I was looking for an SUV, & found through Carfax that VIP had 2 vehicles that I was looking for. I called them & made an appointment. When I arrived, the car I was interested in was parked out front ready for me to test drive. Edwinn greeted me warmly, as soon as I walked in, and offered me coffee. He answered all of my questions about the car, and when I discovered the second one wasn't available, he surprised me with a fully loaded SUV, within my price range. I fell in love, and he started the paperwork while my mom & I drove it to a local restaurant for lunch. To my surprise, I was approved for the loan, & by the end of the day, it was mine. I was so happy, & Edwinn knows what he's doing. I'd highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle there. Also, I walked away with a 3 year warrantee!!

This is the most honest, upstanding used car dealership I ever been too in the last 40 years. Edwinn and Jim (Jimmy-Jim), there word is there BOND. They stayed way after closing to help us close the deal. They answered any and all questions. They are the quintessential and optimum car dealers you wanted to ever meet. They do what they say and they say what they do. They stand behind there vehicles 100%. I cannot say enough good things about the business practices of VIP and there staff. I will return in a few months to buy my daughter a car from VIP. I know if they don't have the car or SUV she is looking for they will get the car for her ASAP. Again they are honest, trustworthy, service and customer orientated. My car is worth over $16,000 blue book, and $14,000+ on autotraders "trade-in guarantee" offer. I told the bozo Nicholas over email that the car was literally in excellent condition and only needed a few MINOR things like any used car would, then provided a completed listing on ebay to show a 100% identical car went for nearly 17 grand the day before. Turns out these guys lowball EVERYBODY that comes in to their dealership looking to sell their vehicle. DO NOT SELL OR TRADE-IN TO THESE GUYS!! They also bait and switched a person financing a car purchase as I overheard the entire conversation while I was there. Sales guy quoted them a 7.99 rate, and turns out they left the dealer financed at over 20%. Horrendous and slimy.

I drove 85 miles to check out the car I was interested in at VIP. They had a low mileage version of one of the two possible cars I was looking for, advertised at a reasonable price. When I got there the car was just as advertised, in very nice condition. The price was as advertised, and they even reduced it slightly to bring it a bit closer to the optimal price that I had found in my research, which wasn't far off of their original asking price anyway. The final clincher for me was that they didn't even bat an eye when I said I wanted to take the car to my mechanic for a thorough once-over before making a decision. Their answer was "Of course. No problem at all" even though my mechanic was back in my home town 85 miles away and taking the car to him would mean a 170 mile round trip journey and keeping it over night. And when I got it to my mechanic he went all the way through it and couldn't find a thing wrong with it - gave it his top seal of approval! All aspects of the entire process went as smoothly and uneventfully as they possibly could, the people were great to deal with, and I got a great car to boot. Who could ask for anything more? Despite their distance from my home I suspect VIP will be my first stop for all future car purchases, especially since they say they can find me whatever I'm in the market for at the moment. Some background on why this transaction was especially appreciated: I was looking for a used manual transmission Honda Civic or Mazda3 for under $10K. Manual transmission cars are getting progressively harder to come by as America loses the art of driving them and finding decent ones in that price range has become even more difficult. Many of the more reputable of the big corporate dealerships no longer even bother to resell cars in that range, so when looking for one I'm finding myself ever more frequently dealing with less reliable dealerships than I've done in the past - experiencing a variety of "bait and switch" gambits, mandatory price add-ons for services I have no interest in, and time wasting trips to test drive vehicles that are in such bad shape that I'm reluctant to even drive them off the lot. One of my most basic criteria for even venturing out to see a car (especially one in this price range) is whether the dealership/owner will let me take it to my mechanic for a full once-over before committing to the purchase. That request is almost always met with reluctance and assurances that the dealerships cars have all been thru a full overhaul and are in excellent shape. A few dealerships will eventually agree to have their employee drive the car to my mechanic; a very very few will let me take the car to the mechanic myself; the vast majority of them won't allow an off-site mechanic's review at all, leaving me feeling like they don't believe their car will pass my mechanics full inspection. A dealership that is selling cars in this price range that are in such great shape that they have absolutely no hesitancy about letting a potential buyer drive a long distance in one of their cars and an outside mechanic take his time examining it is a real find and something to hold onto!

My wife and I went in just to browse when a MW3 Jeep Wrangler caught our eye. The whole setup and everything it came with was incredible! The only issue was having trouble with the price. Nicholas Graus, Internet Coordinator, was most effecient and responsive to my needs.Anthony Mergliano has to be the most laid-back caring salesman I have ever had to deal with. He let me take the car I ended up purchasing for a 3-day trial, even though it was not 'Certified' so I could have my mechanic go over the car. I've purchased many, many cars in my years and this had to be the easiest and most enjoyable I've ever experienced. I would reccomend anyone looking for a good used car to visit VIP. Even if you don't purchase there, just for the experience of dealing with the sales staff.I spoke briefly with the service manager, Ernest Robinson and if the service department is as great as the sales, then I'm sure I've died and gone to heaven.

Stay away from these scam artists. Went through Autotrader to sell my vehicle, with valuation for my vehicle being better than the wholesale value that the new car dealer put on the trade-in. After inspection, the value was dropped 20%. Fine, even with that, it was better than what the dealer offered. When time came for them to pony up the $$$, they backpedaled from the deal. Jim's word means absolute zero. What kind of a man would back out on his word? Stay clear of this place and never trust a used car salesman.Extremely disappointed.

What a surprise!!!!! - a no hassle, immediate financing, no waiting around all day to purchase a vehicle dealership!. I pushed up my appointment with Anthony who accommodated me without issue. I was obviously still a priority appointment. I was greeted in a friendly manner and immediately felt at ease in the dealership - which was not filled with lots of lurking salesmen. This is not a large fancy dealership - it is clean and organized with modern desks and computers and low pressure sales people waiting to help you close a loan. Even though I pushed my appointment up by several hours Anthony had my car waiting for me at the door when I arrived all ready to test drive. While i test drove my vehicle they appraised my trade in and started my loan process. I came back in and hour and a half later I drove off with my car - which Anthony had washed and ready to go. I could not believe it - it seemed to good to be true. **Jim Mauro the General Manager was amazing as well - no hassle with the loan details, very low pressure and straight forward details and loan payment. I would highly recommend this dealership and will be back to buy another vehicle soon!

Me and my wife went to VIP auto outlet after searching the web for an Honda SUV with the best price with good miles. The one that sprang to the top was VIP auto. We made an appointment with Ernest to take a look at the vehicle. Ernest was a great guy with a no pressure attitude. He was really laid back and seemed to care about what I was saying as opposed to other dealers that only car what they are saying. we took a test drive on a 1 owner car with clean car fax and low miles for a great price. We liked it so we went and sat down to talk turkey about getting some financing. I was slightly nervous because I wasn't sure if I could afford the car. However Jim stepped in and eventually put my worries to rest by working with me on the numbers and getting me where I needed to be where I was comfortable. He gave me good value on my trade in and I couldn't be happier. This was the single most relaxed car buying experience for me. Thanks Jim and Ernest.

This is my families third auto purchase from Mark, Jimmy Jim Jim and the fella's! The reasons are the friendly atmosphere, the quality of the three autos we have are excellent, for the price paid!! And at a very fair price compared to other dealers! Also, your ability to get loans for even my wife and daughter in extremely difficult situations, at reasonable rates no less, was well worth the 1 1/2 hour drive from Allentown, Pa.!!! I found myself in the position of needing a car fast. My wife and I work at opposite ends of our county and my vehicle had suffered a serious brake failure. I had seen VIP's commercials, so I went to their web site to search their inventory. I found several vehicles I was interested in, most in Maple Shade where I work, and 1 in Bridgeton. I called the dealership (it was about 7pm), and spoke with Jim Mauro. Jim was welcoming and very helpful, we discussed the problems with my truck and that I had seen several units I wanted to check out. When i mentioned that one was in Bridgeton and that I didn't think i could get down there to see it he offered to bring it to Maple Shade for me! I made an appointment for the following afternoon. My wife picked me up from work and we arrived at the store about 4:30pm. Once again Jim was very friendly, allowing me to take my time looking and test driving the vehicles I liked without being over my shoulder or trying to lean me toward any one vehicle. After I settled on one choice, Jim went over it with me explaining what they still needed to attend to on the vehicle and assuring me all would be fine. Next Jim went to work securing financing. A short time later not only was I presented a proposal with an excellent rate and a payment I could afford, it included a powertrain warranty, and they even gave me a MORE than fair trade in price on my truck! That night I drove home my awesome 2007 Nissan Pathfinder SE that night! Now, Jim will tell you he was only doing his job, but I'm here to tell you he goes above and beyond to make sure you are both comfortable and satisfied with your purchase. They have a banner in the office that states they treat you like a VIP and boy do they ever!!

My wife and I were looking around for a second vehicle since I am starting a new job and we have another baby on the way. I have been to many car lots and talked with many dealers, which have been discouraging until I saw the commercial that Jim showcased on TV recently. I came to VIP looking to find a gently used car that combined affordability, reliability and class. My experience was ideal. I worked with both Jim Mauro and Ernest Robinson and both were friendly, knowledgable gentlemen (as were the rest of the staff). I got to test several cars before I found a gorgeous Hyundai Sonata Limited. It's three years old with 55,000 miles on it and the interior is pristine. The purchase process was streamlined and easy. I got a fantastic interest rate and went home in a car that makes driving a pleasure. Used car lots generally have poor reputations, but VIP Auto Outlet was the classiest, nicest place I came across in my shopping. Anthony made the experience of getting a new car stress free . In my opinion he is the best salesman at this location. If it wasn't for Anthony at this location, I would have scored this A LOT less. The location has nice cars and prices but some of the attitudes from certain employees are very negative.

I had been to another dealership in Williamstown who promised the world even sent friends there and they didnt deliver as they promised, I looked on line and found VIP Auto had watched numerous commercials of theirs, so i decided to apply on line, and I am glad that I did, I spoke to Jim the following day and he told me to come down and check the dealership out. My credit was very challenging but Jim and Alan got me approved for a vehicle I WANTED not what i had to SETTLE for, and it is financed under a bank so its reported to help my credit. It was the best experience I ever had purchasing a car. It was my 5th car I had ever purchased in my life. My very first car was my worst experience in 1988 and I hated car salesmen from then on. After that I was not friendly to them for my next 3 purchases.But this time was totally different. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a friendly hello and I knew it was sincere. I never felt pressured and I knew then it was gonna be okay. I arrived to the dealership at about 7:30pm and I was driving away by 8:45pm. Not bad for purchasing a 2012 Nissan Altima! I highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a vehicle. If I love them, they have got to be the best!!! I never met a car salesman I ever liked. I guess since in probably the last car I will purchase for the next 10 years, the best was saved for last!!!!! Oh and all the cars are in great condition. The Carfax info is right on the website for you to see for free, which would normally cost a person $40. They leave nothing for wondering or guessing. They are truly the BEST!!!

I was looking online trying to find a good dealership and came across VIP Auto. I checked out their website, reviews and ratings, viewed their inventory, and watched their commercial. They had great cars that showed the car fax for each vehicle. I was a little apprehensive to complete the application because I have had bad experiences with dealers. However, I called and spoke with Jim and completed my credit application. Jim was very nice and professional on the phone. He told me to come on down to the dealership and he would help me to get into a vehicle. From the time that I stepped foot on the lot, I was treated with respect and like VIP!! They never discriminated me based on my credit history. Jim and Anthony showed me a few different vehicles that would work for me in my situation. Soon after, they found me MY CAR and it was GREAT. I honestly did not think that I would walk off the lot with a car but I did! Everything Jim said that he could do for me was done. There were no lies or gimmicks. My overall experience with VIP AUTO was WONDERFUL! I would absolutely recommend this car dealership for anyone who is looking for a vehicle. I was amazed that it wasn't scripted and that it was very real. They had great cars that showed details. I filled out the credit application and was called within 30 minutes. I spoke with Jim and was very nice and professional on the phone. He told me to come on down to the dealership and would help me to get into a vehicle. My husband and I found them online when looking for a vehicle for me. My car was having problems, and was time for a new one. He filled out a form on line, and within a half hour we received a call to come in. I was surprised as our credit's not what it should be, yet we found the car we wanted, no pressure from anyone. They were very helpful,nice, and took time to talk to us. We were approved fast, they went out of their way to help us gather info. Anthony worked with us to get a payment we could afford, and we left with the car we wanted. You can't beat the prices, the cars are in beautiful condition, but most of all they go out of their way to be helpful, without trying to rush you into a decision. I actually enjoyed the experance. My wife and I where both layed off from our jobs and where out of work for over 6 months and had to file bankruptcy. My wife returned to work in March, and I returned in April the problem was having a reliable car after have been given the run around from other dealers, saying that they could get us a car only to have been lied to we had given up. I saw VIP's tv commerical i gave them a call, I spoke with Anthony M. on the phone and gave him our info. and asked that he just be honest about a loan. He called us back and said to come in we where approved with just our trade that did not run. We drove out of the dealership in 2009 Chevy Malibu with a monthly payment we could afford. From the moment we met Anthony M. and James, they treated us like we where family. not at anytime did they judge us or lie to us.As for my wife and I, we will be buying all our cars from VIP for now on, and I strongly recommend to anyone stop wasting your time with all the other dealerships and go to VIP it will be the best decision you made. About this time last year I purchased a 2009 Volvo S60 which was advertised as an S80. Beautiful car! I was making a long drive to South Carolina to visit my family and in the middle of nowhere South Carolina my stereo made a pop sound and the entire dash and electrical board went down. The car still ran, however, I had no turn signals, speedometer, headlights, gas odometer... Anything that was power, DONE! But the car still drove. I had to pull over at a rest area to wait for day light. I called a Pep Boys that was about an hour away and drove it there scared to death. They had the entire car tore apart but couldn't figure it out. I had not choice but to drive it to Volvo of Charleston, thank God that was my final destination anyways. It took a while for Volvo to find the problem but the stereo was the main circuit in the car and I had to replace a $1600 stereo 3 months after buying that car!!!!!! They didn't want to hear anything about it. These people are out for nothing but YOUR money and do NOT stand behind there vehicles. Do NOT buy from this company. I will be on every site I can letting people know before they make the same mistake I did.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!! CARFAX CERTIFIED? LIES LIES LIES.... My friend bought a Caddy the same day, same time as I. He had nothing but problems with it from the first 2 months. Take it to firestone they said... hoses were broke, something about wiring. The AC has been out this entire summer. $1500 to fix it! He's already put $3000 into this car. The steering is screwed up and the brakes as well. Living in Jersey, this car is a death trap. They said they would work a "deal" but since they are not making that much money the owner doesn't "like" the deal. I think when you screw someone over, or by chance mistakenly sell a really really screwed up car, you make things right. Sometimes it's not about making a buck, it's about fixing what's right. They've already made money of this car and the Volvo... and I'm sure many others by the negative reviews I've read. So my advice, shop somewhere else. You'll find a better deal somewhere else and a safer car. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing service, I have yet to come across a dealership that cared so much about the customer. I do believe i got the best deal even though they probably hate me for trying to haggle for ever single amount. I still believe that we both won from this deal. Im extremely happy that I went there to buy my car and would recommend this to anyone who has bad credit and is looking for their next car. Ever issue they are fixing. I had a leak in the car which they are giving me a rental for while they fix it. Not a big issue at all and im extremely satisfied by their dealings with me. Thank you VIP for your hard work. Thank you Jeff for being so understanding and being so nice about everything. Their motto about At VIP they treat you like VIP still holds true. :)

The salesman was totally friendly and seemed as he cared..... The finance manager, lied from beginning to the end. Not only did our temp tags expire but the vehicle broke down.... The mechanic was extremely nice but informed me the cars starter went n the car has electrical at that point we really wanted no parts of the car. The owner and finance manager tried to force us to pay for the towing of the vehicle as well as refused to give our dep back as they say we had the car for 30 days.........the salesman was wonderful nut once the finance manager and owner got involved it turned ugly......please beware of this dealership. Thanks

The sales guy turned unfriendly, and unconcerned after I purchased the car. The finance mamager lied, the bank DOES NOT pull car fax reports on all financed cars. The cars look good but are overpriced, and normally need repairs. The mechanic was nice, but did a crappy job.
