This is our second purchase with Volvo Cars Midlothian and we couldn't be happier. Alan Ells and Josh Griff provided us with a professional, personal, and relaxed experience. We had a budget and they worked hard to stay within it. This is not your typical car buying experience and we highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. Mike Gordon also did a great job and provided us with great service.

Bought a Van from them and had a great experience. Dealt with 3 people while there and all were great to work with. Sales manager greated us at the door and had a salesperson work with us, salesperson was attentive but not pushy answering the questions we had, set us up for a test drive, setting up to assess our trade in. The finance guy was great too, explaining the options we had, even though we were paying cash for the difference it was great to have our options explained. Overall a great buying experience.

Hi Chris (salesman), I appreciate your approach! Want to thank you for being patient and kind. Your manager (Chris) came across as rude, disrespectful and loud not only to us but to you in overriding how you were working it out. He could've said the same thing in much respectful manner. If you were new, he needed to train you and give you a chance to start and end with customers. He barged in, collected the papers on the desk, made loud statements that all heard and kept being loud as we were walking out and was yelling in the parking lot too. My husband kept saying that this was not the way to deal with customers and he kept sarcastically throwing offer across the lot. This is not the way to deal with the customer. He should have been sorry that we were patient while you were retrieving information from him. Really speaking of all the 3 cars we saw that day, We liked your Prius the best, both interior and exterior. We too needed a chance to see what else was out there. I think we have a right to do so. We made a decision that same afternoon. Nothing against you Chris (salesman), but Volvo Midlothian just lost a customer. I wish you could take up this text to other managers and ensure that some other customers don't encounter this issue and not feel discriminated against. We wish you all the best Chris! Myself and my wife visited to get a used car and completed test drive in Volvo midlothian. sales manager Chris assigned responsibility to salesman Chris. He was quite humble and clearing our questions and doubts in consultation with finance and sales manager. When we asked for round figure $ 13500, sales man approached sales manager Chris, he came and talked to us very insulting way...and we just came out. Then he came out and offered $13000/-...it was so humiliating and insulting. We are from another country, we hope nobody should get such an insult. If cctv is there you can watch how we both left...

The best, from sales to service and financing, you get the best. LaVar, the general manager is so skilled and helpful. Mike Davis has a wealth of tools finance tools and guidance, and the service crew are great, see Mark or Mike.

Great place to do business. We came to an agreement on a used car. Sales people were very helpful and willing to work on selling me their car. Jacob, my salesman bent over backwards to ensure I was happy with the car and the deal.

The first time we went here we were ignored. The second time a woman came out, she told us the price on a car we were looking at and went back inside. Did not offer us a test drive or a talk of anything. Ultimately we purchased the same vehicle elsewhere. I would not recommend this dealer based on that behavior.

i've been having my volvos serviced there since 1996 and have no complaints. excellent mechanics. very friendly and courteous staff. i've had gm, ford products, but service at mooer's beats them all.

The overall experience was very good. Being an out of state buyer, we did experience a problem with title paper work,but it was rectified very quickley.

Bought used Odyssey from this Volvo dealer. Got a good price. On the drive home it was struggling to get in to higher gears. Called the next day and was told by a dismissive sales woman that it was because it was a large van.. I brought it back to the dealer. It needed a new transmission. It took 3 weeks to get the car back! They gave us a nice loaner but did not offer a longer warranty or free oil changes, etc. for the trouble or the sales woman's dismissive behavior.
