My family has previously purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership but, with that being said, I always go for the best deal. This time around, I first visited this dealership, then their other "group" of dealerships and competitors.After visiting 4 other dealerships, I returned to Viva Dodge and searched out Luis. I looked for Luis not just because he was our initial contact but more because I felt comfortable with him. I felt he truly wanted to make sure I "drove" away happy. I did.I feel Luis, the sales and finance managers did all they could to sell me my vehicle and I wasn't mentally drained after the process. I'd definitely recommend this dealership.

just went in to browse around not planning on buying a new car but Mr.A Flores came out very friendly and courteous started looking at cars and he was explaining to us each one that we were looking at we test drove one nice Jeep compas by the time we knew it were already inside singing papers & walked out with a new car over all from start to finish was a great experience friendly staff

After searching on line Viva Jeep had the SUV we wanted to drive. When we arrived I went to the managers desk and asked to drive the vehicle. Also told the manager we wanted to lease. Manager said we don't lease vehicles. Ok so we ask to drive it anyway which he agrees and gives us Ricardo our salesman. The good about Ricardo first. He definetly knew the product. Now the bad. Ricardo says don't listen to what the manager says he knows the General Manager and can get us a lease. After over an hour of back and forth with Ricardo begging to know what we wanted our payments to be we finally walked out. At that time Ricardo was also trying to do a deal with another customer so we told the same manager we were leaving who again told us they don't lease. What a waste of time we never got a price. After we left Ricardo calls and is upset we left and says we have to come back to get a price. Long story short we went to another dealership and settled on a price in 15 minutes and leased a car. Afer leaving a review of Viva Jeep on Google I then get a text from Ricardo complaining. Amazing.

I bought a 2002 Firebird back in the Late Fall/Early Winter of 2007. The buying process was very pleasant. However, the service department could have been better. On buying a car, I do recommend the Viva Auto Group, but on repairs, there are alternatives.
