dealerships they say that same line but the thing is jamar kept to his word and called me in the following weeks with a 2009 scion tc silver with low miles so when I arrived we worked numbers and it worked perfectly the thing that stood out was the loyalty of jamar and how he came through for me and because of that he and I gain a friendship and I also gained a new family dealership all in all great dealership and jamar is a great salesman I will be returning for my next vehicle there

Tommy was very pleasant to do business with and knowledgeable about the cars. He took the time to show all the details of the car, and offered to help us later if we had questions after we got home. Ivan was nice and very grateful for our business. It was nice to get a handshake from the manager of the dealership, as that has not happened before at this place. We have purchased cars at this dealership before and always get our service there too because we enjoy the employees, they are friendly. Derek in service is great. I do feel like I got a pretty good deal on my new car, but I only gave a 4 because you know you just never feel wonderful about spending that much money!

My husband and I needed a car right away, since our 15 yr old van was totalled in front of our home. So we visited Victory Toyota of Canton to check out the different models available. Scott Schindler was very helpful to my husband and he test drove the Prius. He was also interested in the FJ so he made an appointment to bring me back so we could test drive it together. Again, Scott was friendly and answered all of our questions. We would definitely send our friends to Scott when they are car shopping. It was also great to "one stop shop", with Scott getting our AAA insurance for us and then delivering the car to my husband at our house that evening!

In my search for a new car, I visited a couple of other dealers before coming to Victory Toyota, but as soon as I walked in the door I knew that this was service that I could look forward to. The salesperson that greeted me at the entrance (and ended up selling me the car) was very friendly, knowledgeable and, perhaps most importantly, constantly thinking about the purchase from the customer's point of view. He was extremely thorough in his explanation of the car's exterior and interior features, making sure to explain the practical use of each feature he highlighted. He also accompanied my wife and I on our test drives, providing helpful information on the car's interface and handling along the way. He was also very patient as we debated between different models and colors once we had settled on the build we wanted, whereas I always felt rushed at the other dealers to come to a quick decision on this major purchase. He was transparent and up-front with price, giving sound advice on the usefulness of additional options. Lastly, he introduced me to many of the managers and relevant staff at the dealership, making me feel welcome and secure knowing that there is such a warm network of professionals ready to help me whenever necessary. Ryan Clark exceeded my expectations for when I was looking for a car. For example they made a real effort to assess the value of my trade-in and didn't try to low-ball the number. I found the overall experience to be of a quality and customer service oriented nature. Jamar gave us a great test drive and was able to answer all our questions, negotiated a great price, and delivered the Avalon like a new car. In addition, after we had the car a couple of weeks, we noticed a 1 1/2" tear in the lower rear seat leather. Jamar arranged to have it repaired at dealer expense. He also ushered us over to the Cadillac dealer in Plymouth and waited with us to make sure it was fixed right and we were satisfied. I highly recommend Victory Toyota and Jamar Daniels.

I have been a customer for quite some years with the purchase of 2 honda vehicles. In the year 2008 I purchased my most recent vehicle a CRV from the Honda of Cookeville, TN. Unfortunately this experience was not quite as smooth and satisfying as my previous one had been. It started when I received confirmation of my purchase contract being through a different financial institute at a different payment then the contract I had signed. At that time I returned to the dealership with the intent of returning the vehicle since this is not what I had signed and agreed to. The sales manager that I spoke to, who is no longer there, extended a compromise to me that if he calculated the difference between what I agreed the payment to be and what was now being told it was, which ended up being ($277.00) and they agreed to pay me that difference once a year for the 6 years of my loan would I agree to keep the vehicle. He then wrote out a Cookeville Honda Owes paper with the six years indicated owed. Well the first two years went off just fine. The problem began in the year 2010 when I went back (October) to receive that years check, and of course my sales manager was no longer there and I was referred to the Manager (Mr. Cooper) and there began a battle. I was confronted with a very rude, hateful, arrogant, liar of a man who blatantly pretty much refused to acknowledge my written document. After going around and around with him for at least a couple of weeks and almost having to contact an attorney, I was finally cut a check for the amount owed.Then comes the current year 2011 and once again Mr. Cooper was contacted and he began to yell at me stating last year was the one and only check he was giving me and that we had agreed that it would be the last, at which time I informed him that no such agreement was made and that yes I would be getting another check. At this point he hung up on me.Without wanting to repeat last years round I began an investigation of my own and found out who was the owner of this dealership. This found I then continued until I was fortunate enough to contact the right person, this being John Tyburski, who was surprised that I was able to track this but it was my Very Good Fortune to have found this man. He was kind, attentive, caring of my situation, allowed me to vent (and believe me I vented) without ever raising his voice or losing patience with me. I found him to be very understanding, concerned, professional and very reassuring that he would help me in the situation that I found myself in. I must say he definitely lowered my blood pressure and gave me a light at the end of my tunnel. He then referred me to Eric Kapo (spelling??) saying he was sure this could be handled. Within probably 15 - 20 minutes I received a call from Mr. Kapo who I then explained to him my plight and he assured me that this matter would be taken care of. After getting off the phone with him Mr. Tyburski called me again stating my message was delivered and I would be hearing from Mr. Kapo and I advised him that I had already spoken to him. This all transpired on a Monday and by Thursday of the same week I had my check in my hand and that same evening Mr. Tyburski called me to follow up and make sure everything was ok and told me to call at any time that he could be of ANY assistance.I have never been treated so well with such promptness and friendliness from a Corporation. I felt they were sincere and truly cared. I am very grateful and more then satisfied how this turned out. I was able to receive my check without ever coming in contact with the Manager I so much wanted to avoid. These two men had never met me and in fact are not even from the same state where I reside but treated me like a friend who honestly and truly cared to help. Words cannot even begin to say how I now feel. This experience confirms to me that Corporations when in the hands of good people will be there for the little people. Talking to both these men put my mind at ease and made me feel so much like I was talking to a concerned friend who would be there for me.Thank you Both So Very Very Much.Teri L. Vinson

This is the most trustworthy dealership I have ever been to. They work with you, they don't rip you off. They don't make up something that you need on your car for repairs. I actually had my car towed in with AAA. Don came to me and asked what was going on, I explained to him that I had to jump start my car now twice in a week and now the truck won't go faster than 20 miles an hour. He immediately had his best technician work on it. He came to me about an hour later and advised that the fuse's had gone out and I needed a new battery but unfortunately he didn't have that part in and it was going to take two days to get the part in. I didn't have a car to get back and he new that, so he gave me his own personal car to drive, filled it up with gas and I didn't even have to refill it. No rental agreement which would of cost me at least 50 or 60 bucks and it would of never been as nice as his car. Brand new Toyota Camry. Now that's service. WOW!!!

Absolutely the worst dealer I have ever dealt with. The car was all supposedly completely tested and checked out, but when the weather got warm less than two weeks after the sale and I found out the AC didn't work, their response was to suggest I bring it in and pay for them to fix it. The car also hesitates and sometimes stalls out until the engine warms up. Beware the shiny showroom and oh-so-friendly salespeople; I would have been better off going to a B dealer and having everything checked out by my own mechanic than trusting these thieves.
