process was easy pick out a car that I like sign the paperwork and was out.but a month in to owning the car I had a battery issue took it to shop was told he was going to replace it but never did. Luckily I did not have the issue no more was told that I can not leave my car on without having engine on . Then I had a fuel pump issue a month later now I thought i was covered with his gold plan but was told it does not cover electric parts my car is a hybrid wish that was told to me from the start then me truck latch was not working and was told he does not cover this in the gold plan as well . Best advice is just take a little more time to read and understand what you are signing it a lot of paper work but it will pay off in the end .I gave it two stars because I did not like the way business was handled I had a 20,000 loan and in three months had major issues with car and was told they could not help me . After I just made them 20000

Eugene couldn’t have been any nicer or more knowledgeable on the car we bought from them 2 days ago. It is a family run business and would highly recommend them. They were very efficient with all paperwork unlike bigger auto dealers.

it is rare that you find a family run business anymore! the buying process was honest, fair and easy! it was simple to communicate, negotiate and come up with a fair business deal. i flew in from NC to Chicago, bought the car and drove it back to NC... I purchased my 2011 BMW 550xi from Skokie Suburban Auto Sales over the phone. I was worried about everything. Picture that's all I had. Vehicle looks gorgeous on the pictures and I was excited. Eugene makes everything easy and smooth, all paperwork was done over the fax. Payment was made trough my bank and next day the car was shipped to me. When I received my BMW I was relieved, its was so beautiful like shown on the pictures. Very clean, detailed and shiny !!! Thank you Eugene.

I contacted Skokie Suburban Auto Sales online to pre-arrange an appointment to test drive a 2010 Jetta TDI. When I arrived at the dealership, Eugene greeted me, informed me about the car's history, and accompanied me on a test drive. Upon making a decision to purchase the car, Eugene negotiated a fair purchase price, discounting the price more than I anticipated. I believe that Eugene's integrity and pleasant personality made my buying experience as easy and pleasant as anyone could expect. I, especially, appreciate the fact that he never "over-promised" anything about the car I purchased. The fact that I drove approximately 325 miles to purchase the Jetta from Eugene indicates how impressed I was with his follow-up phone calls. I love the car I purchased. Absolute worst car dealer i have ever been to in my life. They do not include details about the car, worst sales person i have ever talked to. They do not care about the customer.Very rude customer service. When i walked into the lot i was not greeted and even when someone came outside i still was not greeted with a handshake or asked any questions. The sales person was incompetent. I would never ever go back to this car dealership it is outrageous that they are still in business.
