You cannot have a regular conversation with these associates without them pressuring you to buy a vehicle. I was interested in a 2021 corolla hybrid and put in a request for more information through truecar. I was contacted by one associate first through email, then text. The one I was originally looking at had been "sold" in the morning, but they wanted to interest me in a new 2022 model. He then asked if I could come to the dealership, which I politely declined and explained why. Still, he kept insisting that I come so I stopped replying to him. A couple of days later, another associate from that same dealership reached out to me to ask if I was still interested. I decided to put in an offer, already expecting to be rejected. I was, but his response was very rude and unprofessional. You never tell a potential customer that "nobody will take their offer anywhere else". I am not mad at the rejection, but I am mad at the overall experience and how quickly they changed dispositions when I offered them something they didn't like. Before you look to buy here, read all the recent reviews that relay similar experiences. I will not be shopping here again.

Michael who is the Sales Manager there is very rude and has no idea how customer service works. I called to find out information on a truck I was hoping to purchase and spoke to Veronica. She got my information and advised that someone would call me that day. Next day I called again since I didn't hear back and spoke to Veronica who said she would again have someone call me for sure. Michael calls me later that day upset that Veronica had to page him 3 times to call me. He asked for the VIN for the truck I was inquiring about. When I told him I didn't know have that information he got upset... again. He then asks for the price and I told him that Veronica had mentioned something about the base being 25k and he yells at me to buy the truck somewhere else for that price. I'm sorry... the reason I am calling is to get all this information from you. He then yells that hes going to have a talk with Veronica and hangs up. No phone call back or anything. Man that guy sure has an attitude problem. Definitely do not recommend going through him.

The sales rep had an attitude. The person with whom my visit was scheduled was busy with a customer, so he requested another sales person to help me out. This new sales rep, when asked about the different models and features, asked me to check online about the features and different models of that SUV. He was more interested in selling me the base model of the SUV, while I was more interested in a premium or high end model of that SUV.

Don’t trust what these guys say on the phone… unfortunately I’ve just spent time and money in coming immediately to this dealership after a phone call confirmation to be told they haven’t had anything I was interested in for over a week. Incredibly disappointed.

This dealership is awful! DO NOT buy a car from them. My daughter went in to test drive a car that they said on the phone that they only to find out they lied. They were extremely rude and condescending to her and told her any car right now they are marking up $5000 to $10000 because they can due to shortage. STAY AWAY!!
