I have a simple and easy experience with the return of an old lease and the start of a new lease. Alexis , made our experience very smooth.Meeting with the sales manager was a friendly and professional experience , and left me wanting to use the dealership again. In with the new out with the old in less than an hour. Need I say more. I’ll be seeing Alexis in the near future for car #2 . Thank you again

Contacted this dealership because they had a pretty decently priced used car. I’m out of town so all contact was over the phone or through messaging. After talking with a salesperson and sharing how much I planned to put as a down payment, the next day they raised the price of the car to basically eliminate my down payment I had planned to give. To make it seem like they were still honoring the lower price, they quoted that they were starting with that price but tacked on a ridiculous amount of fees to make up for it and basically get it as high as it was now listed for online. They added a $1000 destination fee…which I know is not a fee that should ever be on a used car. They added an etching fee making it seem like I needed it, which I know isn’t a required fee. Altogether they quoted $2,350 before the state taxes were included! Even with those fees, I asked 3 separate times for an email stating the price breakdown that he had given me over the phone and I never heard back. He obviously had the breakdown handy since he read it to me over the phone. My guess is that they didn’t want me to have it in writing so they could attempt to change the price when I got there or something. Everything about this dealer seems sketchy, I don’t recommend doing business with them.

Volkswagen World of Newton guided the way through a smooth sales process. All of the employees were very professional, kind and friendly, but the one who stuck out the most was Alexis. Alexis P, is an absolutely amazing sales person, she ensures to give you the best bang for your buck! She takes the time to explain all numbers and payment terms in detail. She is very thorough when going through all the features of the car. As for any questions or concerns, she ensures to give a detailed response and make sure you don’t feel as though you are being rushed in and out. All I can say, is that it was a truly amazing buying experience with purchasing my 2021 Jetta R - Line. The main person to thank here is my amazing sales person; Alexis! I worked with Ian on securing my new Tiguan. He was the most helpful car salesman I have ever worked with. He was quick, polite, not aggressive, friendly, professional and so knowledgeable about the car. This was the easiest smoothest and enjoyable process. I love my Tiguan...the look, the price and the way it drives.

Very good experience. I brought a 2021 GLI and they got me exactly what I wanted. Good service, went pretty quick, and everyone there was professional. I would defiantly pick this dealership if your looking for an easy time.
