Buyers Beware! *Still no pink slip after 6 months!!!* Went into this location to see a 2014 Nissan Rogue. First red flag, car didnt have gas so we had to stop at gas station during test drive. The guy showing car, Luis, even went in store to grab a bite to eat. I ignored this tho with the mind set of "Things happen no worries" Oh but I should have worried as this was just the beginning of a frustrating, exhausting, exchange with this dealership. I bought it with cash but was told they needed to kept car additional day to do smog and "processing". THREE DAYS LATER Im finally able to get my car back. He kept coming up with excuses as to why it would need to stay another day, and another. And I was always the one calling them because they never reached out. Week after having it hub cap came off and I realized the rest weren't even placed on properly, or they are incorrect size, idk I'm not car savvy. I never thought to look at hub caps... Also rearview mirror pops off occasionally while I'm driving. A week or so after buying car I text Luis pic of car tag because he STILL wasnt done with sending in paperwork. Thought I was upset then... Now SIX MONTHS later I call back to see where my pink slip is, and my temp license is expired, come to find out I need to RE SEND info because its STILL NOT SENT. Did they take advantage of the fact I was a woman? Or that I was a first time buyer? Idk but this is not they way a business should run. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

Good prices, i hope good cars,but they promised a car detail, the guy they said was going to do it, kept canceling, so they gave me the truck very filthy . Their detail guy is Enrique make sure they don't send him to do your car detail.

Hands down one of the best places to go and buy a car. Ask for JB (Jay Bautista) he do whatever it is that he can to get you the best deal. I mean he got me a usual interest rate for a used car after filling for bankruptcy. He takes of his customers not because its his job but you can feel his passion. Finance guru.
