This place is absolutely amazing! I wish I could give it more then 5 stars. We drove from Everett to purchase our car. Ryan was absolutely phenomenal from the very beginning to the very end. We did an online application and he worked hard and very fast to get us approved before we arrived at the dealership. (We already knew what car we wanted) The long drive to get there was totally worth it. The entire staff was so welcoming, friendly, nice and going out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. They are honest and I couldn't be more happy. We will definitely be returning for our next car! Thank you everyone and Thank you Ryan for making this an experience to remember. If your looking for a car then I highly recommend you go here first before going anywhere else.

I had a great experience here at Volkswagen of Puyallup. I’ve never bought a car at a dealership, much less by myself, and Ed made my first car buying experience a breeze. Every one of the team members were friendly and helpful, and I’m still loving my Subaru I purchased from here! Would definitely recommend coming to Volkswagen of Puyallup.

Working with Romy was very relaxing; no hustle, no pressure. He has a vast knowledge on vehicles, especially the Volkswagen ID4 that I bought. Everyone working on this Dealership is awesome. Special mention to Jose & Nevin! They are both helpful on my vehicle purchase… most especially with assisting me transferring my baby on a carseat back n forth from my old car to my new vehicle. Brittany was amazing to work with. She took the time to give me the details of the car I wanted and was so patient with all of my questions about how the lease worked. I would 100% recommend Brittany to my friends and family, as I trust her and this company. Great job, you have a customer for life!
