I had an extremely great experience with Vincent Motors! I saw a few trucks I liked called the dealership and spoke with Tyler Gilmore. From his first “hello”, to his last handshake as I drove off the lot in a new truck, he was awesome. Respectful, personable, knowledgeable! Was very helpful answering all of my questions. I heard some of the other representatives as they worked with their customers as I was waiting in the lobby and I loved the genuine nature of their communication. Tyler walked me through trading in my vehicle and all the terms of the new vehicle and truly felt like he cared. He asked about my family and my life and made me feel very well taken care of! I highly recommend.

I don’t normally, in fact EVER, give a 5 star review, but I needed to make the exception here. Vincent Motor Company went above and beyond in their assistance and service in completing this recent purchase. Having to fly in from out of state to purchase, they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule & tight timeframe. And most especially helpful was the work, effort & customer service of Matthew Smith. From the inception of the sale, his willingness to assist and inform me & my firm of the vehicle & purchase never wavered. His commitment to ensure a smooth sale was impressive, comforting & uncomplicated. I’m honestly looking forward to an opportunity to work with Matthew, and Vincent Motors, again in the future.

Entire process was fantastic. Fast, easy, friendly! Tyler did an excellent job answering questions, sharing information and was knowledgeable about the vehicles. He was extremely friendly and low pressure. This was by far one of the best car buying experiences I have had. I will shop with them again!

I pulled into Vincent Motors to look at this Dodge Diesel BR 2500 sometime around 6:00pm. This young man named Matthew one of their sales representatives appeared with all the right answers and respect. That the next day I own that Dodge BR2500 pickup truck. I am a happy camper Thank you Matthew Smith and VINCENT MOTOR COMPANY. 😁

My wife and I were in the market for a 2 wheel drive Dodge diesel truck, which is a rareity in the state of Texas, and Vinvent Motors just happened to have one we liked. Being 250 miles away from the dealer forced up to connunicate by phone, text and email. We were dealing with Chris Schaffner who was more than helpful and very enthueastic about working with us. Unfortunantly the deal progressed to the point where we had to deal with the sales manager, Joe Sierra, and everything fell apart from there. Joe seems to be wholely unwilling and incapable of communicating with potential clients from another salesman; he refused to call us when asked by chris and would not call us back when he said he would. To get any form of information required my wife and I to call him directly which, thanks to caller ID, allowed him to simply not answer his cell phone. At this point, it would not matter to me if Vincent Motors had 10 more trucks exactly like what we wanted, I seriously doubt I would be willing to work with Joe Sierra on any kind of deal involving money.

Vincent Motors was working with us to buy a truck. Told us they would get in touch with us. My husband called and they sold the truck out from under us. We would not recommend this place to buy a vehicle.

Vincent Motors is by far the best place I have ever seen. Great people, great inventory, and NO high pressure sales. One of the sales people (Michael) worked hard for a solid week to get me into a vehicle. His work paid off, I drove home in a nice pickup. The inventory is all high quality vehicles that are fairly priced. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a great pre-owned vehicle.
