Just Bought a Handicapped accessible van from V I P couldn’t have been an easier or a more pressure free car buying experience Albert was friendly & inviting and didn’t pressure or try to “ sell “ us at all! we asked questions he had the answers, Gave us a fair trade in on my car and we drove off happy in our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica handicapped accessible vehicle at a very reasonable price for this type equipment..I would definitely recommend them to my friends...Thanks Albert!

Purchased a handicap van from this dealership on E-bay in 6/2020. Vehicle was as described and shown in the pictures. Albert W. was very helpful in completing the required purchase paperwork and was very easy to get in contact with to make sure items were sent, received, etc. Albert W. arranged transportation at a very reasonable cost and the delivery was exceptional (received in 2 days)! Definitely consider purchasing a vehicle (handicap or not) from this group the next time you're in the market for a vehicle. You won't be disappointed!

I Purchased a beautiful black 2014 GMC Savana accessible conversion van with the under vehicle lift (UVL) From VIP Auto Group and I was pleased with the vehicle and service I received... I talked with Albert and I explained to him that I liked the vehicle I saw on his website but that I was in a bad accident and that I needed time to get out of the hospital and to come down and look at the van. Albert was very nice and caring on the phone and he worked with me and he gave me a fair price. He took a reasonable down payment to hold the vehicle and allowed me the time I needed to get there to look it over; and he told me that if I wasn’t happy with it and found something wrong with it he would gladly give me my money back. He never rushed me or called me being pushy asking me “how much longer Will it be until you get here?“... he was very patient with me...(and it took me a few weeks mind you to get there);...but when I finally got there the van was as described on the website and in the pictures that I saw. (He even sent me a video of the van!)...The test drive went great, the service was wonderful and I drove it from Florida all the way to my home in Louisiana and the van performed beautifully. I’m very happy with my purchase and I will check with VIP AUTO GROUP first when I’m in the market for my next vehicle; accessible or otherwise...Thanks VIP AUTO GROUP! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
