Trust, service quality, and customer service all key for customer retention. I moved from Riley Volvo after years of buying cars there because I stopped trusting the quality of their service and they take their customers for granted since they are loyal to Volvo. Volvo of Westport will be where I will service my cars and purchase my next Volvo's. Lesley Rogers the service adviser could not be more accommodating and helpful.

The vehicle was in for a software upgrade and routine maintenance. As usual, the vehicle was ready on time and in good working order. This visit I had a check engine indicator which was related to a component of the emission control system(s). The source was quickley identified and repaired. I also had the annual service performed at the same visit. The service was excellent from the drop off, the service advisor and the pick up.

Came in the location with a large nail in my tire, I had previously purchased the tire at the location with in a year. The representative Ashley made me feel comfortable with the process while understanding my financial situation. She explained they would perform the least invasive option first, luckily they were able to resolve the issue with a patch!

Volvo of Westport is one of the best car buying experiences I've had hands down. Mike C. was great in showing me vehicles in my price range and allowing me to test drive whatever I wanted without hesitation, his product knowledge is superb and he was able to answer any and all questions about the vehicle and the technology. I ended up leaving with two vehicles when I was only in the market for one. The product is amazing but the team is better. Big thanks to Mike, Angelo(finance) and Matt for making my wife and I feel comfortable and welcome through the entire process.
