This place is absolutely amazing! I wish I could give it more then 5 stars. We drove from Everett to purchase our car. Ryan was absolutely phenomenal from the very beginning to the very end. We did an online application and he worked hard and very fast to get us approved before we arrived at the dealership. (We already knew what car we wanted) The long drive to get there was totally worth it. The entire staff was so welcoming, friendly, nice and going out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. They are honest and I couldn't be more happy. We will definitely be returning for our next car! Thank you everyone and Thank you Ryan for making this an experience to remember. If your looking for a car then I highly recommend you go here first before going anywhere else.

I had a great experience here at Volkswagen of Puyallup. I’ve never bought a car at a dealership, much less by myself, and Ed made my first car buying experience a breeze. I was in the market for a car with better gas mileage. I went to VW of Puyallup expecting the typical used car buying experience. Couldn't have been more wrong. Found a car, did a test drive, filled out some paperwork, and I was able to drive away within less than two hours upon arrival. I would suggest working with Roman Duran. He and the finance team made the deal of a century for me!

I rarely take the time to write reviews for what I believe are businesses providing the services we expect them to - especially when spending the money we do on a new auto these days. But the car buying experience at Volkswagen of Puyallup is anything but ordinary or to be expected. They go up & beyond every expectation and completely bury every previous negative car buying experience you've had by the time you've left driving a new car from their dealership. Romy was our salesperson, and I'd encourage anyone to ask for him when they go to shop for their next car. You've heard the car ads say this, but seriously - don't buy until you've stopped by and talked with these people first. It'll be well worth your time regardless from where you're driving from. We bought a 2016 Beetle Dune for my wife and she is so happy with this new car! Enough said!!

Puyallup Volkswagon was beyong amazing! They helped me get the exact car I wanted & trust me it was not easy!! They put a lot of time and effort into helping me get my new car, they never once. I was able to drive off the lot about 3 days later with my beauty!! Staff is amazing and I will always be coming back here for cars and recommending to people looking for cars!

I had the best experience at VW Puyallup. The staff was so friendly and super awesome! Roman worked with my boyfriend and I to get me into a new car and I couldnt be happier with everything! I didnt feel pressured at all and it was really relaxing. This is by far the best experience Ive ever had dealing with buying a car! They spent most of the day tracking down the 2015 Passat Limited Edition that I wanted. at one point they tried Oregon before finding one of the last two for sell in WA. At no point did they try to point me to a different vehicle than the one I was there for.

We had a good experience with our salesman, Cody, and VW of Puyallup. Although we bought a used Toyota, Cody was helpful over the phone, as we live 300 miles away from the dealership. On the morning we arrived, Cody was there early, ready to help us. That was nice. The purchase process was pain free, and we are happy with the vehicle we bought. My one gripe is that the vehicle was not detailed as described, and I had to put a few hours of cleaning in when we got home. Other than that, we would shop there again if they had what we were looking for.

I would highly and strongly recommend going to Volkswagen of Puyallup. I went into the dealership having issues with my 02' Volkswagen Passat Wagon and expressed my wish of possibly wanting to trade and these guys set me up with a salesman to go over possible options with of all I wishes in the perfect vehicle. Not only was I shown vehicles that tailored my likes and wants but also met my financial expectation. The Volkswagen of puyallup team was great during the whole process of my purchase and made it stress free and easy. I am now a happy owner of a 2012 TDI Jetta with the help of this team.

This is beyond a doubt the best car dealership I have ever dealt with! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Bjorn was great to deal with as were Says and Chuck. They made the car buying experience virtually painless. Although I did only intend on taking a test drive of a CC to get the $25 Walmart gift card they were offering and ended up buying a 2015 Jetta GLI! The car was just what I was looking for, even though I didn't realize it when I entered the showroom. There was no pressure to change or buy, just finding out what I wanted in a car and putting me into it. I HIGHLY recommend VW of Puyallup to anyone looking for a great experience buying a car.

I've bought a VW at another dealership and the past and always had it serviced there. I'm so glad VW of Puyallup came along! Their customer service at Puyallup VW is worlds better than the other place. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I've always been able to get a service appt whenever I wanted and they are always quick & efficient with service as well. I also just bought a new Car at VW Puyallup. Their prices were better than ANY dealer in WA and the process was so quick and easy. I would definitely recommend VW of Puyallup to anyone looking for a new or used car.

My wife's Mercedes had a very serious and expensive engine issue. I had it towed to Benz and was hoping I could get a loaner car while I figured out what to do. Fix it, trade it, sell it? I was told I could get a loaner car once I authorized the work. Ugh.At Volkswagen of Puyallup, the folks were great. I worked with Shawn Yi who helped us get the Touarag we wanted. Shawn and the people at Volkswagen of Puyallup took care of everything, including a loaner car while our car was being shipped. No worries, left happy!

I went to Puyallup VW to get my VW serviced after experiencing a series of frustrations with Auburn VW. They were very accommodating and prompt with updates on my vehicle. This service ended up turning into a trade in for a new VW. We worked with Corey primarily - he's a helpful tolerant guy that put up with my terrible jokes and criticism. They were able to locate the perfect car for us, a fair interest rate, and gave us a fair trade in value for our vehicle in service. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from the Harnish group and we wouldn't have any hesitation recommending any of their dealerships to our friends and family.

I was looking for a fuel efficient mid size car. The 2014 Passat TDI SEL Premium was a perfect fit. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. As I was in a hurry,we were able to quickly move through the financing and purchasing process. They did an outstanding job in preparing the car and reviewing the options and features. He went above and beyond to help me get my dream car and a 21 year old with not the geatest credit was a struggle but I am now the proud owner of a 2014 jetta and I am obsessed with it! We bought our 2007 Acura RDX from VW Puyallup in April 2014. Right off the bat, the key broke, and they refused to fix it. We could get passed the terrible customer service on this point, as the car was 7 years old, and had 80K miles on it. General wear and tear is normal for a car of that description. However, after taking it in for it's scheduled maintenance, we learned that the car is requiring thousands of dollars in major repairs - including a completely worn timing chain (which we were told was serviced, and since Acuras have chains not belts, they hold up really well), destroyed shock absorbers, which, should we get in a wreck, would be really bad news for any passengers in the car, and lastly - and my personal favorite - broken anti-sway bars. Not sure what an anti-sway bar is? Here's the definition: A sway bar or anti-roll bar or stabilizer bar is a part of an automobile suspension that helps reduce the body roll of a vehicle during fast cornering or over road irregularities. It connects opposite (left/right) wheels together through short lever arms linked by a torsion spring. In a nut-shell, we've been driving a steel death trap around. They didn't even bother to change the windshield wipers or the oil. We were told the car had a full inspection, and that all safety requirements were met and signed off on. We probably would have still purchased the car knowing that it required work, just at a cheaper price - honesty goes a long way. Since we were lied to and ripped off, we won't be going back or recommending them anytime soon.

Long story short, best dealership out there. Cody Harris was awesome. He gave me everything I needed to know and more about the Jetta. He spent all the time on us without making us be there for hours. I loved how he was having someone look at my trade while doing the test drive and got in me and out with my new car within 1.5 hours. He focused on everything I needed to know during the test drive. Instead of making me listen to small talk in the car (like I've experienced at different dealerships) he was telling me important information about the car, the dealership, what it meant to be certified, and everything else I needed to know. I was sold by the time we got back to the dealership. I feel like he covered all his bases without me even having to ask any questions which was a breath of fresh air. Cody went above and beyond to not just have my feel comfortable about falling in love with my car but also about trusting the dealership and all the departments. We are already planning on buying more cars from this dealership in the future. For a new dealership, the VW of Puyallup does business like pros. Tom in fiance is awesome. He did all he could for me and directed me over to the guys over at the Chevy dealership (owned by the same company). From there Ryan and Dwayne worked together to find me a better deal. I was approved for one rate but they worked for the next two weeks to find me a much better deal and I'm extremely happy!

Edward and your entire team made the purchase experience very pleasurable. He explained things but was not pushy in anyway. He knew when to step back and when to ask if we needed any help. He kept our two sons entertained and happy which can be tough during the car shopping experience. Would definitely recommend Edward and your dealership to any one looking for a car.

I had a very pleasant buying experience at Puyallup VW. Everything seemed well organized for only being open for about a month. Sales staff and other personnel were friendly and helpful. I am a picky person and felt the car could have been cleaner (lint on the dash and bugs on the front) otherwise no problem. Ed was very helpful answering all questions. He was not a pressuring salesman. I especially liked the no pressure to buy extended warranties and etched glass in case of theft.

Had a great experience here after looking around and talking with other area dealers. Joe took care of us through every step of the process and was great with communications, keeping up with us and making sure we had the info we needed. Joe wasn't bothered letting us go check out different vehicles and let us handle it at our speed. They are very low pressure and very reasonable during negotiations. I was glad there were no tricks or games just an honest look at prices and ways to make the deal work. We got exactly what we wanted and left happy in our new car. I'd definitely recommend coming here when your serious about buying.

After shopping around to have my 2008 Touareg serviced, I found that the parts were MUCH cheaper at VW of Puyallup. When I arrived, Daniel in Sales greeted me, gave me a tour of the Service department and introduced me to Jerad, who assisted me. Jerad was very professional and thorough in explaining everything, and even gave me 50% off an oil change and free car wash, as part of a promotion they were running! It was a 45 minute wait, so I headed back to the lounge. Daniel then showed me around the store, and where the free beverages and snacks were located. He was very personable and made it a very enjoyable experience for me. I'm not in the market for a new car, but I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is currently looking! The whole staff was very friendly and their facility is nice and clean!
