Another very positive experience with Volvo of Danbury. On Friday I discovered my tire had a slow leak. Pulled into a gas station and the mechanic said the tire was not reparable. Called Volvo to see if they could replace it the following morning (Saturday.) Bill (in service) said he couldn’t guarantee a time, but that they’d look at it sometime if I left it. It was easiest to bring it there even though they are a half hour away, because I have tire insurance through them. Brought it in early on Saturday, and Bill started the work immediately. Although it took a little time to sort it out, I was out of there in an hour and a half. Bill connected with me two or three times during that time to let me know what was going on. For me the service is first rate there. The service manager, Melanie, is also great. I always feel it is worth the trip.

My salesman Carlo was great. He stayed in touch with me without being pushy while I took 6 weeks to come to a decision!!I am very happy with how the whole process was handled. Love my 2018 S 90. . Had an issue with the key fob two months after purchasing the car. A $400.00 non warranty item. They graciously comped me on a replacement. I highly recommend this dealership.

We had a very specific used car in mind and found by far the best deal at Danbury Volvo. Greg was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I was very happy with the price and quality of the car, the trade-in value on our old car, and the financing options. Best of all, Danbury dispatched Jose to drop off the car at our house 1.5 hours away after it was detailed. 5 star experience all around for me.

Came in for routine maintenance. Bill was way better than the service guy I used to have a few years back. Straight to the point services. Clear and pleasant communication. Very impressed. Definitely will come back for the next maintenance!

Danbury Volvo had the best inventory choices of any dealership within 50 miles of my home. They responded quickly and professionally to my inquiry and were able to provide me with a great price along with rebates and additional offers just for teachers, which made my purchase an incredible value, especially for a luxury car. I bought my first Volvo here in 1992 and despite not living nearby any longer, I was thrilled to be able work with them again for my latest Volvo.
