I would be very careful buying a car from this dealership. Met a family that recently bought an Atlas there. The car has 2,000 miles on it and has been in the shop there for over a month. The dealership apparently is blaming the customer for having “bad gas” put in car. Murphy’s gas has sent response to family that there have been no other complaints from area service station. Be careful where you shop for a car. Lemons are out there!!

I just wanna give a huge shout out to Jon in the service department. He was a big help to me. I had to stop here on the way home from vacation. I had a warning light go off and didn't know what to do about it and was seven hundred plus miles away from my local dealership. So I have a friend find the closest one to where I'm driving and make a stop. They was unable to fix my problem but was able to tell me what to do to get home. He and his diesel tech looked my car over top to bottom to make sure it was safe to get me and my girls home. I'd go here again for everything if it was close enough to me.

I called last week because it appeared the motor had gone out in the drivers side window. This had happened on the passenger side one year ago. I was quoted a price of $511 out the door. After being there 20 minutes they said its the regulator not the motor and its $698 which is a big difference and I wasnt prepared for that today so I'd have to wait. However, the window is not lowered and will not go up. It wasnt that way when I brought it in but the Service guy wouldnt hear it, I just had to take it in worse shape than when I brought it in. Very disappointing customer service ....he wasnt interested in even looking at what I was saying. Of course, I'll have to go back there to get it fixed and I certainly wish they was another choice....there was just a condescending attitude that made it seem like they just dont care. Update: Service Manager "Zach" went above and beyond to reach out to me in an effort to resolve this issue. I was impressed with Zach's professionalism and his effort to help find the right answers. I will return to Volkswagen of South Mississippi tomorrow and will post here upon satisfactory completion. Final Update: Zach and Jeff were extremely helpful and professional making this experience turn from not so good to excellent. Superior Customer Service and follow up to correct an earlier issue. I truly appreciate the effort and time from Zach and Jeff for making this happen. I will gladly change my rating to 5 stars and return for future service issues. Thanks Again
