UPDATE 2021: Another great experience here. I just want to express gratitude for the service today from Emmanuel Gonzalez. I came in primarily for a general inspection and he was really helpful and explained everything clearly (even though it was the end of an obviously busy day it seemed based on the line up of cars). But he also went beyond the extra mile to help me with some staining on the car that came from a garage I recently parked in. He immediately looked into it and even though I would have even appreciated just advice on how to clean it, before I could say anything he got a rag and some cleaner and scrubbed the car himself! I really wasn’t expecting that. I feel like that’s more the personal touch I would expect at a smaller, independent service place rather than a major dealership. Somehow this place continues to find great people and provide awesome service that’s honestly atypical at major car dealerships. Please keep it up! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Original post 2019: We had an incredible experience at Midtown Toyota. Both Guy and Michelle showed us such genuine care. We had had negative experiences with other car makers, and Guy and Michelle's customer service made all the difference. We will continue to seek them out in future.

Rick and Carlos were very professional and helpful. They gave us all the information about the car we were interested in and all the promotions and- perks. They answered every question we had, they were very patient with me and my girlfriend. I highly recommend going to this dealership if you plan on getting a car. Very very professional and polite. I could not ask for anything better when it came to the service they provided. They are truly awesome!! We are very happy with our purchase!!!

I love that this dealership service center does not charge for unnecessary work or work that can be done at a later date. I appreciate that they understand budgets and let you know if something can wait to be replaced or repaired. Then I actually believe if they say I need to deal with something immediately, that it actually needs to be done immediately. Not true at all dealerships. Thank you UPDATE: Our Toyota was stopping if it was idling. Took it to Pep Boys near our home thinking it might be a quick fix. After 2 weeks they couldn't figure out why it was happening. Took it to Lincolnwood Toyota next. After multiple tries and almost $1000 in costs the car STILL wasn't fixed. We were told of another local place who thought they knew the problem but they didn't do the work. One of the recommendations was MIDTOWN. Since we'd used them before, we took it there next. Within 1 week (only because my husband insisted they keep it a few days more to triple check) the car was ready, repaired and with a reasonable cost! Kudos to Jim and his team at Midtown!

Excellent Experience-- working with all of the sales professionals at Victory Midtown Toyota Chicago!! Lane Gibson the story manager, Joe Donahue sales person and Mario in accounting made sure that all aspects of the car sale and trade-in went smoothly in a pleasant and comfortable environment. I would highly recommend this dealership for great customer service as well as a great car- Toyota!

Exceptional service and professionalism! With a very reassuring ease, Mr. Santillanes has located the car that I wanted beyond the state lines and no questions asked, presented it to me for purchase within 48 hours while much larger dealers were giving me the runaround and asking for deposits! Thanks for really putting the customer first!
