I leased a vehicle with Inver Grove VW in June of this year. Ryan was pleasant to work with and made the process effortless. When I had to buy out the lease just months later, Ryan again was instrumental in making that transition easy. His phone calls to follow up the lease purchase and then to answer any questions I had about the buy out went above and beyond in my opinion. This dealership was not pushy nor uncomfortable. I've purchased cars from a few other dealerships and have always found something not to like. Sales team was great, finance team was comfortable to work with, and the service team was awesome. The warranty available on our used car was unmatched at other dealerships. Will definitely be going back!

They were very friendly and even had a fair price which is pretty rare in a dealership too be quite honest. They took good care of both my car and I. Mike over in service was amazing and very informative about the vehicle. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Brandon Olson was great to work with! He was very accommodating and educated about my options. The dealership as a whole was friendly and fair throughout the process. It's more 'family oriented' than larger dealerships in town. I plan to come back for my next car purchase
