I was very pleased in purshasing my Jetta in Marion. The sales person (Mr Dare) was very patient and informative and easy to deal with. In the past I have delt with dealerships who were not willing to sell to a female and wanted my boyfriend or husband to help me. I very much appricated this dealership's professionalism. And I love my new car.

I was overall satified John Reed was awesome! He was very patient with me he made sure to try every options to better serve me and help me drive off their lot with a car. Although it was a long process it was worth evey mintute. I left out very happy. I will most likely refer freind to this dealership.

Just happened to find Ike's dealership in Marion by chance. I'm sure glad we did. We were very fortunate to meet John Reed, one of Ike's sales professionals. He listened to what we were looking for, explained all of the features of the Passat and was extremely helpful. John is a no-pressure-to-buy kinda guy. I like that! We traded in our sporty Lincoln MKZ and don't miss it a bit. Wanted a car that got good gas mileage, had a back-up camera, heated seats, lots of back seat leg room, a big trunk, the Sirius Radio system and Bluetooth. Got 'em all! The Ike's dealership is in a new first class facility. Really like the guys in customer service. They are very professional, knowledgeable, have great people skills, and sure do know what they are doing. Even though we live a hour and a half from Ike's, you can bet we will be contacting John Reed come trade in time. BTW, we are getting 39+ miles per gallon on REGULAR GAS (not Diesel) for all-around driving. We love our new VW Passat!

A big thank you to my salesman, Scott Phelps, for helping me find exactly what I wanted! He found me a great price on my car and was very patient with me. I am a very picky person and Scott sat through all my indecisiveness and help me get in to my dream car. I do not think you could find a better salesman than Scott. And again thank you Scott!!

Get Service Center to take your car for any repair. They walked me through what needed to be done to my car and had it ready for me within the hour. Clean waiting are and nice friendly people to work with.

John Reed was so helpful in purchasing my new car! He not only knew or quickly found out answers to my questions but facilitated contacts with others in the dealership to provide information. I found him to be honest (who can believe this of a car salesman?) and dependable. I will certainly talk to him before purchasing another car.

This is a fantastic dealership with a very welcoming environment. I have been waiting for a good Volkswagen dealership to show up in this region for many years and am very pleased with the outcome. The location is far enough away from the interstate that you can actually get in a good test drive on some of the back streets, but not too far away that you have to go searching for it. I certainly encourage you to look to them for your next car purchase. It's hard to beat the quality and comfort of a Volkswagen!

I was shopping for a used car, and went to a variety of places. Not only did I get the best price for my used model here, but I experienced the best service out of all the dealerships that I've been to. When I showed up, I was greeted with a smile and handshake. Through the whole process, I was treated with the utmost respect (and gladly reciprocated the respect). After I bought the car, it seemed as though I received a thank-you letter from everyone in the building. I received a follow-up call to ensure that everything was going on with the car. When I shop for my next car in the future, this will be my first stop.
