I would be very careful buying a car from this dealership. Met a family that recently bought an Atlas there. The car has 2,000 miles on it and has been in the shop there for over a month. The dealership apparently is blaming the customer for having “bad gas” put in car. Murphy’s gas has sent response to family that there have been no other complaints from area service station. Be careful where you shop for a car. Lemons are out there!!

I just wanna give a huge shout out to Jon in the service department. He was a big help to me. I had to stop here on the way home from vacation. I had a warning light go off and didn't know what to do about it and was seven hundred plus miles away from my local dealership. So I have a friend find the closest one to where I'm driving and make a stop. They was unable to fix my problem but was able to tell me what to do to get home. He and his diesel tech looked my car over top to bottom to make sure it was safe to get me and my girls home. I'd go here again for everything if it was close enough to me.

I called last week because it appeared the motor had gone out in the drivers side window. This had happened on the passenger side one year ago. I was quoted a price of $511 out the door. After being there 20 minutes they said its the regulator not the motor and its $698 which is a big difference and I wasnt prepared for that today so I'd have to wait. However, the window is not lowered and will not go up. It wasnt that way when I brought it in but the Service guy wouldnt hear it, I just had to take it in worse shape than when I brought it in. Very disappointing customer service ....he wasnt interested in even looking at what I was saying. Of course, I'll have to go back there to get it fixed and I certainly wish they was another choice....there was just a condescending attitude that made it seem like they just dont care. Update: Service Manager "Zach" went above and beyond to reach out to me in an effort to resolve this issue. I was impressed with Zach's professionalism and his effort to help find the right answers. I will return to Volkswagen of South Mississippi tomorrow and will post here upon satisfactory completion. Final Update: Zach and Jeff were extremely helpful and professional making this experience turn from not so good to excellent. Superior Customer Service and follow up to correct an earlier issue. I truly appreciate the effort and time from Zach and Jeff for making this happen. I will gladly change my rating to 5 stars and return for future service issues. Thanks Again

Military family having seen many dealerships. We have a 2015 gti of which we rarely have to visit a dealership, but when we do the support has been competent and professional. I say that because the expectations are high walking into a VW dealership. So, when I mangled my wife's right front wheel against a curb, I reached out to this dealership. I worked with Zach in parts and Jeff in service and left wowed by the focus and effort to get the job done right. My wife is thrilled to have a new wheel and I am thrilled to be reminded VW has a culture to believe in. I also found other members of the dealership friendly and with good attitudes. Using cars.com I was able to locate a match with in a few miles of my house. I went to the dealer on a Sunday to see the car in person and to avoid the typical salesman in my ear. I really like what I found so I decided to go back the next morning to see if the deal that was online was for real. It turns out that it was exactly what was posted. And much to my surprise the salesman that met me shortly after the dealership opened was very nice and knowledgeable about the car I was looking at. Thanks to his strait forward attitude We were able to work out a deal in about fifteen minutes. Danny Orr is a great salesman that will recommend in the future. He will also be the first person I call when I get ready for my next purchase. The rest of the sales staff was great and made the whole experience a pleasant one. The total amount of time I spent at the dealership was less than two hours and I drove away in exactly what I wanted paying what I wanted. Thank you, to folks at Volkswagen of South Mississippi for making this purchase a pleasure.

This delership was awsome, i buy used LEXUS ES350 from here and they give me really good deal on my car plus all staff specially matt bull was very nice and very energetic salesman, and mike pino was great too, finally he approved my price on car and this delership was very clean and all of their staff treat us very nicely.. After finding a vehicle on the CarFax website, I contacted VW of South Mississippi to inquire and express interest. When I got to the dealership the price had gone up $500. The sales rep said that they did not have control of the price on the website (really?). He also said it came with two keys which would save me $300, but only provided me with one and pretended not to remember saying there were two. They asked for feedback after the purchase but blew off any effort at service recovery. I love VW and will soon buy a new CC, just not from VW of South Mississippi.

Solid vehicle and solid service - my experience with the VW team here was stellar. First car I've purchased from a dealership, and the staff was enthusiastic without being pressuring, and warm and relatable without being pandering. I'd categorize myself as a somewhat challenging customer and they made allowances for me and my neurosis in buying a car and helped me feel supported along the way. Pros. Top notch. I look forward to when our financial outlook allows us to get another German engineered rider from them. I also had an opportunity to check out the shop which was spotless and had a crisp, professional feel - like the hanger on a military work bay and the techs were open to discussing some upgrades to my recent purchase and sharing suggestions and information. Matt, Jake, Ryan, and Cody all were extremely helpful and pivotal in my purchasing decision - pay them a visit!

Yes, I bought a Mustang at the VW place! Dealt with Margaret, but was impressed with the whole staff. Margaret was wonderful. She kept us informed and the dealership went out of their way to make us happy with desired repairs (dings and paint). They even gave a loaner so we wouldn't have to sit at the dealership.

Bought a brand new beetle convertible in May. It's been in the shop for the third time for the same repairs. We'll see if it's fixed this time and I'll let you know how it goes. The GM promised me that it would be taken care of this time. So far having so many problems with the car that they can't seem to fix has taken all of the joy of having bought this car! I said I would reccomend them but that could change when I finally get my car back

Recently, I purchased a preowned vehicle from Ray Brandt Motors - Mercedes. From the beginning to delivery the experience was first rate!
