I had the best customer service experience of my life with Scott Craig, this man went above and beyond anything i wouldve expected. Long story short i took my car to someone other than VW for an oil chang only to be blamed for not caring for my car and that VW never changed my oil on my first 2 changes. Scott simmered me down when I called originally then brought me a tow hook when VW roadside assistance wouldnt tow my car. Only to find out there was literally nothing wrong with my car or oil system I will never take my car anywhere else. Thank you Scott and VW for saving my day and my pocket book.

I was visiting Missouri when my battery died on my Volkswagon Eos. I took it to Lee's Summit Volkswagon to have it replaced. I also took advantage of their oil change special and a 50,000 mile check up. The service was fast, efficient and friendly! They provided an online recording of the work done so my husband back in Indiana was able to see what was done. So cool. They even vacuumed and washed my car! I can't remember ever being treated like this during a repair. Thanks so much for the fresh popcorn, cappuccino and snacks, Sean! You rock!

First of all I dont normally do this sort of thing but this dealership is incredible! I had been shopping for a vehicle and visited numerous dealerships and car lots and to be quite honest I was getting discouraged by all the pressure salesman would put on me trying to get a sale. I was lied to and treated like a stupid woman. From the moment I walked through the doors of Lee's Summit Volkswagen I was greated by Steve Fikki who offered me a cold bottle of water and asked me if I was enjoying the beautiful weather. I explained what I was looking for and we sit down and had a discussion regarding what I was wanting as far as a car payment. I was lacking credit experience and was given the run around many times. Steve showed me everything on the lot that would keep me in the payment range I was looking for as well as something that didn't have alot of miles on it. I was never pressured and when I said I didn't like something that was the end of it. All the other salesmen would tell me well you just may have to get something you don't like to get your credit built up. I don't know about you but I'm not making payments to drive something I don't like. Then Steve told me that he just had a Kia Soul that was traded in with very low miles and in perfect shape, so I took it for a spin and decided that it was perfect for me and that Steve earned my business by being honest and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles he showed me. The entire experience was enjoyable and unlike any other dealership. When I decide to buy another I will save myself alot of time and frustration by visiting Steve Fikki at Lees Summit Volkswagen. He has a customer for life!

If this review was solely based on my sales person, Justin, it would be much higher. I told him the price I was comfortable with and he helped me get my car at that price. He was very helpful and friendly. That's where the positives end. I received word a week later that I needed to resign some paperwork. I called back and tried to have them fax paperwork to me to be resigned as Lee's Summit is a long ways from where I work and live, but they said they couldnt. Why they couldnt, I dont know. Then he said someone could come to me. I didn't hear back. I kept following up and didn't hear back for an entire week. Then I got another call to please come pick up and re-do my paperwork. They asked me to get back with them ASAP. I called back and explained that I was waiting to hear from them. The woman, Nicole, was then extremely rude and unwilling to accommodate me for THEIR MISTAKE. She then told me several times I was wrong about what was going on in the contract in the nastiest tone. Awful customer service. After the sale is done, they could care less. This woman was rude, unhelpful and spoke to me in a completely disrespectful manner. I finally agreed to come back and deal with all the paperwork again, but I wont be surprised if Im treated extremely poorly yet again.

Lacey Johnston was my service adviser and provided excellent service on my 2011 Jetta TDI 60K service. I left it for them on a Saturday and was kept informed as the service progressed. Due to less maintenance staffing on Saturday, the technician got a little behind. Lacey was quick to provide options and apologized for the inconvenience. Though we had a few problems with the purchase - which was MY misunderstanding of what the sales staff was telling me - and then receiving the just-off-the-truck car with tire pressures in the 90's (car tire pressures are elevated for transit/delivery), we love the car!!!! READ YOUR MANUAL to make sure that a new car is properly delivered to you! Sales staff gave us a great deal, financing was quick and easy and the tour of the gorgeous facility was very thorough. I had some issues with my blue tooth and it needed a software download. It was something new that they never had experienced before but they got it figured out. They where extremely nice and very understanding that I had my two year old there. They did not mind him running around, watching cartoon network and even several times the sales reps played with him. I would highly recommend any service and purchase of a new or used vw from this location. Mike in service was wonderful to work with.

This was my first visit to this dealer; just needed an oil change and thought I'd check it out. Great facility, everyone was friendly and helpful, especially the service manager, mike. It was Saturday afternoon and I didn't have an appointment, but they got me in/out in 45 minutes. The car was serviced perfectly, washed and cleaned, and the price was right. I'll be back!

I am giving 4 stars for facilities because they do not have an "office" area to sit down and plug in my laptop and work while I wait. I had to sit kind of in the showroom with no way to charge my laptop. Other than that the facility is very clean and the waiting area is great if you do not have to work while you wait. Washing and cleaning the interior of my car after service was a very pleasant surprise.

I went to the dealership looking for the perfect car, but nervous about the sales buying experience. I didn't want to feel rushed or pressured. The sales person, Justin was wonderful. We test drive three different vw and he explained the features in detail, however he let the ultimate choice be mine and didn't pressure the sale at all, which was a huge relief. In the end I purchased a tiguan along with being an awesome vehicle, I felt good and comfortable with my purchase. I would totally go back as long as that sales person was still there.

Jamie in service was great. He was patient and took time to give me information on my new Passat, even though I did not purchase it here. He was able to identify an error that was made by the service technician at a non volkswagen dealer that caused some damage. The wait was a bit long due them fixing a recall (which I appreciate). The nice waiting area with refreshments and cozy furniture is great. Helps to make the wait pleasant. Oh...I also appreciate the car wash and vacuum!

We visited this dealership last month. Poor staff, not knowledgeable in thier own cars, we were asking about a jetta and they kept talking about a golf. They are pushy (we needed to buy NOW even when we were telling them we could not make the payment they wrote down) not professional, two finance people hounded us. I think the salesperson Jolene even hit on my husband right in front of me! We ended up walking out in the middle of talking.

Dealership took over a month to get title information that is still not received as it was improperly completed, still no account information available to make the payment. Felt hounded and taken advantage of in the entire process. Was unable to unwind deal the next day and attempt to purchase a used vehicle and was provided other documentation on a lease. Finance Agreement is cut off and not an original. Most unpleasant Volkswagen experience. Surprised Volkswagen Corporate allows this dealership to sell under their name.

I brought my car to the service department for routine maintenance. I was told up front what would be done and the cost. It couldn't have been a more seamless experience. I was given a nice loaner car to drive and when I picked up my personal vehicle, it had been washed and vacuumed free of charge. They also allowed me to use a coupon I had received from another VW dealership which was nice. Before I left, all the maintenance work was explained to me and a recommendation was made that I buy new tires soon but I didn't feel pressured at all to buy them that day or even from their dealership. I didn't have any dealings with the sales staff but the service department was great!

I purchased a vehicle from VW on December 11, 2014. After they failed to properly get the paperwork correct, I had to wait another month before the bank even received the loan paperwork. I am just now going to get the rest of my paperwork from them. And don't be fooled, their MSRP buyback is a joke. Definitely won't be going back there for another car.

I visited this location for some routine maintenance on my VW. Their new facility is quite nice and from what I could see they had a diverse selection of vehicles to choose from. The service took a little longer than it normally would have at another dealership, but they are new so I can understand. Also, the services are slightly more expensive than the dealership I usually service my VW at. I interacted with a service adviser and since it was a slow morning I was afforded the opportunity to speak with a sales person as well. The sales person was persistent but friendly. He appeared knowledgeable and eager to assist me although I am not currently looking for a new vehicle. The service adviser was quick to recommend additional services noted by the techs in order to improve the functionality of my vehicle and safety of my driving experience. All in all I would say give the dealership a chance. In time they will have worked out all of the kinks.

I have been HOUNDED by this dealership for months by mail. They have sent me every gimmick in the book in the mail trying to get my business. Sending me a notice in the mail that I would get "full retail price" that I paid for my 2012 GLI new when I trade it for another VW. I also get mail with notices on the front saying, "Important Registration Information" and "Important Paperwork." They make the mailers look like you are receiving things like state registration information or other forms, but when you open it, it is just another SPAM mailer. I have loved my VW since I have owned it and this is why I am very disappointed that Volkswagen would allow this kind of deceptive practice by one of their dealerships. I have also reported this matter to Volkswagen and the Better Business Bureau.

Went in to acquire more info on the msrp buy back and boy do I regret it. After the salesman raised his voice at me on the phone saying "you clearly are in the market for a new car, I don't see what your problem is" after I clearly stated that I wanted to come in and see the numbers but I'm not going to sign anything or put a deposit down until I am ready. Salesman could not answer anything regarding the taxes on the vehicle purchase over the phone, everything had to be done when I came in, so he said. I do not appreciate feeling threatened, pressured and harassed. Take your business to a more experienced dealership, not this mess of a start up.

Sales guy was good and not overbearing. However, getting the deal done took way too long. If you want a VW, I recommend coming in with your own outside financing. This is a brand new dealership in Missouri and they are unfamiliar with the finer points of doing business in the state.
