After calling a few different Kia dealerships in the area. I chose this one. The other ones wanted to charge a diagnostic fee, even though I knew what was wrong or didn’t have any appointments for month. They were friendly and not pushy. Definitely going back.

The manager I actually worked with was not pushy AT ALL! He was patient and very helpful. He did everything to make the sale and to make me feel satisfied with my purchase. No used car salesmen here.

My car was vandalized, so I made an appointment to have a side view mirror and a rear window wiper replaced. The work was completed in less than two hours. Service staff were courteous and efficient. Work was top quality.

Be careful when it comes to free oil changes. When I visited today to have an oil change on my 2012 Sorento, they told me the drain plug could not be removed because the threads were worn and the entire oil pan needed to be replaced. I was given an estimate of over $300 to change the complete oil pan on the engine. When I suggested this should be replaced for free (since all oil changes were done by Vision), the Service Manager said this is a wear item and I would have to pay for the replacement. I declined the service and took the vehicle home. I was able to remove the drain plug and the threads were stripped, obviously due to over tightening. Luckily, the threads were OK in the oil pan so I spent $1.50 for a new drain plug and changed my own oil.They could have taken responsibility for this issue but decided to try and get more than $300 from me to cover their mistake.

A very simple straightforward and honest process. No game playing by sales person- he simply did what I asked which was give me my total outlay for the 36 month lease period including "everything". He did that and when it was time to close the deal, there was no "hidden/extra" costs.

Got in my car today and my check engine and tire pressure light were on. I panicked for a moment as I'm driving out of town tomorrow. I drove to the dealership with the hope that I could get someone to just let me know it was safe to drive back and forth to Utica until I could schedule an appointment for service. Not only did they take my car right in, they fixed the issue and upon noticing I was going to need an oil change in next few weeks, they did that as well so I wouldn't have to come back!!! That, my friends, is why I'm on my 4th Kia from Vision!

I love my new Sorento, but even more than that, I had the best car buying experience ever. Vince Lawyer worked with me the entire time. I never felt pressured into buying a car. I took the car overnight, made my decision and had my new car sitting in the driveway by the end of the week. Thank you to Vision KIA of Fairport New York. A year and a half ago I purchased a KIA Sorrento. I still love it! Its the best SUV on gas mileage that I have ever driven. My son's sporting equipment fits as well as my golf clubs. My Sales rep was Jake Gray and was so professional. He worked with me to secure the best price, explained all my features, and the entire dealership made sure I was taken care of. Their service department has been wonderful for my oil changes. You will never find a Dealership that willl treat you as fair as Vision Kia in Fairport, NY I am not only delighted by the car and the lease I got but the Service Manager is one of the finest and kindest people I have met in my professional life. I didn't think people cared about anything but their paycheck until I met Chris the Service Manager at Fairport Kia. I will NEVER recommend Vision Kia of Fairport to anyone. They get you in the door, sell you a car and could care less if they ever see you again. The vehicle that I purchased was nothing less than a "demon car"; I had to return 4 times for service and repairs within the first 3 months of owning the car and the fourth time I was told the part that was needed was NOT covered under the extended warranty I was shamed into purchasing. This dealership and its employees are horrible and unprofessional.

I recently leased a 2015 Kia Sorrento from Vision Kia in Fairport. What a wonderful experience. I Previously owned a Mazda CX9 and when my lease was up I shopped around and test drove several SUVs. My sales associate Jake Gray was so helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable about his product, was able to compare the Sorrento to others SUVs, showed all the features, and did not pressure me. Buying a new car can be stressful, its a lot of money and commitment. Jake explained the pricing and all package options which allowed me to make the appropriate financial choice for myself and family. Jake put me at ease, allowed time for me to consider my options. What I like about the dealership is how friendly and professional everyone is. I was impressed by all of the sales staff members. They seem like family guys and work together to assist each other. For anyone reading this a suggestion, I have driven SUVs for the last 15 years from Ford Explorers to the Mazda CX9. I cannot believe the gas Mileage on the Kia Sorrento, its fantastic! I really had no idea until Jake shared that with me and now owning the SUV. Great SUV, Dealership, and Sales Team, thank you Jake!

We recently leased a 2014 Sedona from Vision Kia Airport, and had a fantastic experience. When we showed up to the lot, we were greeted professionally by our salesperson, Anthony Caccamise, who showed us all the features of the van, showed us several different upgrade levels, and was attentive to our needs and wants-all during a snowstorm and freezing temps. After choosing our vehicle, the finance manger and other staff were very courteous to my wife and I, and Anthony even played with our 1 year old while we looked over paperwork. Our vehicle was presented to us with a full tank of gas and looking spotless, despite the downpour of snow. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Anthony and the Vision team.

Do not use the Service Department website to schedule an appointment!! Your request does not appear on their calendar at all - even though you get a form-letter email thanking you for the reqeust to schedule an appointment. They should either fix the website or remove it! I had to call to comfirm my "appointment" and only then find out it was not on their calendar - then had to reschedule for another day.

Vision Kia of Fairport is the BEST of the BEST..you can spend all week going to all the Dealerships in Rochester and you will NEVER be treated better than you will at VISION KIA of Fairport. The BEST car Buying experience in my 56 years. Pat Fierro went out of his way and Tony Gallo in Finance got me a rate 4 points lower than the competition. I didn't even know rates that low were available on used cars! I shopped everywhere and now I wonder why I wasted my time. This is by far the best I have ever been treated. Pat, Tony and even Ken the GM got involved to make sure I got a deal that NOBODY could come close too. How hard these guys worked for me was amazing. They just didn't treat me like a customer but more like I was the most important person in the Dealership. I can't thank them enough. If your looking for a fantastic deal and want to be treated like a human being and not just another customer than this is the place you need to go. I have never been happier and I can't recommend them enough. THE place to buy a CAR. They put the competition to shame and I have never been treated better or been happier with a Car. Buyer Beware: I ended up purchasing the Stay Nu contract which turned out to be a real joke and a waster of money. I dented my rear bumper and a technician came out and used a paint pen to color in the scratch. So, if offered this type of contract be aware of what you are purchasing and ask for details. Dont' be foolish like I was.

I have about 5 months left on my lease of a 2011 Hyundai Sonata and figured maybe I should start looking for a replacement lease vehicle. I stopped by my Hyundai dealer in January, and they did not seem real interested in offering me any alternatives or incentives to get out of my current lease. Thanks Jimmy. I received a direct mail piece from Vision Kia, which showed some attractive lease specials on the Kia Optima. After reading a some very favorable review of the Optima, I decided to visit this dealer, which is on the other side of town from where I live. The Optima is smaller inside than the Sonata, but I liked some of the features on the EX model. The LX (base model) seemed a bit too striped down, and he price difference between the EX and LX was about $50 per month different on the lease payment. The manager Matt Miller suggested a happy medium, the LX with a convenience package. Exactly what I was looking for. My Sonata was at the high end of my mileage allowance, so I new my payments were likely to be a bit higher, but I feel the deal they offered me was very fair. They also let me take the Optima home to show my wife. Being the end of the month they were trying to close business, but I did not feel pressure make a decision. I also, did stop at a Hyundai dealer the next day to see what they could do for me in a car comparable to the Optima. They did come very close, but unfortunately, the 2013 Sonata seemed almost identical to my older car. And, I was really starting to like the ride of the Optima. I called Vision Kia, told them when I would be back, and less than an hour after I brought the car back, I was out the door with my new Optima. VERY PAINLESS. They were VERY busy that night closing other deals, but I did not feel rushed. The business manager went over the paperwork and pointed out some benefits of leasing a Kia that other dealers charge for. He also advised me that Kia is very good about offering incentives to get into newer leases about six months before the expiration. I left feeling very good about my decision on both the car and this dealership. I would highly recommend them.

I recently was out shopping for my next vehicle and stopped into Vision Kia in Fairport to check out the Sorento. The salesmen was very knowledgeable about the Sorento and the Kia Line plus there was a good selection of vehicles. They asked about needs and listened to what I had to say. They found me the right fit plus the test driving experience was relaxing and hassle free. Plus they offer free oil changes for life that I didn't get offered anywhere else. Over all it was one of the best car shopping experiences I have had.

I had a great experience throughout the whole process.All of my concerns and questions were addressed and I felt very confident with my final price and added options. I even received a follow up call to see if I was happy with my purchase. The whole process was painless. I never thought I would be comfortable driving a van, but I love it.

The staff where helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and honest.The sales manager discussed different options with us and spent alot of time getting us the best financing option.I did purchase a 2013 Kia Optima and I absolutely love it! The only 'service' i have required is a routine oil change. They were able to schedule me the very next day. They were quick and friendly. The wait area was clean and nice. AND, did i mention it was FREE? For life! I would highly recommend (and have) Vision Kia in Fairport to anyone looking for a car. We worked directly with Matt Miller and he was awesome. I was looking to lease an Optima for my wife and did not want to deal with the typical shady salesman. Fortunately I found Rick Peeso at Vision KIA. Rick took the time to go over our options and was not pushy. Very rarely do I purchase anything on my first visit but we had such a good experience we drove away in car that day. I have sent in family and friends and will continue to purchase from rick in the future!

I am in college and was looking for a cheap new car. I was looking for a low payment and a reliable car. I heard good things about the KIA warranty from a friend. I drove the Soul, Rio, and Forte. I worked with Rick Peeso at Vision KIA in Fairport NY. I decided on the Soul and Rick was able to locate a Red one for me. They only had Black and Silver on the lot. I had been at other dealerships and was not treated seriously. This was not the case with Rick. He allowed me to take the time to find the car that was right for me and did not push me towards making a decision. I ended up coming back the next day with my parents. We ended up paying slightly more a month for the Soul but with free oil changes and free roadside service we decided it was worth it. I picked it up two days later. The soul was everything i wanted and Rick was Excellent. I would definately recommend Rick to my friends.

My husband & I had been shopping around for a new SUV for a while before we came upon Vision Kia of Fairport...as soon as we arrived we were greeted by Joe Minarik. Right from the get go he was very friendly & respectful of what we were looking for. He never tried to talk us into a vehicle we didn't want & trust me, we searched high & low for a dealer that would listen to us. We even went to 2 other Kia dealers & we definitely recommend the Fairport location!! They even located the vehicle we wanted (instead of trying to sell us one off the lot) in the color we wanted!!! That is the main reason why we purchased our vehicle from them!!! When I said the color silver was not an option, Joe totally respected that!!! He never once tried to talk us into a different color vehicle!! Thanks Joe!!! We highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a Kia to stop into Kia Vision of Fairport & ask for Joe Minarik!! Had a very good experience with Vision Kia. I actually shopped three locations prior to driving there. I live about 45minutes away so time is important. I talked to Joe Manerik on the phone and he said the Sorento I was looking at was available and held it for me unitl I could get in that evening. The service was great, it fit into my budget. I was surprised at how many vehicles they had in such a small space, but they told me about how they're trying to expand the location now. The business person Paul was very nice. Traveled over an hour to see a specific car we had been looking for. The car looked great except for a small spot on the rear seat and a small paint chip on the drivers door. I asked about both issues and was told by the sales person and the detailer that both would be an easy fix and they would take care of that before we picked up the car if we chose to purchase the it. Test drove the vehicle with my husband and was impressed with the quality of it. We decided to purchase the vehicle. We came back three days later to pick it up. Spot still on the seat and the chip sill on the door and also who ever washed and waxed it failed to clean all of the wax off of it. Dried white flecks and streaks all stuck in the grill and on the edges of the doors. It wiped off easily with a cloth so it just showed their laziness. I decided to just deal with it myself since we were and hour away from home and didn't want to come back again or wait. We went inside to do the paperwork. The office space is so unorganized I wonder how anything gets done. Boxes and papers everywhere. The paperwork took forever......It was over hour. We showed up with a check in-hand for the purchase so no financing paperwork needed to be done. I can't figure out why it took so long. The sales person then started filling out the temporary registration. The expiration date should have been 45 days from the purchase date but the sales guy wrote down the wrong date(10 days short). I pointed it out and he said not to worry because we would get the permanent registration well before that date anyway. Well here I am 3 days before the temporary registration is set to expire and I still have not received the registration. I have made several phone calls and have sent 2 emails regarding this and I was told each time not to worry it is on its way. So once again yesterday I called and finally was able to speak with the person who handles this paperwork. He told me that they had the registration there and that we had a balance due and that he had sent me a letter to tell me that. I have not received any letter and why didn't anyone tell me this when I called and emailed before? Also why was there a balance due? He said that they charges us the wrong amount. They only charged us for a transfer of plates and not a new plate fee. Okay.......so all of this is their mistake and I still don't have my registration. I then told him that by the time I wait for the letter, send out the payment, they receive it, then mail it out to me that my temporary registration will be expired. What if I get a ticket? He said that I cannot be given a ticket because the car is legally registered (try telling that to a police officer). Um hello I can get a ticket for not displaying a valid registration sticker. Then he said just plead not guilty to it if it happens. WHAT?!?!?! I then told him I wanted him to mail the registration out immediately and as soon as I received the letter I would send the payment. He said sure....they way he said it was not very reassuring so I didn't believe him. I called my husband and told him what was going on and he was livid. He then called the dealership and spoke with the same person. My husband asked if he was mailing out the registration and the guy said "no, I just said I was, I wont send it out until you pay". My husband just decided to pay over the phone to get it over with. Hopefully we will get the registration sticker today. WHAT A HASSLE!!!! I will never do business with them again and I will NOT recommend them to anyone.

As you arrive you notice the salepersons lined up outside having a smoke and waiting to pounce. Inside the place is no better empty pizza boxes abound and it is cramped and grungy feeling. Hard to believe this once was an Infinity dealership. Got the feeling they would tell you anything to get the deal, moved on to a more customer friendly dealer down the street.

I traveled an hour and a half to Vision Kia of Fairport because they told me they had a vehicle I was looking for at a price I could accept. When I arrived they told me they had already sold the vehicle. They then tried to get me to order the vehicle from them. I told them there were three Kia dealerships where I lived and could order from them. I didn need to drive an hour and a half to order a vehicle. They immediately ended the conversation and walked away. Whether the vehicle had actually been there or not I do not know, but they did not contact me and tell me they had sold it before I drove there. They didn acknowledge their error or apologize (the least I would have expected). I found the experience to be very unsatisfactory and I would not recommend them.

I purchased a used Optima from Rick Peeso. Very friendly and easy to work with. I was able to get a good price and free oil changes. Facility is small but has a more personal feel. I would definitely recommend Rick to my family and friends.
