I was referred from a family friend to stop by and see a vehicle. Before I could even actually get to the lot. I was helped by Chris my sales rep. Even though I did not commit right then and there. He was always available for follow up questions even after closing time and on the weekends. Once I found the right vehicle for myself. The process was smooth and comfortable. I didn't feel pressured or guilty about my purchase. I was well informed about the vehicle and loved all the help. I am so happy I made the choice and walked in volkswagen of Springfield. I just want to say I am so happy that I came in today! Hilly and the WHOLE staff were more than what I expected! They helped me get my first new car! The service was amazing, the energy was very welcoming, and the way they made sure to get me where I needed to be in this point of my life was a HUGE plus!! A fantastic experience getting to know the cars, doing the test driving and buying the car we wanted. The salesman Ryan is extremely patient and helpful. He provided detailed explanations and useful suggestions. The team is very friendly and willing to help. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who’s interested.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We were greeted right away and felt very comfortable. Our salesman Chris was so friendly as well as Nick the floor manager and Josh who helped us with the finance process. I highly recommend this dealership. We left feeling fantastic, not only because we found the perfect car, but because they made us feel very comfortable and no pressure at all

I cannnnnnot say enough AMAZING things about this place and the people there! I worked with Hilly and Alex- the professionalism, knowledge, and persistence to make a deal is unmatched! I went into the showroom looking to lease and came out with a brand new 2021 car that I bought with great monthly payments! My parents were so pleased by how my deal went, that they bought their own car the next day.
