I recently purchased my vehicle from Volkswagen Hartford and it was by far the best experience I have had at any car dealership. Anthony was so great to work with, he gave us privacy to look at any car we wanted to and had the answer to every question we had. Stacey was extremely helpful with all of the financials and made everything so easy. Anthony and Stacey were also extremely nice and friendly, overall a great experience and couldn’t recommend enough!

I went to multiple VW dealers in the area to shop around for my car. VW of Hartford, without a doubt, was the best! Everyone at VW of Hartford is extremely knowledgeable about their cars on the lot…I worked with Joe who patiently sat with me to answer all my questions and to figure out the best options for me. Stacey, the business manager, also made sure I was right where I wanted to be financially with my purchase. My entire process was quick and easy and I couldn’t be happier!

I purchased a 2017 Passat from Ryan my salesman and Stacy helped with all the finance work. They were both awesome and made everything simple and straight forward. No bait and switch tactics here like you may see at other dealerships My only regret is that I have not purchased all my car's from this dealership I will definitely be sending friends and family here if they ask where they should shop for their next car

These guys told my wife that she could make it to Albany, NY on her battery and acknowledged that her alternator was dead. They flat out lied to her so that they could close for the day. Do not come here unless you want to get lied to and pay for it. She does not know cars and they knew it. Thieves.

Ryan was amazing, just bought a car today, 2019 jetta r line im obsessed!!! They’re so nice and welcoming it’s almost like you've known them for years! Definitely recommend getting your cars here !
