I cannot say enough about the experience I had at Volkswagen of Saint Augustine. After visiting other Volkswagen dealerships in Jacksonville, the service, attention to detail and how I was treated from management, sales, service and the finance department was unparalleled. I actually enjoyed purchasing a car. That normally doesn’t happen. The team was patient, kind, trustworthy and willing to listen. Got to give a big shout out to Jeremy in sales. Seek him out. Alex in management. And I can’t forget David in finance. He’s the man. Good people. Go buy a car there. Even if you don’t need one. Go buy one

Bought a BMW M4 from Katrina. Car was beautiful and they had me in and out in about an hour. I drove 5 hours to pick up the car and really appreciated the efficiency from the dealership. Gage, my financing manager was excellent and very kind. He gave me a very good rate which was appreciated. I had a tire sensor issue on the car but after speaking with the manager Oliver, he made it right asap and I can not thank him enough. I would highly recommend. Thank you team!

Awesome experience! It is RARE to find a dealership where they are fair, straightforward and even helpful. We bought a used car today after shopping for weeks and we could not be more thrilled with the service we received. Our salesman, Darrick was kind, patient and fun to work with. The biggest kudos goes to Alex, the finance manager. He was AMAZING!!! He went above and beyond in helping us find a rate that would allow my son to start off life on the right foot. He even gave my son advice on how to raise his credit score in the future!!! I usually hate dealerships but this team made the process painless and we left feeling good about our new purchase.

I relocated recently to the St. Augustine area. This was my first experience with VW and it was a good one! The staff was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. My service representative knew I was new, so he showed me around the building so I knew where everything was. I was very thankful. My car was only in for an oil change and they were timely. They checked some other things and gave me a heads up on my battery. The gentleman that checked me out was just adorable! Overall this was a pleasant experience ❤️
