This is the first time I have ever dealt with Village Motors Inc. in Millersburg, Ohio. I stopped on a Thursday and the Service Manager (Tom Poorman), who is a friend, was able to play a salesman. He let me drive a truck home to see if I like it and was not pushy at all. I took the truck to work the next day and he picked it up that night. He was so helpful with information and lots of rebates. He was able to find a truck that I preferred with a dealer trade and on Monday it was mine. He gave me lots of good deals. Village Motors cares about their customers and we're not just another number with $ in our pockets to see how much they can get out of us.

My recent visit to Village Ford was very enjoyable and pleasant. My sales person was Deb Burgess and she is fantastic. She listened to me and continued to help me even though we were not sure that I would qualify for the sale. I have been a widow for almost four years and I have not shopped for a car alone in over 25 years. It is amazing how helpful and compassionate Deb was. The end result was that she was able to put me into a 2014 Candy Apple Red Ford Escape. She worked until almost 9 PM that night till she was able to come up with a figure that both Village Ford and I could work with. Cory in the financial department is a riot and I am sure neither of us are going to forget the other for quite some time. Village Ford was so reasonable with the trade in value they gave me for my used car that I never even thought about shopping any further. They were the first dealership I visited and because of the excellent performance of their sales lady Deb I was confident that I had gotten a good deal. I am now the proud owner of a 2014 Ford Escape and I have named her "Miss Deb" Naming my vehicles after the salesperson is a tradition of mine for that I have had for many many years. My father, now deceased used to buy vehicles from Village Motors. I do remember he always had positive things to say. So when my wife and I were looking for a vehicle it was one of the first places we looked. Briefly, great facility, great people, friendly, straightforward (hard to find). Showed us car fax and other documentation on the van we bought. Offered to give us previous owners contact number. Just went out of their way to give us good, reliable information. Next vehicle, will be right back in Millersburg.

This was my 7th vehicle that i have bought from Village Motors and each experience has been better then the last! They always find me what i am looking for and i have never felt cheated on a trade in. On top of the buying experience every oil change, tire change, vehicle problem, has been handled through their service and is always done to perfection. I am always treated so well there and cant ever see buying a car somewhere else. We have found that is really does pay to go to a reputable dealer. I highly recommend Deb Burgess for your salesperson. Shes very knowledgeable and honest and just a great all around person. We have also had other great sales staff in the past. Corey in finance has always been very helpful and courteous as well as Phil in service and many others who work there. I have been looking for a used Ford Freestar and went to the Autotrader.com website. I found one at Village Motors in Millersburg, Ohio I thought might work for my family. As I was looking over the options, pictures, and comments related to the Freestar a pop-up chat message box appeared; and it indicated that John Williams was ready to chat if I had any questions. Since I live so far from Millersburg I decided to chat and ask John a few questions about the condition of the van. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions. He also offered to go out and look the van over personally and report his finding to me via email. I appreciate him taking time to do this for me. Our conversation was very informative and I await his email.
