I've been buying vehicles for many years now. I purchased my first car at age 18 and I'm now 43. But I can't remember an experience even close to the one I've had with Volkswagen of Marion. John Reed is the best sales associate I've ever had, bar none. He was straight forward and honest with me from the beginning. He got us a great deal on our Jetta. And he didn't stop helping me once he got the sale. Over a year later, he has still kept in contact with me and I don't think I'll buy a car from anyone else. And this dealership has been better than I ever expected. The service department has been excellent with my service appointments and I've never had one complaint. I would highly recommend John and Volkswagen of Marion to anyone.

We bought our Golf TDI from John Reed. He was very helpful and knew his stuff. We're very pleased with service dept. We've had no problems with anything or anyone and would highly recommend V W of Marion.

I just recently had my new cars serviced at Marion VW and they got me in and out in with no problem. I called the same day and they fit me in. The lounge area is very comfortable and everyone there is willing to help you. Can say enough about the car buying experience and now the service. I can feel comfortable knowing they will always do their best here at this dealership.

I bought a Beetle convertible from their temporary store at the Williamson County Airport. Today I took my Beetle in for service at their new facility next to their Honda store. All's I can say is WOW this has to be the most beautiful dealership that I have ever been in. All their employees I have worked with are wonderful. They truly treat their customers like family. I will refer all of my friends and family to them.

I want to brag on the Service Dept at Marion VW! I had problems getting there on time on the Friday before labor day weekend. I was supposed to be there by 3 and get squeezed in.....they were extremely busy before the holiday. I got held up for various reasons and didn't make it until 3:45. I went in there and told them that if they didn't have time because I was so late, that I totally understood! They told me that they could go ahead and take care of me.....was I ever grateful, as i live in Benton KY! Jon Reed had sold us on the car as well as the service we would receive after the purchase.....he meant every word of it! Thanks to a great staff there at the Marion VW Dealership, my life is better because of them :)

I cannot begin to describe how wonderful the service department was to me when I needed to have some work completed on my bug. They treated me like royalty! My schedule is very hectic and they were very accommodating to get me in on the only day I had available. They completed the work earlier than anticipated and kept me informed of the progress along the way. I was surprised they even washed my car and had it waiting for me when I arrived. I have never been treated this well at other dealers and will always buy my cars from VW of Marion!

John Reed is by far the most knowledgeable Salesman that I've encountered. I went looking for one car, and found it in the lot. I was approached and help from the very beginning. I was given a complete list of features on the vehicle and completed a test drive. I then proceeded to purchase the car. Zero haggling was needed. Fastest transaction ever! Awesome!!

In the past I have delt with dealerships who were not willing to sell to a female and wanted my boyfriend or husband to help me. I very much appricated this dealership's professionalism. I was overall satified John Reed was awesome! He was very patient with me he made sure to try every options to better serve me and help me drive off their lot with a car. Just happened to find Ike's dealership in Marion by chance. I'm sure glad we did. We were very fortunate to meet John Reed, one of Ike's sales professionals. He listened to what we were looking for, explained all of the features of the Passat and was extremely helpful. John is a no-pressure-to-buy kinda guy. I like that! We traded in our sporty Lincoln MKZ and don't miss it a bit. Wanted a car that got good gas mileage, had a back-up camera, heated seats, lots of back seat leg room, a big trunk, the Sirius Radio system and Bluetooth. Got 'em all! The Ike's dealership is in a new first class facility. Really like the guys in customer service. They are very professional, knowledgeable, have great people skills, and sure do know what they are doing. Even though we live a hour and a half from Ike's, you can bet we will be contacting John Reed come trade in time. BTW, we are getting 39+ miles per gallon on REGULAR GAS (not Diesel) for all-around driving. We love our new VW Passat!

Get Service Center to take your car for any repair. They walked me through what needed to be done to my car and had it ready for me within the hour. Clean waiting are and nice friendly people to work with.

This is a fantastic dealership with a very welcoming environment. I have been waiting for a good Volkswagen dealership to show up in this region for many years and am very pleased with the outcome. The location is far enough away from the interstate that you can actually get in a good test drive on some of the back streets, but not too far away that you have to go searching for it. I certainly encourage you to look to them for your next car purchase. It's hard to beat the quality and comfort of a Volkswagen!

Not only did I get the best price for my used model here, but I experienced the best service out of all the dealerships that I've been to. When I showed up, I was greeted with a smile and handshake. Through the whole process, I was treated with the utmost respect (and gladly reciprocated the respect). After I bought the car, it seemed as though I received a thank-you letter from everyone in the building. I received a follow-up call to ensure that everything was going on with the car.
