Just purchased a vehicle from here and the whole process was very smooth. The staff who I worked with were professional and courteous. They confirmed my appointment, had the car I had inquired about out front ready for a test drive, and answered all of the questions I had. The finance team only offered the extra warranties instead of pushing them like most places do. Very happy with my experience!

I presented my Tiguan for repairs and they parked it in the back and never looked at it. I drove by several times and they happened to leave the gate on the side open so I was able to drive through and look my car sitting there. They never drove it because I checked the miles before and after and they put on one mile. They said they weren't able to duplicate the problem. Months ago my sunshade malfunctioned and they said they couldn't duplicate the problem but it malfunctioned again and they said the computer needed updating and needless to say it malfunctioned again. At first it wouldn't open then it wouldn't close. They finally repaired it. Terrible service.

Very lazy and no knowledge about how to fix a Volkswagen vehicle they charged me 1500 for my car over heating . They supposedly fixed it and the same day I took it home it was still doing the same . I toook it back and they said it’s fine to drive around like that ?! Now they want 600 $ more so they can have the trunk open when I took the car to them that wasn’t a problem! I came here for a trustworthy place so it can be fixed right and nope I did not get this ! Pathetic people
