I posted a very nice comment before . But after the general manager and the sales person helped me out to get a vehicle they treated you like nothing anymore. Forcing you to get 2 vehicle at the same time then the sales lady quit the next day when I called so nothing for me to asked question anymore. I feel like she just want to get her commission on that night. Thanks for the car but I didn’t like the way it turns out for me because that ridiculous amount of monthly payments . If you want to help the person you will help them in human honest ways.

I had a pleasant and professional experience. Nate Blair is the man!. He didn't stop until he got me everything he could possibly give me. The atmosphere was great as well as the people there. I recommend this place 100 percent. If your looking to buy go here. I'm very pleased with everything they have done. P.S. Don't forget to ask for Nate.

Everyone is so friendly! I took my car for service. Richard and the older gentleman were awesome! They answered all of my questions. I had to take a shuttle and the driver was very kind and conversational. I also came in with my son and the secretary brought him a pumpkin bag with treats. I recommend everyone to come to this location.

My husband and I went for a second family vehicle for myself. Greg Wallace greeted us right away with a very warm hello and a great since of humor. Greg picked out the perfect car for us based off what we told him we liked in our current car and disliked. Very attentive and genuine. He made the experience stress free and fun while making sure we are taken care of. Steve was a huge help as well with his amazing positive attitude and resilience in getting things done. I love this place and will do business with them again!

My experience with Kellie, my Client Advisor, of buying my new car was perfect! It could not have gone anymore smoothly or quickly. She is an excellent communicator, extremely helpful and professional and fast. She got the job done in an expeditious manner with a great smile on her face the entire time. I am very grateful for the privilege of getting to meet her. Also, Matt, one of the managers and Andreas in finance did a fantastic job for me and worked hard and fast to help get me in the car that I have always wanted. Great people at VW in Lee’s Summit. It’s always a pleasure doing business with them.
