I've purchased two vehicles from this dealership a year apart. Worked with Steve Perez both times and the process was extremely straight forward. Went in knowing what I wanted, test drove the vehicles, spoke with the sales manager to negotiate final price, then went into the back office and signed papers. Exactly what the car buying experience should be. Very low pressure, from the lot to financing office. Make sure you stop by here when shopping, ask for Steve, and let them take care of you.

Last week my husband I went in to look at the Volkswagen Atlas. Steve Perez helped us out and answered all of our questions was very courteous. We let him know we were just starting our search for a new car and still had a few other models to look at, and would be back for a test drive at a later date. Despite knowing we wouldn’t be buying that day, his demeanor towards us never changed. He continued to answer all of our questions and didn’t brush us off as many other car salesman do. His customer service is what brought us back in 4 days later to purchase a 2021 Atlas. Again, Steve Perez exemplified superior customer service and listened to what we wanted. We are fist time Volkswagen owners and will definitely be back for another one in the future.
