First off, the salesman Anthony was awesome! He was very helpful, knowledgeable and didn't make us feel pressured at all! And financing (Jerry) was super helpful and answered any and every question I had. I would definitely recommend and would buy from here again! They totally work with you. When i bought my car i was promised excellent after service and at first it was. Now i called yesterday as my sunroof will not close and cannot get an appointment until Aug 10th. I tried to explain to the girl that i work and my car sits in a parking lot all day and cannot leave sunroof open. All she would say is I'm sorry. No she was not. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT is terrible with their customers. Be WEARY as i have warned you.

Not thrilled about the quality of salesmen here. I went in knowing what I wanted and not 1 but 2 guys tried to sell me something different....really?? Took my business to another kia location and got EXACTLY what I wanted.

Great customer service from the initial phone call to driving off in my new K5!! Anthony and Jerry were awesome. They were not pushy and allowed me the opportunity to get what I wanted and worked within my budget. This is the second vehicle purchased at this dealership and there will be many more I am sure between myself my family and also my friends. Ben Farfan went above and beyond to give me the exact car I wanted without any nonsense. He made the entire process hassle free, and got me the lowest possible interest rate and monthly payments for what I qualified for. He wouldn't take no for an answer; and everyone at Kia helped me buying a brand new car a reality. I couldn't be more grateful for everyone at Kia for everything they did for me. Dealer could not provide us with any starting prices on used cars, but expected a shopper to tell them which ONE car thy prefer. Rude manager, who just got up and walked away from the table when I simply asked for their preferred prices(s) on used cars. Went elsewhere and got a great deal on a used Toyota with a dealer who made the buying experience so easy; we were provided prices, carmax on multiple cars, drove 3-4, and allowed time on our conditions to make our choice. Spent five digit figure on a 2 year old years car. KIA's loss. I will NEVER shop for anything at Kia of Visalia, however. Don't have time to play the games or jump through their hoops, or have tolerance for rudeness. .
