Wow, i just started shopping for a car and I reached out to this dealer to inquire about a 2013 VW Passat. First, it took them a while until they responded. Secondly, when i asked regarding a discrepancy with their listing (they listed the vehicle with 2,000 miles when autocheck states it has over 29,000 miles) they never responded to clarify this discrepancy. This dealer their adds is misleading and customer service sucks - i would never go back or recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful car buying experience. I first went to another dealer and was very unhappy with their actions and knowledge. I then came to Volkswagen of Grand Blanc (Al Serra) and was amazed at the difference. They did not have the car I wanted on the lot (2014 Passat TDI 6MT) but were able to secure it via dealer to dealer trade. They immediately offered me a better price than the 1st dealership I tried. Needless to say, I was pleased. In addition, they valued my trade significantly higher than the first dealership (As it should have been). They gave me everything I wanted and topped it off with friendly, wonderful service. Definitely recommend anyone considering a new VW to make the drive to Grand Blanc.
