Today we walked into Vista. This guy came out and met us like no one in any dealer had done. His name is Allan and he did everything he could to make sure we left in a reliable great looking sporty car! I walked out with a 2017 maroon Dodge Charger with low miles.. in Love with my new ride! Thank you so much Allan!!!

I had a bad experience with them. I spoke to a gentleman named Anthony and got the process started. He then forgot my name and called me Jacob. Took my information, ran my credit and never returned my call. I text him back with, you're unprofessional and I'm gonna leave a review. Guy called back within 2 minutes. Just my experience, maybe you'll get better service, especially if your name is Jacob.

I would like to start off that my brother and I considered this dealer as we have a friend of almost 40yrs that works here. That being said, this review is directed towards the owner Carlos. My brother bought a used '18 Corolla about a month ago; still has paper plates. On Monday, his car wouldn't start. He was late for work, so he borrowed my car while I waited for AAA. When AAA arrived, the gentleman popped the hood and the first thing I noticed was the contraption below was warped (bending) over the battery and had two screws trying to hold it in place. The AAA man explained that the wrong sized battery had been placed in the car, and that the contraption below was put in to try to keep the battery from shifting. It obviously failed as the negative terminal had become disconnected. Since it was the wrong sized battery, the terminals would not securely fit to the battery, hence the jacked up contraption that someone put in place, trying to get by without putting the correct battery in the car. It cost $150 to fix this HUGE oversight. My brother spoke with our friend, who then said we had to speak with Carlos. I've worked in customer service for most of my life, and it's obvious that Customer Service is not something Carlos cares about. I explained what happened, even asking how this type of thing could have happened. He said that as a used car, they don't go over every detail of the car (BUYER BEWARE!!). I just couldn't believe that this shortcut contraption made it off the lot. When I explained what happened to Carlos, he essentially called me a liar. I mean, he just got done telling me that they don't look over everything on used cars before they leave the lot, yet now I'm lying and created some crazy story just to get reimbursed the $150 for a battery that actually fit the car?? Carlos then tried to say how AAA was trying to scam me, when in fact it's Carlos who is scamming people by putting them behind dangerous cars and then refusing to take ANY type of ownership over it/responsibility for it. He said that since he wasn't there, he had to trust his mechanic...the same mechanic that he just said doesn't look at all of the used cars that leave the lot OR the mechanic that tried to save a few bucks by putting in this dangerous, rigged contraption just to get a car off the lot? You can't have it both ways Carlos. Carlos has to be as SHADY as they come. When they talk about 'used car dealers' in a negative light, there should be a picture of Carlos. I want to note that not only did Carlos call me a liar, he also hung up on me. He's not a man; he's not a good business owner; he's not a person I would EVER recommend friends and family to, which is a shame, since I've always recommended my friend as someone who will take care of you. Unfortunately, as long as he works for this spineless, greedy, 'only in it for himself' owner named Carlos, I'll send my business elsewhere.
