I made an emergency stop with my new Volvo because the tire pressure alert appeared. I simply pulled in on W43rd street, Manhattan Volvo, and was greeted as the first customer at 7:30 am promptly by Genevieve. a service manager. She was courteous, reassuring, knowledgeable and customer focused. A great rep of the Volvo brand. Genevieve had the issue solved and I was out in 15 minutes!!!! Thank you Genevieve

Phenomenal dealership experience. Completely transparent with their pricing. No BS from them about “chip shortages”, great inventory to choose from and a seamless delivery experience. It took me 6 weeks of research to finally find a transparent dealership. Justin Hack had the deal closed within 20 minutes.

This was our third experience purchasing a Volvo - Our first time with Volvo of Manhattan. It was an overwhelmingly positive experience. Jennifer, our sales associate, was attentive, always picking up her phone and responding to emails. The team worked with us to create a financing plan that worked for our family. Most importantly, though, they helped make the delivery process a quick and smooth one. We were traveling into the city with our two toddlers. Knowing this, they had everything ready to go for us. We processed our trade-in, signed the paperwork and took the delivery of our new XC40 Recharge in record time. Couldn’t be more thankful for such a positive car-buying experience.

Had a positive experience at Volvo Cars Manhattan. Eric Mitchel helped me with the purchase of a CPO V90. He was very open and honest during the whole process. He answered all of my questions in a straightforward manner and kept up his end of a handshake agreement. If more sales guys where like him people wouldn’t have such a negative perception of car dealerships. I live in NC but would certainly consider buying from them again.
