This place is absolutely amazing! I wish I could give it more then 5 stars. We drove from Everett to purchase our car. Ryan was absolutely phenomenal from the very beginning to the very end. We did an online application and he worked hard and very fast to get us approved before we arrived at the dealership. (We already knew what car we wanted) The long drive to get there was totally worth it. The entire staff was so welcoming, friendly, nice and going out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. They are honest and I couldn't be more happy. We will definitely be returning for our next car! Thank you everyone and Thank you Ryan for making this an experience to remember. If your looking for a car then I highly recommend you go here first before going anywhere else.

I had a great experience here at Volkswagen of Puyallup. I’ve never bought a car at a dealership, much less by myself, and Ed made my first car buying experience a breeze. Every one of the team members were friendly and helpful, and I’m still loving my Subaru I purchased from here! Would definitely recommend coming to Volkswagen of Puyallup.
