James and the crew at Vidalia Ford were very professional and took care of me from the initial phone call, to signing the contract. They are also very honest people. Without going into too much detail, I'll just say not many other people or dealers would've done what they did for me and my truck. They are good people to deal with.

I have currently purchased three vehicles from Vidalia Ford Lincoln. My latest vehicle is a 2015 Ford F-150. Everyone there is always so nice to me as well as so willing to always help me throughout the entire purchase. I also bring my vehicle there to get it serviced as well. The entire service department is great and always get me in and out very quickly. I will continue to purchase all of my vehicles at Vidalia Ford Lincoln and would recommend this dealership to everyone!

At first not very good, but made up for it. I always call and make an appointment, but this time they didn't have my paperwork or my car on the schedule. They did do all the recalls and regular service on my MKZ and gave me a loaner car, since it was going to take all day to repair.

I can honestly say this is the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Got out of my vehicle and a sales associate was standing near to greet me. Not once did I feel harrased or overwhelmed by pressure to purchase. My sales associate asked me from the beginning what is it that he could do for me,what is it that I expected from this purchase. I decided that I was going to take the vehicle and all the staff there were very friendly and welcoming me to the VIDALIA FORD FAMILY !!!!!

I had purchased my Nissan from a buy here pay here lot and i was having a lot of problems with it. come to find out i was upside down in the Nissan and no other dealer could get me out of the vehicle. I went to Vidalia Ford Lincoln and they where able to get me out of the Nissan and into a new 2015 Ford Focus at low monthly payments I was confortable with. I am so greatful to them, the customer service I received from everyone I delt with and spoke to were excellent!!!!!!

I have had my Honda Accord serviced at Vidalia Ford twice for an oil change and a car wash. I was happy to see on my first visit that the inside of my vehicle was vacuumed and they even removed a stain I had on my passenger floor mat! Vidalia Ford goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Very clean facilities as well as a comfortable lobby to sit and wait. Will definitely be returning for any service I need in the future!

What a great experience! I've never bought a car online, and Derrick made it as easy as buying music for my iPod! I live in Florida. I found this car online, I liked it, and just contacted Vidalia Ford to get more information. Derrick was very helpful and mentioned that the owner was from my town, and had a "sister dealership" here, and that they would bring the car to me (a 6 hour drive!) so I could test drive and look at it, and if I wasn't pleased, it wasn't a problem The drivers were very nice and...... I got a '13 Chevy Sonic. Car is great, service and delivery were wonderful, and Derrick took my thousands of questions and calls in stride. He is a fantastic salesman and he took a lot of time calming my fears, and there were a lot, buying a car is scary. But he answered every question calmly and was so friendly and professional. I love this car! And having a "sister dealership" in my town just makes me feel even better about the purchase. This is a class act dealership, and the staff is a reflection of just how classy they are! Our next vehicle will be purchased from them too, they have earned my loyalty!

I just bought a Lincoln Navigator online and had it delievered to my house 05/06/15, and was told I had 5 days to return the vechicle if for some reason I did not want it. The buying process was very smoothe. That was about it. I tried to reach Garrick over the phone and via text on 05/07/15 and let him know that a head light was burnt out. I did not receive any response from him. I called him this morning and was assured he would get back to me as he had to get the clearance to authorize the repair, as well as the CD player that ate 4 disc, and the TPMS is not working. 4680033485 - 135079.23 ************************************** I waited 6 hours and did not get a return call so I called him back. I advised him that I was on lunch and that I have meetings all evening at work. He assured me again that I would get a call back within the hour. I did not receive a call. I call back and spoke with the finance manager by the name of Josh who is definitely not the most friendly person you will ever deal with. He told me that he had to look into the problem and see what if anything they could do. He said he would call me back in the morning before noon. I spoke with my significant other and we decided to return the vehicle due to the problems I am already having. Josh said let me call you back in 10 minutes. Ok. He did call me back and said that he can not do anything that it has been processed with the bank, and that i need to use my warrentee and that the headlight will not be covered, but I will have to pay $100. 00 for the deductable for the other issues. I have already been quoted twice for headlight and since it is a non-halogen it is going to cost me $200.00. I asked Josh why the vehicle was driven at night and delivered to me and it was known that the headlight was out. His response was "well it may be a wiring issue, and your warrentee will cover it." At that point he seemed to loose all interest in the conversation. The process was smoothe getting the car, but it has truly been a hellish encounter thereafter. When the care was delivered I advised the delivery driver from the dealership and he said you need to make your salesman work for it. I should have taken note at that point and denied the car. Would I recommend anyone to Vidalia Ford? Not in the least. They say they want repeast business, but their actions speak otherwise. Get ready for slick salesmen, and a horrible after sale experience.

Vidalia Ford was very helpful. My truck needed to be aligned and tires rotated. It was under warranty. My salesman took care of that for me and had my truck washed! I can't tell you how much I appreciated that! So thankful!!

I had a recall on my 2011 Crown Vic for the Steering shaft. Plus the light showing low tire pressure would not go off. I took the car in late on a Monday and had it back Tuesday afternoon. Selina Price is who I dealt with in the Service Center and she could not have been more helpful. Thank you

I choose Vidalia Ford b/c the man who changes my oil does a great job. He is always concerned about your truck and the service he does on it. I have had every oil change since 1997 done there. The staff is helpful but it needs to be told to customers that a complimentary truck wash is not one going through an automatic wash so they will not expect it done in a speedy manner. Eventhough The free wash is a nice service!!

I was shopping for a Mini Cooper and was going to have to drive out of town to find one. Well driving by Vidalia Ford I noticed this pretty red Mini Cooper convertible and stopped by to look at it. I was offered to test drive it and bring it back before closing time and I did. Well this was Friday and I was some what afraid by Monday my car would be gone. So I went back to Vidalia Ford on Saturday and with in about 30 minutes, I was able to drive my new purchased Mini home. Want fast answers to your financing and be able to walk into a dealership and pick out the car you want and not what a salesman wants to put you in, then I highly recommend stopping by Vidalia Ford for your next car purchase.

I bought my Mustang convertible at Threlkeld Motors. I took it to them for service and for several small problems, nothing serious, but things I wanted to have checked before my warranty expired, and also for my scheduled service. They had my car for 3 weeks. They did give me a loaner. When I went to pick my car up, they had not fixed everything I asked them to fix. This car is a piece of crap and they know it. On several different occasions over the past 2 years I have tried to trade it in on a new car. The sales people won't even call me back. This is a dealer my family has dealt with for 20 years. I will never return to Threlkeld and never recommend that anyone deal with them.
