First time using the service center at VW of Beaumont and Kelsey was my Service Advisor and she was top notch! Made everything super easy and positive attitude. Always was keeping me up to date on status of my vehicle and making sure i was happy. Work done to vehicle was fast and simple. Will be going back for any other problems/maintenance i have on car!

I purchased a GLI from VW of Beaumont and everyone I talked with was very helpful and made the purchase process easy and quick. I was put in contact with the general manager who double checked the status of the vehicle I was looking for. Once we found out a few tentative dates he put me in contact with Nick Jorgensen who is the Internet Sales Manager for the dealer. We finalized talks on price and once that was done he kept in contact with me updating me on when the vehicle was finally ready and I planned a trip out to Beaumont to pick the vehicle up. Finalizing paperwork and signing for the vehicle was very quick once I arrived because Nick and Jade provided everything for me in an efile which simplified the process. I would highly recommend dealing with VW of Beaumont for your next Volkswagen purchase.

Our Sales guy Nick, was great. Honored his word and worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted. The finance department has this awesome guy, that was so down to Earth and didn’t push us to do anything extra we didn’t want. Overall, best experience in a car dealership. Grateful to have it local. Great service from Valencia, she helped me through the process today pretty stressed free. Then Logan, awesome awesome guy.. didn't really hassle me with extra stuff like others do. I told him exactly what I wanted and he just go with what I wanted. Some other dealership will make me feel like they had a gun on my head just forcing to sell extra stuff even when I say no. Overall my experience was awesome, would highly recommend and I would definitely come back in the future.
