Mustang service performed- radiator flush and new fuel filter installation. Everything went as expected, and Jack the service manager was very cordial and helpful. I believe they even washed my car at the end, it looked sharp. The price was reasonable. Improvement would be getting a quote when you call or before signing the paperwork. Also, the cutback in staffing, apparently due to COVID-19, make it hard to get a timely appointment. No more shuttle service.

Service to my truck. They did a great job of checking the truck, doing the routine maintenance and then recommending that I install a new battery. I knew the battery was near the end of it's life. They did a nice job of cleaning my truck, but then somehow tracked all kinds of black sooty footprints on the inside floor of the truck. Overall it was a good experience!!

Stewart was exceptional!!!The negative was that the seat and mats were not covered properly by whomever. Stewart tried to clean the mat to get the work shoe stain/imprint off the tan mat but they are still there. He did get the mark off the seat. I'll bust out a carpet cleaner one of these days and see if that works. It's not life or death.

They replaced my battery but as part of the warranty they should have replaced the words "Fusion" "Titanium" and the "Ecoboost" emblem on my trunk lid but failed to do so. They only replaced the word Fusion, leaving the rest of the letters sitting on my passenger seat. I now have to come back in on Saturday to fix.

Took my fusion in for an oil change and the door latch recall. The service advisor kept me informed on the progress. My car was returned to me washed. Not all dealerships wash your car. Oil change service is better than the quick lube facilities and the price is equivalent if not cheaper for the work performed.

I like to bring my Explorer to the dealer for service because I know it will be done right. A few times I was in a bind and took it to Jiffy Lube or some other quick place and both times the oil leaked onto my driveway. This time I felt like they were pushing me to buy tires when I really only needed to have them rotated. I declined and will keep an eye on them until I come again for the next service.

Brought vehicle in for scheduled maintenance. The staff was friendly and courteous. The new waiting area is comfortable. Service Techs found an engine "leak" on my vehicle. I overheard another advisor tell a different customer that he also had a leak. This made me a little suspicious that the technicians might be a overzealous in finding leaks in automobiles. I didn't have time to have the leak repaired. I'll probably get a second opinion from a different Ford dealership closer to where I live.

Todd was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He presented us with an MKC which had all the amenities that I wanted at a price point my husband was happy with! We brought our 11 month old, who apparently does not love car shopping and Todd was very patient and even gave us baby sunscreen when we were out in the sun all day. 2007 Navigator L sent to Vista w/ hoses worm out. I thought transmission crashed. Stuart explained the problem and helped me reset the air suspension, extremely patiently. We had a brake job and detailing-the car looks and drives like new. It is a lovely car.

Service Advisor was Stewart Henton. While waiting in the waiting room Stewart did announce that the vehicle was being looked at and a determination would be forthcoming regarding the fuel leak. About 1/2 hour later my name was called signifying my car was ready for pickup. I would have liked Stewart to have had a discussion with me regarding the outcome but instead it was listed on the invoice. Brought to my attention by the checkout person that I would need to bring the car back after 200 miles of more driving so that the dye placed in the added oil will then determine the degree of the leak. This was the 15,000 mile service on a 2015 Fusion Hybrid so it was pretty basic and fast. However when I picked up the car nobody reviewed the service results with me. I assume there were no issues but I had read through the report which was not entirely clear. Usually someone would just tell me that the fluids were topped off, the brakes are in _____ condition with approximately ____ miles to go before needing service and the tires are in ______ condition with ____ miles of tread on them. Also the car was not washed when I picked it up.

I came in on a Friday afternoon at 3:00 without an appointment after my Flex didn't start, and had to be jumped. I drove into the service area and didn't turn off the engine, because I didn't think it would start again. My service advisor checked me in, put a monitor on the battery and showed me that it was just a battery that needed replacing. He quoted a price of $130 and said it could be done in an hour. I waited for it, he took care of it, and I drove away with a new battery for $134 in 45 minutes. I was amazed my problem was solved on a Friday afternoon with no notice in less than 1 hour. This is a great dealership.

I would like to begin my review by extending heartfelt thanks and considerable gratitude to Ken in the Service Department. I arrived back to California with my new (pre-owned) 2008, F-350, 6.4L, and there was quite a bit of unexpected maintenance work and repair required following the trip from 7400', Colorado. I was sort of befuddled by the whole thing, particularly after a long drive, yet Ken walked me through the Q Certification Limited Powertrain Warranty, and said that he'd contact them to find out what - if anything - was covered. Well, low and behold, much of the repair work was indeed covered (I fried-out my brake sensors, which I've learned is common on the Powerstrokes), and I was obviously a happy camper, having saved hundreds, if not well-over a grand. I also travel with a Medical Service Dog, and have a disability. Negotiating my way though these experiences can be difficult and very challenging at times. Not here at Vista. Not at all. I was kept updated regularly by Ken, who is probably one of the most kind and reassuring people you'd ever encounter at a dealership. Overall, I could not be happier, and despite the fact that I'm in Camarillo now, I may just yet steam-on back over to Woodland Hills ~ Vista Ford ~ for her 80k TLC. Did someone say 15 qts of oil? yikes! And, I forgot to mention; when a rental car was required, it was an on-tine, asap arrival, followed by a swift resumption of the day. Their intake techs are sweet and super-helpful, and there's good coffee & hot drinks to-go. Your finalized paperwork is itemized and stapled together at the time of final payment, and you're off with a smile. *** Thanks again to Ken, and the Diesel guys who work on my truck. My wife and I were searching for a particular 2016 Explorer Sport and found one online listed in Vista Ford's inventory. Dave Lindig was very honest and up front with me throughout the process from the first phone call regarding our new vehicle. After discussing our budget over the phone, Dave stayed true to his word when we visited the dealership to test drive and ultimately purchase the Explorer. Dave helped to make this car buying experience much more enjoyable than past experiences at other dealerships.My only critical feedback for Ford, not necessarily for Vista, would be that our brand new Explorer which we took home with only 17 miles did have a couple cosmetic issues that I would have not expected from a leading US auto manufacturer. The front driver's side panel above the wheel had a few ripples in the metal, and the illuminated "Explorer" scuff plate on the passenger side was not installed correctly ("Explorer" was upside down when you looked at it from outside the vehicle). I was a bit surprised that these types of aesthetic problems would not have been discovered and corrected before the vehicle left the final assembly plant.Again, this was not any fault of the Vista Ford dealership. In fact, when we brought these issues to Dave's attention, he immediately vowed to correct everything and promised to do whatever was needed to make sure we were completely satisfied. We brought back our brand new Explorer to Vista Ford and Dave began working to correct the cosmetic problems right away. He provided us with a Lincoln MKX to drive for the week while our vehicle was being fixed. Though it was in fact a bit inconvenient to have only had our new Explorer for a day before having to take it back to the dealership, I couldn't have been more satisfied with how Dave treated us to make sure that we were in fact satisfied with our new Explorer purchase. I would definitely consider coming back to work with Dave and Vista Ford again when shopping for vehicles in the future, and would also recommend friends to do the same as well. Overall, the experience with Vista Ford was great and despite the minor cosmetic issues resulting from Ford's apparent oversight in their final manufacturing quality inspection, Dave was a pleasure to work with and clearly made our satisfaction his priority while treating us fairly and respectfully. Both my wife and I were pleased with our decision to purchase our new vehicle from Vista Ford.

I recently returned my Ford Focus 2013 due to ongoing Transmission Problems, which were not disclosed to me when I purchased the car. In fact there was a recall for that year and model. In exchange I purchased a new 2015 Ford Focus. Unfortunately after 2 weeks I had to bring that car in for a new clutch. Yes, really! The staff is always friendly, and the mechanics do a thorough job. Even when they have findings, they are really honest about how serious the issues are and if they aren't. "We can keep an eye on this one in future visits." I can't tell you how much I appreciate this honesty. service was as expected. process of assigning service reps upfront resulted in cars behind me in line being checked in before me, even though I had an appt. my car was moved out of the way pending my service rep showing up to check me in. assigning the service rep upfront seems like a new process, or perhaps I haven't noticed. The previous method appeared to be to assign service reps based on next available service rep. That way the cars are checked in in the order they arrive. Also, I called at about 3pm to check my status and was told at that time that a part wasn't available and would need to be installed the next day. It seems maybe I should have been contacted earlier in the day (car dropped off at 9am) regarding this delay.

My family and I went in to look at the Ford Explorer and where greeted upon arrival by Mike. Mike was wonderful, just a delight to meet. We test drove the Explorer, Mike showed us all the features and was so very patient with us. We sat down, talked about what our plans where and told us to think about the car and let him know when we are ready. The following day, we decided we would really sit down and look at the numbers and see if the new car was an option sooner than we thought. Mike was unfortunately had gone home for the day, but met with Rick. Rick was just as wonderful and we where able to leave the dealership with a new car. Everyone at Vista Ford was extremely nice, and courteous. My family and I felt appreciated and a valued customer. Both Rick and Mike have called to ask how I feel regards my new car. I had the best experience getting my auto service even though everything is make-shift at your dealership with thecurrent improvements and the cashier office in a temporary facility.I took a shuttle home at 11:00 A.M. and called at 1:00 to hear my car was being washed and I could come to the dealership and pick it up immediately. The car looked clean and the paperwork showed the auto had received its5000 mile service as scheduled.I have a Lincoln Town Car Signature LTD and it runs quite smoothly. We took our car in to be serviced. We were given a time of 3 hours and it ended ho being longer. It was the second time this week with our cars that the time frames they gave us didn't add up. I'm not sure why this is happening because it never has happened before. But this time it happened was an inconvenience for the family when we had things scheduled around the cars appointments. I was looking for a new at to downsize from the huge, gas-guzzling SUV I had before and Michael Trovero knew exactly which cars to show me. I finally decided on a beautiful Ford C-Max Hybrid. It's nice and compact, yet still roomy enough for my two daughters and all of their things. The MPGs are something I've never seen on any car I have ever owned. Michael gave me a test drive, a comprehensive tour of the car, and explained everything inside and out. I also decided on the extended warranty as well as the maintenance warranty. I came in for an oil change and loose panel. I left with a new battery as well. When the service center tried to move my car to take it to the back the battery died on them. Luckily it was covered under warranty. The car was cleaned and the pickup process was pretty easy. They are remodeling currently which is why I gave them 4 stars in facilities.

We purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid under the Costco Auto Purchase Program. Dylan Nelson, the Internet Manager, was great to work with. We enjoyed working with the staff. The car we purchased was a Mercury Milan Hybrid 2010. The car had only been driven 17000 miles and was in mint condition. We were so taken with the car that we were willing to drive 115 miles to look at it and our time was not wasted! On the drive home in our new Mercury we got an average 39 mpg.The staff treated us with respect and did not use high pressure sales tactics. Best buying experience ever!

I finally got a recall concerning my transmission which always seemed iffy. It would act up in slow uphill traffic conditions, usually on a long road trip. How do I duplicate this for the mechanic? They fixed the problem and did my scheduled maintance and oil change both on the same day. washed my car and vaccuumned the inside. Extra effort was very appreciated!They were under construction but I was courteously escorted to office where there still was cold water and coffee available.

I took my car in for a 15K mile service that I only knew it was due for because Vista sent me an email. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because it took 50% longer than they said it would, but that's no reason to avoid them. I have been dealing with Vista Ford for more than a decade and they are consistently pleasant, usually finish on time (and provide a loaner car when they can't finish on time), and always return my car washed. The sales department is excellent, too.

Lately the service at Vista has not been the standard I've grown accustomed to but at my most recent appointment the service was considerably better than the time before. If Vista compares their service to places such as Honda and Toyota they are only fooling themselves. There is a reason I don't own those cars - strive to be better than Mercedes, Bmw, Lexus, and the other high end car service departments- treat the customers like your livelihood depends on them (it does). I appreciate the car wash and an honest quote and competent workmanship. I appreciate phone calls with updates on the status of my car. My only complaint this time is that the check out desk did not apply my $40 credit to my bill - that would have been nice, but it might be my fault as I forgot to remind them. .

We have always used Vista for maintenance on our vehicles. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It's a dealership we trust.One thing I wold like to see would be to have a full service technician available on the weekends that could handle repairs other than just the normal maintenance as well as longer weekend hours. Working during the week makes it difficult to have any major repairs done. I start work at 6:00am after a 32 mile drive so making arrangements to have my vehicles serviced for something major really impacts my day. Your service department is great and my representative was very professional and got me in and out quickly. The work that was done I believe is also great. I was called that the car was ready and when I arrived an hour later the car was not ready. I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes. I had to ask about it 2x's. No big deal really but when they tell me the car is ready then I expect that to be the case. The hang up may have been in the car wash queue. I noticed that my windows were still dirty....which made me think that they were rushing. I hate to even mention this because I know everyone works so hard. But you did ask.

Jack from the service dept. was GREAT!. He was not only helpful & courteous, he pretty much diagnosed the problem right from the start without even doing any tests (another auto repair business had not been able to determine the issue). What seemed to be a possible slipping transmission problem was actually a coil & spark plug, which, thankfully, is a lot cheaper repair. Maybe for simple things like oil changes and such you can go someplace with lower prices or deals but sometimes you just need to take your car to the people that work exclusively on a particular brand & take full advantage of their knowledge & experience. Thanks again.

The staff was very helpful The problem with my mustang required ordering 2 replacement parts that were covered by warranty. One part arrived the next day. The other part took longer. So in order for me not to be stranded on a weekend without a car, I was given a rental car until my car was ready .This is typical of the Vista Service Dept. I felt my service manager really cared about my situation. This is typical of how Vista takes care of their customers.

I brought my 2013 Mustang in for service to my sync system. Almost all of the sync funtions had ceased to work. I explained this to the service writer, who confirmed the problems. That afternoon, I was called and advised it was ready to pick up. At pick up, the service writer told me they had performed a master reset and everything was fixed. When my car was brought up to me, I tried the sync and found all the functions that weren't working at drop off still did not work. A gentleman, who could probably see the frustration on my face, came over to me and asked if there was a problem. I advised him my car was in for sync system problems. I was called and told it had been fixed. Now I'm here and nothing has been fixed. He checked the system and observed the multiple failures. He told me his name was Jeff Harkness, that what had happened was totally unacceptable to Vista Ford, and he would see to it personally that all issues would be addressed to my satisfaction. He could not have been more solicitious. And, as promised, he addressed all issues to my satisfaction. Thank you Vista Ford!

The service rep supplied his direct phone number to expedite follow up, that proved to be MOST helpful as there were several "recommendations requiring evaluation and answering". The final analysis of the success the sequence of repairs achieved was notable in the handling characteristics, the reduction in road noises, the road feel sensations and the clean feel of the engine responses.I wish the Rewards system was less cumbersome or was directly applied in the form of pricing discounts when I am spending such significant amounts for your services!! The system in use creates the sense that there is an under lying hope that it's cumbersome process will result in not taking advantage of the earned "rewards". That "sense" degrades the repair satisfaction I experienced and will share with my neighbors!

Went shopping for a new/used car. I had been to a few lots and decided to check out Vista Ford. I wasn't even considering a ford. But a friend told me to go see Al Estone before I made any decisions. I left that same day in a brand new 2015 Ford Edge. With Al I didn't really feel like I was buying a car. He asked the usual questions, said he'd be back and the next thing I knew I was approved. I was a "waiter" and the wait was comfortable in the trailer and I had a very nice conversation with another customer while we drank coffee and watched TV. Danny O'Kane is the man to see at Vista Ford. Knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, not pushy and all around just a great guy. He took my credit application over the phone and got me an approval before I drove all the way to Woodland Hills. Once there I was greeted with Starbucks Coffee, a very kind receptionist and then Danny. Test drove the car I was interested in (Ford Escape). Loved it. Told Danny I had a fixed amount that I could pay each month and he made it happen. Bought the car on the spot. Danny has called me twice to make sure I'm happy. I'm happy!!

Although I was a bit irritated about having my THIRD recall since I purchased my 2013 CMax in December of that year, I appreciate that at least for me, it was pre-emptive. I didn't experience any of the problems that led to the recall. I also didn't realize until this recall that Vista Ford offered a complimentary shuttle service. This made the inconvenience of the recall much easier to put up with since it is difficult to find a ride to and from the dealership. As always, the service dept was very friendly and efficient.

My '98 Expedition was experiencing a stalling problem but none of their tests revealed any abnormalities. They also checked brakes, rotated and inflated tires and washed the car at no charge to me. The service I received when I arrived at the service center was great. I had an appt. so things moved really fast. I only had to wait in the waiting room for about 15 minutes, before the shuttle was ready to take me home. I was called after 2 1/2 hours and my husband dropped me off at the service area to pick up my 2014 F-150. This was the trucks' first service. Everything was fine and the truck was also washed. My only critique has to do with your internet site. When I went to make a service appointment I encountered a chat box (Dina?) who as I was filling in my appointment asked if I was making a service appointment. I said, "yes." She took down my information and told me she would pass it along to the service department. After that she pointed out to me there is an appointment page and gave me a link. I told her I was already on it when she came appeared. My point here is that I was already filling out the service specifics and now I had to wait for a service person to call me to verify my appointment. Duplication and some inconvenience is my point. I think the better way to go with your online chat is to offer information for navigation of the site or particular help rather than duplicating fill in services. Just my opinion.

Ken Nazarian is always beyond helpful. They give me a ride to and/or from home/dealership in order to get my 2010 Ford Escape serviced. My only complaint (and I've made it in person at the dealership) is one of the drivers has poor manners and people skills. Somehow, he still has his job so I suppose the management at Vista Ford is patient and believes in 2nd and even 3rd chances. Aside from that, they have taken care of me and other family members very well.

My preferred Service Advisor, Ken Nazarian, is always very informative and follows through on all maintenance issues. The latest was an oil pan replacement on my 2007 Ford Edge. He worked diligently to fit this into my schedule and he and the technician (whose name I unfortunately do not know) finished the replacement on schedule and below the cost that I had expected. When I came to pick the car up on Friday, May 22nd, Ken was constantly going between the technician and myself advising me of the progress all while assisting other customer. I bought my new SVT Raptor F150 from Vista, so of course I want to take care the best care of it. The service is normally excellent a Vista Ford. Although, my last visit to Vista Ford was kind of a mess. After it was done being serviced one of the porters or mechanic wasn't careful and tore up and damaged one of my tires on the wall or curb somewhere between the service stall and pick-up. These tires aren't cheap. And I would have to be out for a day so they could order it. Luckily for me my service advisor Greg, he took care of me. He had no idea anything went wrong but after I talked with him he personally made the effort to talk with the shop foreman Bob and recommended my tire be replaced at no charge. The next day he called and told me to bring the truck in as anytime god for me to have the new tire replaced at my convenience. Most would not take responsibility for an act like this like Greg did. I think that is great service! Most shops around here would not take responsibility like Greg and his team did to make things right and not have me out $400.+Overall, the service managers do a great job at Vista.I think the porter team, and mechanics should be more careful when exiting bays and navigating through the lot. Luckily, everything worked out thanks to Greg and I will be back to Vista for my next oil change/service needs.-James PacittoThousand Oaks, CA

Service was good. Car was fixed correctly, and they even washed my car before I picked it up! Great phone communication by Ken N. Part price markups seem high, comparative to Autozone and other sources. For example, two years ago, a Ford dealer charged me $160 for a distributor cap and rotor, whereas the same parts could be obtained by Autozone for $32. This is a 500% markup and seems outrageous and unnecessary to me! The Autozone parts in many cases provide a lifetime wty, whereas Ford parts are only for a year or so. I haven't had time to compare this current invoice pricing yet, but at a glance, the part prices seem high again. I know that this is an industry-wide practice though, and not exclusively with this particular Ford dealership.

The only issue I have is even under the best of conditions it still took 1.5 - 2 hours to get it done. If you can streamline things prior to arrival would make it even more pleasurable. On the day I dropped off the vehicle, I couldnt get a shuttle back to work because all of their drivers went on lunch break at exactly the same time.It took over an hour for someone to come and drive me back and I was the only one sitting there. However when it came time to retrieve my vehicle, they sent a car to my place of work to pick me up to take me to the dealer in a luxery car. Kind of made up for the long wait that happened earlier. Normally we go to Galpin Ford in Panorama City and have never had a problem with them before. Unfortunately, last year we made the mistake of going to Vista Ford only because they had the exact model we were looking for. Earlier today I had called in to the dealership to speak to the salesman (Schulman) who sold us our new Ford Escape last year. He was supposed to make arrangements for the vehicle to have a routine oil change but much to my dismay he was no longer working there. I was then transferred to a Mr. Todd Harder who says he was the manager and when I explained to him the situation and what had been promised by Mr. Schulman, he then began to belittle me and made rude statements about how the service would only cost $40 and how I should stop acting like it was the end of the world and just pay for it. He did absolutely nothing to help reconcile the situation other than make me feel very angry. When I asked for someone in management, he said he was the only manager and that even if I went to Corporate they could do nothing about it since they are privately owned. This was confirmed when I sent a complaint to corporate immediately after I hung up the phone. I had asked Mr. Harder if my business was appreciated, he responded saying that I got a good deal and that if I wanted to I could go somewhere else next time, which I definitely will do. I rarely make an effort to make negative remarks about any business but this was something I felt had to be brought to light so if I was you, I would not EVER go to VISTA FORD in Woodland Hills ever again!

Tried to buy a car last October on line through cars.com. It started out okay you know I gave them their money and yes they had no problem taking it. And then yah, I gave the shipper a deposit.Three months later..........no title from the DMV..........Well finally got my money back and found a car in Canada.And yah I lost the $1200 I gave to the shipper.Nice,Losers!!

I used to be a loyal Galpin Ford customer until a couple of poor experiences. The staff at Vista Ford have all displayed a high degree of knowledge and professionalism of their products that is hard to find. Their kindness and willingness to work within our budgets and not hustle us has earned them a lifetime loyalty for us. From the driver who drives the shuttle to the GM Allen Nanas I've never had a better experience buying a vehicle.

Test drove a vehicle, they ran my financials. Was told I'd received a call back, never received one. I called and left a message and the phone call was never returned. Very unprofessional, don't waste your time go to different dealer.

I was shopping for a Ford Flex via the internet departments and this dealership just laid it out, plain and simple. When I showed up, everything was as promised with no surprises. Great price and service. (Honorable mention should also go to Galpin, but they didn't have what I was looking for.)
