Jon was excellent to deal with. We stopped by around 11 and we were out the door by 2. Great energy and clear-cut negotiations with no bull. Good price for our 1-year-old trade as well. Derek, the manager, was attentive and helpful, too, but not pushy. Overall 5 star experience.

Jon Molek was great to work with, he was super friendly and understood my needs and wants. I felt like I got an amazing car at a great price. I found the experience to be so great, the following week, I brought in my mother and she bought a car from Jon! She can be a tough customer but he was very patient and understanding of her needs and concerns. She told me it was one of the best car buying experiences she has ever had - that says A LOT coming from my mother! Thanks Tampa Volvo and Jon!

They had the car I wanted. That was about it. I traded in a vehicle that was paid off, and it was worth more than the car I purchased. They told me they would send me a check within three to five business days. It has now been seven business days, and still I don't have my money. The representative that helped me said he would follow up with me and help me get my car connect setup, and I got a 1 year free subscription. And I have had no follow up call. They had the car I wanted. That's the only virtue. The sales manager didn't want to be there, that much was obvious. Follow up game is awful, and they owe me ten grand. I'll change this review once the problem is rectified. If it isn't rectified, I'll start naming names.

Our experience at Volvo Tampa was great. We worked with Mark Gordon and he was very knowledgeable about the model we were interested in, making sure to answer all our questions. He made sure we got exactly what we were looking for and spent time hunting the exact model that best fit our needs. We never felt any pressure and overall enjoyed our buying experience.
