Bought 2 cars here in past. My recent car buying experience been less than enjoyable. Bought a van they said was clean low miles. Did the paper work BEFORE the van could be driven because they just got it on trade in. Told me it was detailed and clean. When I got it, the dash had Cobb webs and the van smelled like an ashtray. 3 months later you still smell cigarettes when you open the door. When purchasing the van we agreed on 13k, when I was signing final paperwork they hiked up the price to 17k after I showed how much I make. The van needed new spark plugs last week. They had to open the bottom dash to get to that part of engine. Broke my stereo in the process. The deck won't go back on, broke plastic clip, and unplugged stereo from back? I called and they said if I didn't come back same day, it wasn't their problem. (Joey from services) always had good experience with Jim, but Joey acted like I had an old van, stuff breaks. Last time I let them take care of my vehicle.

Steven (Mark) was extremely helpful and professional. We had stopped in for a test drive and really liked the Atlas. He found the one that fit our family. Sent us videos' and arranged to come in to see it. Great sales team. Gave a good deal. Everyone was super polite and took time. Not pressured, but attentive! Great dealer to work with. 👍

Take everything you hear from this dealership with a grain of salt. After negotiating a deal over the phone/via email I made the 2 hr drive to this dealership to finalize our agreement. Although the car I was interested in was still in transit I was reassured by the employees that the car would be available to me within the week. I left the dealership after a couple hours of work and at this point I had been completely approved for financing, I had provided every document requested, I had given the dealership the title for my trade in, I paid a deposit, and I walked away with a full packet of documents (Specific VIN included) outlining our agreement which was signed by myself and a representative at the dealership. Three days later I received a call from an employee who told me that my car was sold by another dealership. This was frustrating because I was initially told that they already had ownership of the vehicle. Instead of offering a replacement vehicle the employee tried to upsell me a car which was thousands of dollars over our initial price. I asked if they could lower the price to meet our initial price and they refused. I asked if they could continue to work to find a replacement vehicle for me and at that point correspondence dwindled on their end. The dealership had no intention of making this situation right and effectively told me that our agreement meant nothing. No effort was put forth to offset the time/money I had put into making this deal happen. They showed no sense of urgency while returning me my title and refunding me my deposit. I understand that accidents happen, but I don't understand how a company can take zero responsibility for their mistakes and instead continue to try and squeeze more money out of a customer.

Seriously the best car experience I’ve ever had.. I had the pleasure of working with Brian the sale manager, Steven who is a sales person and talon who works in the financing department! They all were so professional and informative. I 100% recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. They are great and they will work with you.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. No pressure, friendly, and down to earth. These guys genuinely care about your experience, and have built a stellar reputation from that. Big thanks to Roy (sales), Scott (mgr), and Pat (finance) for making today hassle free. Entertaining my 3 year-old was a big plus. We will definitely be back for our next purchase. 12/11/18 update: I bought another car from here about 6 months ago. Again, sales and finance went out of their way for me. I got a great trade in for my previous vehicle and they didn’t give me a hard time for haggling on the price. They were respectful and courteous. Salesman even installed my son’s car seat in the new car! This was after loaning me his phone charger so my now 6 year old son could play on my phone to stay busy. Nice job, guys. 8/5/2021 update: I’ve bought 3 cars from this dealership. The first in 2015, the second in 2017, and the third in 2019. Each purchase was brought on by a major life change, and these guys were so compassionate. The most recent purchase I got a fantastic little Toyota hatchback which was perfect. But then my mother had a major medical event and we took her in. I needed something bigger to accommodate her wheelchair, and my son’s car seat. So I opted for a new Passat, which I absolutely adore. The trunk alone could fit 2 wheelchairs. My mom has no problem getting in and out of the car. My family is comfortable on long car rides. I’ve brought it in for routine service and each time Joey is so helpful. I love that he can just text me when the car is ready. Just yesterday I used the shuttle twice. It was fast and convenient and saved my work day. I adore this place and their people. Eventually I’d like to upgrade to the new ID.4 electric SUV and no doubt I’ll come here to do that.
