I wish I could give rate this negative stars. Don't go to this place ever, but especially not as a woman. They will treat you like you don't know anything, will try to charge you outrageous amounts of money for things you don't need, and will tell you that you need so many expensive things done to your car that you don't need. I brought my car to another place and they told me that this Volkswagen dealership was trying to rip me off and that my car was in great shape. I am truly disgusted by this place. Do not go here.

I want to give a big thank you to service advisor Joe and Cesar for taking great care of me and my Tiguan. They came through and turned a difficult situation around. They were very responsive and took the time to listen to my concerns. Joe and Cesar are honest and genuinely good people who want to do their best for their clients, which is hard to find in the auto industry. Thank you for restoring my confidence in VW; I definitely know where I will be going when I am ready to buy a new Tiguan.

I feel like i was racially profiled!!!! I arrived to this dealership to see if the key for my car could be repaired or do I have to have it replaced. Skyler in the service department said I have to prepay for service. This is a major dealership and I have never heard of pre-paying for service Not sure but maybe my race played a part in his decision

I purchased another vehicle from Umansky in Glendale, WI. I feel fortunate that I have a reputable and reliable dealership near my residence. It makes it so much easier to have them nearby to assist when necessary. I have worked with Devin Hackney (Sales) for over the last four years and he is exceptional! I appreciated his proactive communications to initiate action before the end of my lease. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, has timely follow up, manages all the related activities, and really goes to bat for his customers!! I'm very happy with my vehicle and my overall experience. Thanks Devin!!

I had my 2005 VW Touareg towed in on 2/12/2021 and before arrival I was told that the diagnostic test would cost me around 100 to 200 dollars ok whatever I was told that I would receive a call Monday morning and we could move forward with repairs.... fast forward it’s Monday and I called and was told they have to try and get my car in and I would probably (🤨)know something by the end of Tuesday 😒 I asked to speak with a manager and was hang up on wow thanks for the experience so far 👎🏽
