There are other Volvo dealerships closer to me, however Volvo Cars San Diego know the value of customer service. Jarred, in the service line, though always busy is attentive and efficient. My service advisor Gilbert was promoted to service manager, Mike has been a great replacement. They return calls and keep me well informed each time my car needs a service. Easy, but not my experience with the other Volvo dealerships in the surrounding area.

Adrian at Volvo San Diego was extremely helpful. He communicated with me via in person, email and text. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Him and Carlos Slobig made the entire Volvo leasing process the easiest car checkout process I have ever experienced. Their dealership is clean and welcoming. No one is pushy. I was in and out in just over an hour. I was shocked. I of course love my car and the driving experience as well.

I want to give a big shout out to Juan Zumaya. My wife and I recently purchased a pre owned ford explorer here. Adrian Masters welcomed us at Volvo Kearny Mesa as if we were the only customer. He entertained us and was very honest with all of our questions and concerns.
