I have bought several vehicles from VIP Auto. Each time, they take their time showing me multiple QUALITY vehicles I’m interested in. Jimmy went above and beyond to help me get my dream car. Walked in there not having a clue how things worked at a dealership and he took his time and gave me the whole run down and hooked me up. He did whatever he could to make sure I brought that car home. If you are looking for a car I’d definitely recommend calling and asking for jimmy!!

I went to this dealer looking for to buy a used car, when I was checking around the cars no salesman came to help me. When I decide the car to buy, I went in the office and asked for a test drive when I noticed that the check engine sign was lighted on was around, finally appear the salesman and we let him know that we were interested in the car but has the check engine light on. He told us that the signal will turn off in the next tune up. One month later the car shows problems to start, so we took it to the Mazda service for a Diagnose and they told us that the engine has to be replaced, so we return VIP Auto to see what the dealer could do to fix the car, and the manager in bad manner didn't want to do anything for us.

Looks to be a GREAT selection of quality vehicles with on the high side of average mileage but priced accordingly to compensate. Confused as to who Vladimir is. He identifies himself as a private seller with 2 to 3 Volvos for sale with pictures both in an obviously residential and commercial backgrounds and he shares contact information with this dealer. I will be purchasing a vehicle in the next week or so and I like what "Vlad" has posted. I would just want to know what the story is here prior to conducting any business .

"Mike is excellent!" Found the car on the internet and spoke with Mike the manager. He is very informative and makes the whole buying process relatively simple even for a customer with a lot of credit issues. Mike is always easy to get a hold of to answer any questions even when he has more than one customer. He is a great manager... Thank you Mike for the great service, I highly recommend this business to my friends and family.

I was a first time buyer and I went to as many as 8 dealers and everyone say no ; finally I was passing by Vip Auto and I asked my dad to stop and try one last time , the salesperson Ivan was outside I started asking him questions waiting for him to say no but that was not the respond ; to my surprise he said I think we can help lets go inside and get a little profile done . After 5 minutes going back and forward with his finance manager ,he asked me to wait for 15 minutes and done I got approve . This guys really know their stuff even my father was surprise. Now I drive my nice civic si thanks to Ivan and Mike. My only complain cars didn't have any gas but hey I have a car!!! Jessie M
