Best car buying experience we have ever had! Our salesperson, Chuck Sansone was amazing! He was very helpful and never pressured us or tried to give us a “hard sell”. In fact everyone in the dealership that we had the opportunity to work with was friendly, professional, and totally put us at ease! I worked directly with Tom and Larry over at VW. I came to them with and urgent need for a car being that mine had been totaled due to the Monsoon floods a few nights before. They got me a car and helped me with the process in just one morning and they were all so proactive. They were amazing and quick to work with and very thoughtful. I felt so comfortable and I would highly recommend giving either of them a call when in need!

I have been a service customer of yours for MANY years. After my 2004 saw its final day I decided to look into a newer vehicle. I ended up purchasing a BEAUTIFUL 2016 VW Jetta from your location just yesterday and had the pleasure of working closely with Jeff Benson and David Bonanno (internet sales manager) as well as Nate the floor sales manager. It is truly apparent that you value your employees, and their training in customer service is a priority. They gave me the deal I was looking for without the typical sales process that everyone dreads in car buying. During a dust storm last week, I found myself with a dead battery. After a quick jump and having the battery replaced, I started back to my office, only to find that my Passat wouldn't shift out of third gear. In half a panic, I called Service and spoke with Kevin. He informed me that this happens on occasion upon replacing a battery and can be corrected by resetting the computer. I scheduled an appointment to bring my car in that afternoon (and scheduled an oil change as well since I would already be there). Luckily, by the time I started my car again, the computer had reset itself, but onto VW North Scottsdale I went. Upon arrival, I asked Kevin to go ahead with the oils change and simply to give my car a "really good once over". Upon completion of my oil change, Kevin thoroughly explained everything that they checked and the details of the maintenance/repairs that they are recommending I take care of about 10k miles from now. I purchased my car from this dealership nearly 5 years ago, and while I've "cheated" on them a few times with oil changes at other dealerships, they are my first choice for a VW dealership in the Valley. Thank you, VW North Scottsdale for always being so friendly and providing a positive experience time after time.

First: James Harter was very professional, but during the test drive he also shared a lot about himself and his background which put a very personal touch to the sales experience. By the time we shook hands at the end we thought of him as more of a new friend than a salesman. Second: The whole process was very fast and proficient. Much better than what I remember buying a car used to be like. Customer service overall at North Scottsdale is excellent. Third:Mr. Hansen the finance manager was also very polite and professional as he took the time out to explain and made sure that we understood all aspects of the financial arrangement. Both gentlemen answered all of our questions and gave us the opportunity to call back if we had anymore questions. Overall you have a very profession and caring crew there at North Scottsdale Volkswagon . It was a pleasure doing business with you all.

He helped us find the car we needed in the shortest time possible making our transaction easy and fun. The valuation of our trade was fair and the price of our new/used VW Touareg was also fair. We will be recommending James to any customer that is in the market for an automobile and will be working with James in the future on any and all of our car needs. James has not only converted myself to the VW brand but has facilitated a family wide transition to the volkswagen brand. As we were unfamiliar with the brand in the past, James worked hard to increase our VW knowledge and made us feel good about our decision to with (the new to our family) brand VW. James carried himself in a very professional manner and made us proud to say that we had indeed purchased our car from James.

They were pleasantly professional from the start. I was in the market for a pre-owned (and possibly, certified) vehicle. After sending an email, they contacted me rather quickly. The phone call and email were quite pleasant and professional. I was invited to come down and take a look at their vast inventory of cars. Unfortunately for them, I went with another dealership. However, I would not hesitate in recommending them to a friend just on their customer service alone.

I knew I wanted a 2013 Ford Taurus. I went over the holiday and we did not initially reach an agreement. They gave me a call back a few days later and I showed them a comparable vehicle I was considering, however I preferred theirs. They decided to match the other dealers offer and get me the price for the Taurus and my trade in. I came down the same day and completed the paperwork and was out in about an hour. They made sure it was spottless with a full tank of gas. Special thanks to Craig Ciebiera and his manager (I didn't catch his name).

I had a great experience!! My sales rep, Richard Ramirez, was knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed and appreciated. He did not pressure me or try to up-sell the cars. He listened to what I was looking for and found me the perfect car. His management team, headed by Chris Powell, also didn't try to haggle with me. My purchase was cut and dry and to the point. When I went into to sign all the documents, the finance rep, Chad, was thorough and organized and I was done in 15 minutes. I highly recommend VW North Scottsdale!!

Went to buy a new Jetta from North Scottsdale VW after visiting two other dealerships on the valley. Staff were responsive as well as knowledgable about the product. The paperwork took no more than about 10 minutes. If you want a VW make the drive to this dealership!

The people of VW Scottsdale have changed my mind about the process of buying a car. Will answered all my questions when I called in and to check on the availability of a used car I saw online. Michelle welcomed me and was as excited about the car for me as I was. Chuck did a great job in showing me the features of the car and made the buying processes mostly painless (I still have to pay for it)and Tuck in finance didn't make me feel like I was being nickeled and dimed after I already agreed to buy the car. Overall I would recommend VW Scottsdale to anyone looking to buy a car you won't regret the experience. Thanks to all!!! Love the car!!!!

The staff was excellent. Michael L called me that morning and I went in that afternoon. Kevin took me out on my test drive then him and Karen walked us through the buying process. We were delayed a little, but so far so good. Very happy with the people here. Most other dealerships I have been to were not great! Volkswagon of North Scottsdale are extremely helpful and they do not push you! :) Would deffinately recommend

My husband and I recently purchased a new vehicle from Volkswagen North Scottsdale. We were extremely satisfied with all aspects of the process from the initial contact with Michelle Heller, Internet Sales Manager through working with David Bonanno, our salesman. We looked at and test drove a couple of vehicles. David knowledge of the Volkswagen products was very impressive. Nate in Finance made the paperwork process effortless. We were very impressed with the professionalism of everyone we encountered. The dealership is attractive, clean and bright. We felt no pressure and took several days to make a final decision. I really appreciated not being hounded by ollow-upcalls after our initial visit. Since wee had our vehicle we have had several questions and they were promptly answered to our satisfaction. Having purchased many vehicles over the years both for ourselves and our children, this was one of the best car buying experiences we have had. We would highly recommend this dealership.

I needed (unexpectadely) a used car. I stumbled on a used Jetta from VW of N. Scottsdale on the internet. I went up there, drove the car. Didn't feel pressured or hurried. Wolfgang and Michael were easy to talk to and I didn't get that "land shark" feeling you get at a lot of dealerships. I felt like our transaction was pretty fair, and never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. I would go back...and thats the first time I've ever said that about a car dealership. Ever.

I just purchased a 09 Nissan Altima from this dealership. Price & service were both great. Van is one of the easiest & most customer-focused salespeople I've ever dealt with. Initially i was unsatisfied with minor cosmetic wear & tear, and chris (general manager) completely took control & made everything right. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market.

When doing business with North Scottsdale VW, that old cliche, "Typical car Salesman" doesnt hold true with Michael Fischer; he was a delight to work with. Becaue my daughter had positive results when purchasing her car at this dealership a few years ago, she highly recommended them to me. But because I am inquisitive and wanted to do a comparison, I searched other sites. I really liked the presentation of North Scottsdale VW, because when first on the site, they did not jump in your face with a lot of new cars flashing. Although I did purchase a new car, I originally had in mind a pre-owned car, and North Scottsdale VW's site starts off with a more dignified first page of multi options to choose from-----new cars, pre-owned cars, models, makes, body styles,various price levels, etc. It's pleasurable to navigate. While at the dealership, I liked the warm approach of Michelle Heller coming out to introduce herself---again, not in your face, but in a gracious manner. There are no sales people jumping out at you from around corners when you start viewing cars giving you a lot of hype talk. And the paperwork was actually painless. I am not sure how one can define purchasing a new car as a good time, but I can, and I did have a good time. They "Get It" at North Scottsdale VW.

On the dealers web site we found a great looking car volkswagen convertable beetle, send e mail to the them about it. immediately received a respond from Kristin Vella saying about our great experiance shopping with them and the car will be there at the AM when we arrived next day and asked about Ms. Vella she came out and startedtalking to the sales person who told us that that car was sold last night!! now if this type of tactics is still used these guys are really stupid. If it wassold then a proper e mail should have been send as fast as the invinvition. Dishonest, shysters do not do business with them.

After a TERRIBLE experience at the Chapman VW store in Scottsdale, I decided to make the 15-mile trek out of my way to VW North Scottsdale. I walked in with the hopes of leaving with a 2007 Jetta Wolfsburg, but given my trade-in value, credit score, etc., the financing wasn't working in my favor. Despite that, the salesman I was working with promised to find me a vehicle that fit my personal wants/needs as well as my finance situation. The following day he called me and asked me to consider a 2008 Passat that had just come back in from a lease return. While the Passat was not my #1 choice, everything made sense - fuel economy, practicality, financing - so I decided to purchase on the spot. Thanks to VW North Scottsdale for turning my Chapman-induced frown upside down. :)
